Friend and I went with the special. The lobster tail might have seen a minute cooking that it didn't need. It was good, just not perfect. The crab legs and shrimp were perfect. The wait staff was proficient. I've heard the one in Memphis is better. I've never been to that one. I go other places when I'm in Memphis. This one in Jackson is good and others must agree because the parking lot is always full when I'm around. I'll continue to come here when I'm in town and enjoy it every time.”

“There are so many great things I can say about this restaurant that I’m sure I’ll leave something out! The family that owns it are genuinely kind and delightful people. The pho has been wonderful every time. Their spring rolls are top notch. The sandwiches are unlike anything else in the area, and are absolutely wonderful. Their house chili oil is as good as any that I’ve had anywhere, and the teas we’ve tried have all been delicious as well. Like many of our family owned restaurants in the area, Pho Viet has quality and freshness that can’t be matched by the chains. If you’re on the fence give it and try, I’m confident you will be satisfied.”

“I had a lovely conversation with the owner before my friend arrived about old traditions in her culture and I shared some of mine. When my friend did arrive, I started off with a kumquat tea and Bahn Mi sandwich. Both, but ESPECIALLY the Bahn Mi, were so yummy that I could've had 2 more! 👏🏻😋 I finished my visit off with an oolong milk tea with custard jelly, and it was incredible. We had a great time and all of the girls there were so sweet! We will definitely make this a regular hangout spot!”

“Our go-to place for barbecue and fixings, vegetables, value, and service. Just a bit west of Jackson on Hwy. 70. Has daily specials and lots of food for the money. We especially like the pulled barbecue, cabbage, green beans, stir fried vegetables cooked in olive oil, cornbread, and pecan pie. We have not come close to eating everything that is available.”

My Mammy, (who is no longer with me), used to take me here and let me pick out some cookies and my favorite- petit fours. When Melanie and her sister took over I wasn’t sure they would taste the same and I didn’t want to lose that memory. However, they are still as delicious as the first time I tried them. I will stop by just to get me some just to take me back to that special time in my life.Some of the best memories are attached to food in my family and I am so happy to support these two sisters. I have never had one thing bad here and even take some of their goodies to Florida when I visit my daughter, making new memories with her If you have not tried their sweets, you are missing out. “I eat at Hub City Deli pretty often. And when I tell you that this is the closest home-made veggie soup to my 77 year old mother's, it is. It is so nice to come to a place where I know every slice of meat was prepared in house, every ingredient is always fresh, the staff is always friendly. I get excited to see just exactly how my pickle spear will taste every time. They're made in house and always have the same general taste but each usually tastes a little different from the last. Your desserts are dangerous because they're so good!

Brisket was smoky, tender, good flavorful bark, and there was a generous amount on the sandwich and tacos. Spam slider came on a hawaiian roll, so good. Don't sleep on the salsa verde 🔥 Nice shaded outdoor seating with picnic tables. Will be back to try the lunch menu asap.”

“New to town and wanted something fresh for lunch and found this place scrolling around on Google maps. My group tried 3 of their sandwiches and everyone really enjoyed them. Box lunch is a deal that comes with your sandwhich, choice of a side (we did potato and mac salad, potato was the fave), a drink, and a large homemade cookie. Cookies were amazing! Price was 11.50 per box lunch at the time of this review, very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food you get. Also, the ladies behind the counter were nice as can be, new lunch spot for sure!”

“I had gone to this location once prior to going with a family member that was visiting and when we went there to eat I was expecting to be able to sit down at a table however all the tables were removed and made into a player with bicycles and a basketball hoop that was a little disappointing because we were planning to eat out and take a break so we had to leave to go somewhere else”

Every employee is expected to show up on thanksgiving, Christmas Day……. They still had a great attitude and great service. Nice mug, sized for espresso. Nice water setup. Everything clean. Probably the best spot for straight espresso north of I-40 in Jackson.”

Ya don't get paid to just throw a bag out the window & slam the door in a customer's face. If ya hate your job so bad then quit before being rude to ppl who help PAY your paycheck (your customers)! “My daughters often ask me to bring home a pizza for dinner. The Bestest Most pepperoni pizza is usually ready and convenient. The quality is generally good and the girls love eating it. I personally cannot tell that there are any more toppings on it than a regular pepperoni but hopefully that is just me and not the restaurant skipping on product.”

The fries were hard like they had been cooked and then threw in the microwave and put on a plate. The salsa tasted like water and didn't really have any flavor. The queso was so thick and cold it was hard to eat. I was very disappointed in the service and the food. Unfortunately I won't be back.”

The store appeared to be new. The restroom is clean, and the staff is pleasant. They were busy on a Saturday at 3:00pm, which is expected with the outdoor temperature in the low 40s. The drinks took a little long to come out.”

Ms. Rachel assured me that she could take care of it, and she did just that! This place is legit. I love coming here to grab dinner when I’m in town. I get the bourbon-glazed salmon every single time because it is phenomenal.

Cooked just right with a light crust on top and a flavorful glaze, it is delicious.

I get the broccoli with grated Parmesan and corn on the side, and both were great. Such a great value as well. Thank you!!”
