“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“The falafel sandwiches were absolutely amazing. The falafel was crispy on the outside, super flavorful, and paired perfectly with all the fresh veggies and creamy tahini sauce. And don't even get me started on the koshary! It was a flavor explosion of lentils, rice, pasta, and that delicious tomato sauce.the staff was friendly and attentive.I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu.“

Mild was too hot for me and it had my husband sweating on the fore head. This is the Scarritt location. Come see them, you won’t regret it.“

“We’re hosting some friends from Spain, and we wanted to introduce them to Nashville hot chicken before they traveled home. Due to some mixups on timing, arrived about 30 minutes before closing. Although they were setting up to close, they gladly accepted our party of 9 people. We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu, including chicken tenders, chicken breast & thigh, catfish sandwich, and the hot chicken bowl. While most of us got mild, a few got adventurous and ordered medium or hot. The staff even gave us a side of the hottest sauce for our guests to try. They have bottled beers and a few on tap as well. We weren’t sure what we wanted, so they let us have a taste to find the right one. All of the food was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite large. We had some leftovers for lunch the next day. Admittedly, we stayed well past their 9pm closing time, but the staff never tried to rush us out or make us feel unwelcome. Our only regret was waiting too long to order one of their ice cream bars for dessert — they had already closed out the register. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making their Nashville hot chicken experience so awesome! And I’m glad that there’s a tasty hot chicken spot near us so we don’t have to drive into Nashville.“

“Waldo’s does not have a freezer. EVERYTHING is made fresh daily in house. The food is sooo good. I tried the leg quarter, onion rings, biscuits, Mac n cheese, Cole slaw and banana pudding. go to spot!“

“I always order the Grilled chicken sandwich combo and typically it's very consistent regardless of which location cooks it. Today's sandwich waste worst I've ever seen. It was greasy and about 3/4 the size it normally is. At first I was a bit frustrated partly because I already had heartburn and I knew it would make it worse but I still gave it a chance. While it looked greasy and charred more than normal it was still tasty. And while I normally eat a larger chicken breast I surprisingly had trouble finishing my sandwich and didn't eat any of my fries I normally only eat about 5 or so and my boys split the rest. Today I ate none. My son and I joked that it was all a part of God's plan, but who knows.... I would still eat here because even at the worst I've seen from chik FIL a it still bests every other fast food chain.“

“I ordered an original sandwich without butter, add mayo.. and I got a completely plain sandwich. The chicken was fire but the bun was meh. The fries got cold within 5 minutes so they were not as fresh as the chicken. The service was excellent however. Absolutely awesome staff here.“

“Was passing through Nashville on a road trip and ordered Nashville hot chicken tenders delivered from here. It was delicious! I’m not an expert on Nashville hot chicken, but I loved the flavor of these tenders! The price was very fair for the combo, and the fries were good. And the tenders are gigantic, so most appetites would be more than satisfied with 3 per person, and 2 per person would be enough for many (and they have an option to add an extra tender to an order if you and someone want to split a combo).

All in all this place is worth trying!“

Much like the neighborhood, the restaurant is kinda dirty and unkept. Sticky tables, dirty windows and floors, handprints, and overall just a gross place to try to enjoy your meal in.“

“This Zaxby's is very reliable when it comes to food that is fresh and tasty. The staff is always very friendly and quick to help. They are knowledgeable about their menu items and any time I have wanted to make changes to my order they have made it happen without issue. The dining room is clean and the little drink area is always well stocked. Bathrooms have always been well tended to as well.“

We only get restaurant food once a week---usually splitting an order, at that---but Zaxby's often gets that business from our fam. Why? Ordered 4 16 pc meals, half extra crispy, half original recipe, with mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, corn, Cole slaw, and biscuits. My team was in heaven. The chicken was delicious and juicy, just perfect. And the biscuits? Nice and flaky. The sides? Well, they never disappoint.
