“Our food was hot and tasty. They were very very crowded and they were filling the pans as quickly as they could while swapping from lunch to supper selections. Our server tho was quite clueless to customer service. His section was not crowded and he didn’t check in with his customers. I had to get my own refills and clear our used plates. I am not above any of this but totally ignoring his tables was weird. His tip definitely reflected his shortcomings.
Being crowded the restaurant was noisy but that’s expected at a buffet restaurant.
The bar could have been a bit cleaner but the bar people were working hard not wandering around. So if you like Golden Corral and are willing to be patient with the crowds then this one is a decent option for tasty food.“

“Each time we fly through Nashville, we stopped here to eat. The food is really good, and the service is top-notch. The manager, Maverick? I think, will be seen busing tables during busy times. The wait staff is always friendly. This time we had Tracy- a spunky gal with a great attitude. No matter what you order you can’t go wrong with a side of their queso. That wonderfully smooth hot cheese dip is good on everything. Also, most of the time we split when we go here- we get the double patty burger- it’s excellent!“

“The best dining experience I’ve ever had. The chef’s choice was an awesome choice! Everything that came out was delicious. Our servers were wonderful especially our waitress who had us sign her Nancy Drew book. That added to the experience! Can’t wait to go back!“

“My family and I enjoyed a great lunch today! The food was delicious and the menu is large with many choices. My husband got the catfish and said it was delicious and the hush puppies were the best he has ever eaten! My son got a full rack of ribs and they fell off the bone! I had the smash burger and it was great, we can’t wait to go back and try the BBQ!“

“Came to Nashville on vacation. The food downtown wasn't doing it for my wife and I so we decided to venture out for breakfast. This place looks like it been here for a long time. The food was amazing, well priced with nice portions. You can't overlook this place. Locals came in and they were greeted with love and they already knew the order.
This is a place that you don't see anymore.
The French toast was the best I've had. I don't care for it either.

“Spent a week in Nashville. Ate at some great restaurants, even the very expensive Jack Daniels restaurant in Opryland hotel. This place topped them all. Very reasonably priced. Steak was the best I had all week. Wish I had found it earlier I. The week. A definite Re-Do nextime.“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review of Cracker Barrel Thanksgiving Take-Home Meal I know this review is about four months late, but I’ve kept thinking about the experience—and that says something. This was our first time ordering sides, biscuits, rolls, and pies from Cracker Barrel to make Thanksgiving prep easier, and from start to finish, it was extremely well done. The ordering process was simple, and the communication leading up to pickup was clear and consistent, which made everything feel smooth before we even arrived. What really stood out was the pickup. I was expecting to go inside, wait in a line, and carry everything out. Instead, there was a dedicated pickup area behind the store where I didn’t even have to get out of my car. It was in the 30s, and there was a team member outside with a smile and an iPad ready to go. She quickly found my order and moved with purpose—no confusion, no delay. They even had a mobile refrigeration unit on-site for cold items, and she ran inside to grab the hot items like fresh, from-scratch biscuits and rolls. The whole process took maybe five minutes. Then there was the packaging, which honestly surprised me. Everything came in a sturdy, waxed, fully branded box that immediately felt reusable. You could tell it was designed with intention, not just as a throwaway container. Everything inside was clean, organized, and secure, and the pies were in their own reinforced packaging—you could have shipped them across the country without concern. Driving home, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning, excited to open everything up. And it delivered. The food was excellent across the board—fresh, flavorful, and a hit with everyone at the table. What stood out most wasn’t just the food, but how well the entire system was run. They’ve clearly thought through every step to remove friction from what is usually a stressful holiday process. We originally did this for convenience, but it turned into something much more memorable. Next year, we’ll likely go all in and order the turkey and ham as well. Cracker Barrel isn’t just a place you stop on a road trip—it’s a legitimate solution for making holidays easier without sacrificing quality.“

“I’ve been coming to this drive thru for years, and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Since the fish is cooked to order, it might take a few extra minutes but it’s well worth the wait. The service is friendly, and they really take pride in what they do. One of my favorite spots.“

“Stopped by Chicken Salad Chick for dinner and ordered the Chick Melt with a cup of the Chicken Tortilla Soup. Overall, it was a solid meal. It wasn't one of those places that blows you away, but it was tasty, filling, and I'd definitely come back.
The Chick Melt hit the spot. The croissant wasn't as flaky as I expected, but it had a nice chew to it that I actually ended up liking. I thought it made the sandwich better. The chicken salad and melted cheese worked well together without being overly heavy.
The Chicken Tortilla Soup was good too. It had plenty of flavor and paired nicely with the sandwich. I gave the crackers and cookie to my girls, and my wife gladly took the pickle since I'm not a pickle guy.
For some reason, I went in expecting this to be more of a health-conscious restaurant. It really isn't, and honestly, that didn't bother me. I care more about good-tasting food than anything else, and this meal delivered.
If you're looking for a solid dinner that's satisfying without trying to be fancy, Chicken Salad Chick is worth a stop. It's not a place I'd drive across town for, but it's definitely a place I'd eat at again.“
