“Our subs were awesome at this store gas station/convenience store/Subway. They did not hold back on the fillings, the sandwiches were perfect. They earned the tip they got!
We used a coupon to get the 3 subs for $17.00. This gave us lunch and supper later.
I use a walker and had no problem getting around.“

“Jersey Mike's is delicious no matter where you go, but this location has amazing staff. I don't know her name but the young lady that's petite with brown hair always takes great care of me! They have the customers in and out quickly while also giving you enough time to order properly. Friendly and sweet. The review is mostly for the amazing staff. Keep it up Gray location!!!“

“We always enjoy going to Jersey Mikes and getting our favorite Hoagie …but you know it is a special place when Becky remembers what kind of sandwich you get and she has not seen you in awhile ( she was on vacation !) Becky ALWAYS GREATS US LIKE FAMILY !! She makes us feel VERY SPECIAL when we drop in for lunch. We even got to meet her Mom and Dad a couple of months ago…and the friendliness of her family is AMAZING !! We sure do know what store we are going to when it is Jersey Mikes Day !! The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and FUN !!

“Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! We always go back at least once a week and if she isn’t working we go to a whole different restaurant!“

“We were very satisfied with our experience at this subway yesterday afternoon, not only did the employee place our sandwiches each in a separate basket so that we would know which one is which but everything was fresh including our bread and this was the cleanest subway I've ever been to in tri cities.“

“Have been a regular customer of this establishment for years. Tried to get a sandwich last Saturday at about 2:00 pm and again today at roughly the same time, and they were out of French bread on both days. So, on both occasions my husband and I went elsewhere for lunch. Not sure what’s going on, but how does a sandwich shop not have bread prepared on two consecutive Saturdays?“

“It was late and I was out with a couple friends so we decided to check this place out. I been to many Charley's but this one was one of the best! Food came out super hot and they really fill those sandwiches up! Definitely will be going there again.“

“The two gentlemen working Tuesday evening of 5-14-25 were very friendly & made our sandwiches perfectly. We enjoyed dining in and they checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything else. Very nice place & atmosphere. Greeted us as soon as we walked in. We will definitely be back.“

“The New gentleman that works there (I got my subs Thursday @5pm/not sure if his name) always makes my subs exactly how I specify on their app. The sandwiches are tight but full. I'm so glad he works there and I'm so glad I work across the parking lot. “My coworkers and I ate here for lunch only one person was working a female with dark hair there were roughly 10 people in line and it was the fastest service I have gotten at a subway ever she was very quick great customer service and made everything great at this location.
Parking: This location is beside a Shell gas station which is very busy and limited parking
Wheelchair accessibility: There are two handicap parking spots one for the Shell station and one for Subway“

“This place is fantastic! I ordered 5 small sandwiches, all with different toppings and each one being a different sandwich. The girl with the glasses was very helpful when ordering and the tall man with long-ish hair was very friendly. They got out food out quick and hot. 10/10 would recommend. The whole family loved it!!!“
