“It was our first time in Pigeon Forge. What a great vacation overall. We stumbled across Sunliner Diner and oh my goodness what a find. We grew up in the era of the diner's atmosphere. Fantastic decor and the music was right on point. The guests were even singing along OUTLOUD! We had Chris as our server and boy was he attentive. Nothing was missed. He even took time to talk to us personally with out jeopardizing his other customers. We were there 3 different days and meal times. All of them were great. If you want a blast from the past, dont miss Sunliner Diner”

“First poor experience, but will still recommend and support. I, along with my husband and three kids, visited The Heavenly Roast on Saturday morning the 20th before heading back home. This is a favorite place of ours and we visit whenever we are in town. My husband visited a couple times during the week. We’ve always been supportive of this business. We absolutely love the chocolate peanut butter Frappuccino - no one does it better! When my husband visited the day before, he ordered the chocolate peanut butter Frappuccino blended with the mocha frap plus a shot of espresso and it was fantastic. We asked Saturday morning if they could do that and cashier worker said yes and typed in “Mocha blended with peanut butter.” We assumed it was what we wanted. We also ordered egg bites and a breakfast burrito. When our two 24oz fraps were ready, they don’t look right but I tried one - it was not what we wanted. I went back to the counter and kindly said, “I’m really sorry but this is what we wanted.” That’s hard to do but with the price of the drinks, we wanted what we wanted. The barista (reddish/maroon hair, middle aged, glasses) was rude and demeaning. She said, “Uh yes it is…mocha with a scoop of peanut butter powder.” I clarified we asked for chocolate peanut butter frap blended with mocha and shot of espresso. She went on to say (harshly) that I ordered wrong and what a waste it was. She held up the one we hadn’t tasted and announced to the other customers, “We have a wrong customer order…does anyone want this for free…it’s a good drink.” She said she’d make what we wanted when she could get to it. I was apologetic and thankful. I sat down and just cried. I felt embarrassed and horrible. She treated me so poorly. When it was ready, I went and got it and we hadn’t received our egg bites and burrito yet so I mentioned it and she snarkily replied, “We’re a little busy. I’ll call you when it’s ready.” I just sat and cried more plus our drinks were missing the shot of espresso but I didn’t dare say anything about it. It was a hard ending to our week. We will still be back.”

“In January, most dinner shows are not operating. This one was and that’s why we went. It’s very corny but did laugh a few times. The performers are good tap dancers and the band is good.

I’m not sure when they open their doors, but our show was at 5 and we got there at 4:40 and most of the tables were full and people were already eating so definitely get there 20-30 min before the show time. The real show probably started 15-20 after posted time. Chicken was crispy and good. Soup was really good. Mashed potatoes and corn were nothing special. Banana pudding was ok. The servers don’t come around when the show starts so make sure to get a drink refill before it starts. We were paired with another couple who unfortunately was not happy we showed up too… lol which is out of our control. They do warn you, you could be booked with another family. I think this is more of a one time dinner show.”

“We had an absolutely unforgettable time at Pirates Voyage! The show was amazing from start to finish, and I found myself smiling the entire time. One of my favorite moments was when the tiki dancer came out — the fire, the spinning torches, the whole atmosphere was incredible. It felt like we were right in the middle of an island performance.

And then… the seal! Oh my gosh. He was SO adorable and absolutely hilarious — especially when he pretended to faint. That had everyone laughing, and honestly it instantly became one of my top moments of the night.

I also loved the mermaids, the diving acts, and the pirates walking the plank. The whole show had so much energy, talent, and creativity. The performers really know how to pull you into the story.

One thing I really appreciated was how interactive everything was. It wasn’t just watching — the audience got to be part of the excitement. My son and his dad actually won the bucket race, and that just made the night even more special for us. Seeing my son so happy and having the time of his life was everything.

I also want to mention our server, Seth. He was amazing — funny, friendly, super attentive, and really great with our son. He kept us laughing and made sure we had everything we needed. He truly added to the experience.

Overall, the night was magical. Wonderful show, delicious food, incredible staff, and unforgettable moments. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We’ll definitely be back!”

It is attached to the Wayback hotel which is across from the Island. Great food option while you are in Pigeon Forge area.”

It’s the audience that truly has the most impact on both your own show and for the cast. If you’re the only one stomping, it’s not fun. Get out of your heads and just be loud because it is so fun!”

“I had the pleasure of dining at your facility with a cousin and his wife on Friday September 5th. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, seated and informed that Ashley would be our server. She arrived at the table welcomed us, introduced herself and ask if we had drink orders. She took them and left to let us survey your diverse menu. When she returned with drinks she asked if we were ready to order. We were and did, she wrote nothing down! She then told us of some of the exciting memorabilia displayed around your facility. Famous guitars of several world-renowned musicians. Ashley returned with our food and accurately placed each dish at the proper place. Again, without having written anything down. Very good at what she does! Shortly, another of your staff visited to introduce herself, Tina Wilson. Again, very friendly and entertaining. Asking us about our stay in Pigeon Forge, where were we from and more about the exciting stuff at your restaurant. During the delightful conversation she learned that I had just celebrated my 75th birthday. As we finished our meals she returned with a surprise gift, a birthday sundae and she sang a very inspiring Happy Birthday for me. My cousin, his wife and I were just in awe of the friendly and totally professional attitude of these two employees, Tina and Ashley. You should be very proud of these two representing your establishment. Oh, I also got a nice card signed by many of your employees. A totally unexpected and enjoyable experience all the way around. Bravo to all.”

“We are visiting PF, and I was craving some chinese. This place did NOT disappoint! And even though we had it delivered, it was HOT and FRESH and the hibachi chicken and veggies were fantastic and the s&s shrimp was crunchy and sooo good. Not to mention our delivery driver was phenomenal, he caught an error I made in the address but saved the day! Things like that won’t be forgotten. This place is definitely worth a visit!”

Both my husband and I haven’t had funnel cake in years and we were blowen away by all the choices. Between the ice cream to fudge etc. we choose to go with the traditional but wanted strawberries. The staff was incredible. They put the strawberries and whip cream in containers on the side and we got to dip our cake into it. It was delicious. Fresh hot light and flaky. I could not recommend this place enough. We love supporting small business. Definitely a place we will come back to in the future”

Our entrees came quickly, they were hot and so very delicious. The seasoning on the grilled chicken strips is amazing, so much flavor my taste buds wanted me to keep eating because it was that great, however I was getting full since the portions are hardy. Our server was so efficient, he brought us a to-go box, a bag for the chips and a container with a lid for the salsa. We loved the music and decorations. We highly recommend this restaurant. “My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.”

We always eat in the bar because our favorite server is Oana from Romania. She always remembers what beer we drink and when she takes our order she never writes anything down which always amazes us. She is very attentive and always pleasant to talk to. One of the reasons we always enjoy our visits to the Brewery.”

And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge.
