“I love the food and the service at Chicken Salad Chick. I've ordered in person before and ordered delivery twice now recently, never disappointed! Even the delivery by Door Dash is fast! The chicken salads and pimento cheese taste so fresh and delicious. I prefer scoops with crackers and the portions are always generous, the pasta and broccoli salads are great and the white chocolate cake is amazing! I have leftovers and have it for lunch the next day. I've never had any mistakes made with my orders, and that's saying something these days! I'm a fan :)“

“Each time we fly through Nashville, we stopped here to eat. The food is really good, and the service is top-notch. The manager, Maverick? I think, will be seen busing tables during busy times. The wait staff is always friendly. This time we had Tracy- a spunky gal with a great attitude. No matter what you order you can’t go wrong with a side of their queso. That wonderfully smooth hot cheese dip is good on everything. Also, most of the time we split when we go here- we get the double patty burger- it’s excellent!“

We had forgot utensils for our nonverbal autistic sons birthday cake and the man in charge of the teuck was kind enough to let us have some utensils and when I thanked him and he found out it was our son's birthday he came over to talk to him and wish him a happy birthday but we informed him that he is nonverbal so he said we'll hold on and brought him a plate of chicken tenders and hushpuppies. Our son loved it. He didnt have to do that but he did and that shows you what kind of people run the business. Support them please by all means they are good people. I was expecting to go inside, wait in a line, and carry everything out. Instead, there was a dedicated pickup area behind the store where I didn’t even have to get out of my car. It was in the 30s, and there was a team member outside with a smile and an iPad ready to go. She quickly found my order and moved with purpose—no confusion, no delay. They even had a mobile refrigeration unit on-site for cold items, and she ran inside to grab the hot items like fresh, from-scratch biscuits and rolls. The whole process took maybe five minutes. Then there was the packaging, which honestly surprised me. Everything came in a sturdy, waxed, fully branded box that immediately felt reusable. You could tell it was designed with intention, not just as a throwaway container. Everything inside was clean, organized, and secure, and the pies were in their own reinforced packaging—you could have shipped them across the country without concern. Driving home, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning, excited to open everything up. And it delivered. The food was excellent across the board—fresh, flavorful, and a hit with everyone at the table. What stood out most wasn’t just the food, but how well the entire system was run. They’ve clearly thought through every step to remove friction from what is usually a stressful holiday process.
