“First: I’m extremely picky about my lattes. I am sensitive to overcooked (burnt taste) beans and undercooked (sour taste) beans. I have gone here repeatedly for iced lattes and they have always provided the perfect texture and balance. They are by far (and I don’t say this lightly) providing the BEST espresso in Nashville. Second: What truly makes this cafe great is that it’s the only cafe in town that makes you feel like you’re wanted. All of these cafes built in the last 20 years are hard, cold and sterile. If you’re younger than 40, you probably don’t even remember that cafes used to be warm, social, inviting and a home for many people. New cafes are so uninviting and I feel it’s done on purpose to get you to leave so more customers come in. But the Daily Grind? It’s homey, has couches, the walls are filled with all sorts of crafty love and plants and there’s a poster on the front that lets you know this is a SAFE space for all. It’s reminiscent of the old days when you had warm social spaces where you could spend hours every day with friends playing games, drawing, talking and no one glued to their phones. I hope this cafe gets to expand and provide even more of this nostalgic homey feel and bring that needed community experience back to Nashville. A plethora of choices await you from the drinks to the pastries and the entrees, which I'm looking forward to trying. To top it all off, Keith is about as mellow and nice a person as can be, which makes going there an even more pleasurable experience. “My wife visited here about 6 months ago and got coffee on her way to the airport and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. We’re here for New Years and she made sure we came by. I got an iced white mocha, which is better than anyone I’ve ever had anywhere else and we also shared a Biscoff cheesecake which was absolutely incredible. The staff is super friendly and the coffee is amazing, you can’t go wrong if you come check this place out.“

“I had heard good things about this specific Elegy location and they did not disappoint. The location is easy to miss as I drove past it multiple times trying to find parking. I ordered the honey bear cold brew. It had a nice hint of graham cracker to it. I only wish it came in a hot version. The inside is small with no seating inside which is a shame because the decor is comfortable. However, there’s a few tables outside to sit at. It’s next to a busy road so it’s not the most scenic though. Our barista was very helpful and even gave us advice on other places to check out in the area. I will definitely come back again.“

“This store is amazing I went there twice and one thing I will say is they value their customers a lot !! I got a strawberry watermelon lemonade refresher and it was awesome, I also got some timbits and a donut that looks like a snowman and it was amazing, Dhara , she is a helpful person , Tarika was also great , she was new but did a great job at the register , the latte was also amazing . “We’re major coffee drinkers and have lived in New York, Seattle, and now Nashville, so our bar is pretty high. Crema absolutely lived up to the hype. The coffee was outstanding—easily some of the best we’ve had anywhere. Really well-balanced, flavorful, and clearly made with care.

The space is small and gets very busy, which was obvious when we visited. Service was fine—efficient and professional, though not especially warm. That said, given how packed it was, it’s understandable.

If you’re serious about coffee, this place is 100% worth a stop. We’ll definitely be back for the coffee alone.“

“I went to White Bison Coffee in 1101 Long Hollow Pike, Gallatin, and entered the drive thru, nobody was there, then I went inside and the lady was not wearing her earset to take drive thru orders so she was never aware that I was in the window waiting to make my order. She refused to serve me a coffee. When I asked for coffee, she pointed to another coffee station and said, " There is coffee too." Referring to the regular gas station self served coffees. She had no name Tag, so I couldn't identify her name. But she she had blond hair and a leg casket. Terrible service. The coffee ia good, the team members need training.“

“I love this place! Been here quite a few times now and it's Great every time! Great place to come for that coffee shop vibe. Dining area and outside seating if you just want to sit and hang or chat with a mate, and wifi if you wanna jam on your laptop or phone. The breakfast menu is unique and tasty. They have some great drink options, highly recommend the Black bear and the Hoodie, the Seasonal Chaider is really good too for that Fall vibe in your drink. “I went to visit before work. - Service was fast, personable and efficient. I spoke with the owner as he prepared my sage latte and warm apple danish. He has an extensive background in bartending. The coffee shop has another side that he made into a bar. So whether you need a AM pick me up or PM wine down- you are covered! Pure Genius. I’ll be going back to check out the PM vibes. I didn’t get a change to snag any pictures. Also, they have retail parking!“

“Stopped by on our way through town and it was a nice breakfast. We ordered an everything and a blueberry both with vegan schmear and toppings - the vegan sausage was surprisingly delicious. The sea salt on top of the everything was a nice touch and the blueberry was excellent. The upcharge for non-dairy milk is to be expected but $1 felt a bit much. Good food though and if we're ever in Nashville again we'll probably stop back in. Not giving 5 stars just because environment was a bit strange - the back of house staff seemed to be having a fun time in the kitchen but the front of house seemed cold.“
