“Truly excellent spot for American food. The Kale salad was one of the top 10 salads I've had. It was full of peanuts, goat cheese and the added chicken with a flavorful light dressing. The lemon-lime chicken was also a hit, very flavorful. They serve bread with honey butter while you wait. The atmosphere is homey and inviting. Our server was excellent. He never let our drinks get further than half way empty. Good for a date night, family meal or a group.“

Then I had the steak burger and he had the all American burger, great food. I have to add the server Laurie was great. She was friendly and very accommodating. “My wife, our 3-year-old daughter, and I stopped in today for a late lunch while visiting Knoxville from Ooltewah (Chattanooga). We're always on the lookout for great spots to eat, and this place did not disappoint. While there was a bit of a wait from ordering to getting our food, we weren’t in a rush—and it was absolutely worth it. My wife did also make the comment that she read that everything here was cooked fresh from ordering. Our server was friendly, attentive, and gave us fantastic recommendations after asking a few thoughtful questions. We ended up loving everything we ordered. As we were eating, we overheard another customer commenting on how good the food was and how busy it had been earlier—it was around 2-3 p.m., so we figured the staff was catching their breath after the lunch rush. We’ll be back in town next week, and we’re definitely coming back here! I signed the check and left it at the table, as we had to hit the road back to Ooltewah and didn’t get the chance to properly thank our server. She was excellent, and we truly appreciated her service. We hope to see her again when we're back next week.“

“I couldn't get the Fried Chicken Meal I wanted. All they had let we're breast. So, I switched to Chicken Tenders, good but not what I wanted.
Your saving grace was Cameron our waitress. She did everything she could to try and get us the correct meal. She is an Outstanding employee. The kitchen was out of Fried Chicken Dinners at 5:15 on a Sunday. Not good planning, or you had a run on the dinners. We'll be back, one of our favorites.“

“Wow!! I am completely blown away by what you did last night! Brown Bag catered the Reach Them to Teach Them event where dinner was served to 1,500 Knox area educators. Everyone loved the food, it was delicious and the presentation for an event this big was unbelievable. Those that were familiar with Brown Bag were so excited you were catering it and I think you picked up some new fans from those who had never eaten your food. Thank you for working with Reach Them to Teach Them to start off the wonderful evening with such a wonderful meal!“

Our server was Donna at the Maryville location who was exceptionally nice and attentive to us. She was awesome, and provided service to us that was "above and beyond" our expectations! “Went to the food pavilion in West Town Mall. I decided to give Burger Revolution a try. I got "The Revolution" burger. It was a single patty with American cheese and revolution sauce. The bun was super fresh and the burger was seriously good. It was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I don't care for coated fries but my daughters loved them. The price was very reasonable for what I got. I really have to compliment them on the presentation. Everything in a neat box with a wrapped burger you can eat using the paper. Little things like that make a difference and they did good. Lots of choices but this place stands out in the burger category for sure. I would definitely recommend a visit. It's a really good burger.“

“We love to come to Cheddars for lunch! Generally, we all three get salmon with the bourbon glaze. It is so good! The rolls are out of sight! The atmosphere is so nice and conducive to our monthly time of getting caught up with each other. It is also my granddaughters’ most recommended place to eat! The attentive service, delicious food, and wonderful atmosphere makes it a winner!“

“This place was nasty. Food isn't labeled - you have to guess what you're eating. My daughter plated Mac and cheese with a long black coarse hair in it in front of my husband and was so disgusted she didn't even want to eat anything. The "steak" is bathing in what I assume is Montreal Steak Seasoning and some type of juice. My toddler literally ate a breadstick and NOTHING else - not even Jello. I paid for our meal but regret eating here. Sorry just my opinion. Our server was WONDERFUL so I have NOTHING against her.“

Only a delicious Aramark prepared frozen meal could save Knoxville from utter devastation. Southern Kitchen is not just a home but a hero. Not like Iron Man, more like Hawkeye after he gives up on his life’s ambitions in a deep depressive episode, but a hero nonetheless. Alas, if I had to pick a last meal, it would be Southern Kitchen.“
