“It was our first time in Pigeon Forge. What a great vacation overall. We stumbled across Sunliner Diner and oh my goodness what a find. We grew up in the era of the diner's atmosphere. Fantastic decor and the music was right on point. The guests were even singing along OUTLOUD! We had Chris as our server and boy was he attentive. Nothing was missed. He even took time to talk to us personally with out jeopardizing his other customers. We were there 3 different days and meal times. All of them were great. If you want a blast from the past, dont miss Sunliner Diner”

“We came here for lunch while visiting a local event. The place is cute and we got seated somewhat quick for how packed it was. Our server was very friendly and gave great recommendations on the most popular meals. Our orders came fast and food was definitely delicious and had that home-cooked taste. “Incredibly unique experience. This place makes the ice cream in front of you. Alcoholic and nonalcoholic options available. We went with our children, and they loved it. The waffle cones are freshly made and are extremely flavorful. Service was amazing as well. Shout out to the gentleman working the counter who was literal when my wife ‘uuhhh’ before saying her name, it gave us all a laugh. 10/10, highly recommend!”

“We had an absolutely unforgettable time at Pirates Voyage! The show was amazing from start to finish, and I found myself smiling the entire time. One of my favorite moments was when the tiki dancer came out — the fire, the spinning torches, the whole atmosphere was incredible. It felt like we were right in the middle of an island performance.

And then… the seal! Oh my gosh. He was SO adorable and absolutely hilarious — especially when he pretended to faint. That had everyone laughing, and honestly it instantly became one of my top moments of the night.

I also loved the mermaids, the diving acts, and the pirates walking the plank. The whole show had so much energy, talent, and creativity. The performers really know how to pull you into the story.

One thing I really appreciated was how interactive everything was. It wasn’t just watching — the audience got to be part of the excitement. My son and his dad actually won the bucket race, and that just made the night even more special for us. Seeing my son so happy and having the time of his life was everything.

I also want to mention our server, Seth. He was amazing — funny, friendly, super attentive, and really great with our son. He kept us laughing and made sure we had everything we needed. He truly added to the experience.

Overall, the night was magical. Wonderful show, delicious food, incredible staff, and unforgettable moments. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We’ll definitely be back!”

“We came in as a group of 6. We got tucked into a quiet corner which was nice but if you were in the main dining room it seemed noisier there. The food was really good except for my fries. They weren't even warm like they sat for a while same with my mashed potatoes. I think they would have been really good if they were fresher and at least warm. I really enjoyed my schnitzel with Jager sauce although I thought there would be more bits of mushrooms. My husband loved his salmon dish and my in-laws loved the German roast it was super tender and delish. The ambiance was just meh wooden walls and tables and not much of an ambiance in my opinion. I really loved my reisling and my husband loved his firestarter it was really good, so was the upside down pineapple shot! Amazing! Would try it again!”

“I had the pleasure of dining at your facility with a cousin and his wife on Friday September 5th. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, seated and informed that Ashley would be our server. She arrived at the table welcomed us, introduced herself and ask if we had drink orders. She took them and left to let us survey your diverse menu. When she returned with drinks she asked if we were ready to order. We were and did, she wrote nothing down! She then told us of some of the exciting memorabilia displayed around your facility. Famous guitars of several world-renowned musicians. Ashley returned with our food and accurately placed each dish at the proper place. Again, without having written anything down. Very good at what she does! Shortly, another of your staff visited to introduce herself, Tina Wilson. Again, very friendly and entertaining. Asking us about our stay in Pigeon Forge, where were we from and more about the exciting stuff at your restaurant. During the delightful conversation she learned that I had just celebrated my 75th birthday. As we finished our meals she returned with a surprise gift, a birthday sundae and she sang a very inspiring Happy Birthday for me. My cousin, his wife and I were just in awe of the friendly and totally professional attitude of these two employees, Tina and Ashley. You should be very proud of these two representing your establishment. Oh, I also got a nice card signed by many of your employees. A totally unexpected and enjoyable experience all the way around. Bravo to all.”

The seasoning on the grilled chicken strips is amazing, so much flavor my taste buds wanted me to keep eating because it was that great, however I was getting full since the portions are hardy. Our server was so efficient, he brought us a to-go box, a bag for the chips and a container with a lid for the salsa. We loved the music and decorations. We highly recommend this restaurant. It was delicious! Highly, Highly, recommend. My husband ordered the steak and eggs and really enjoyed it. It was not a thick cut, but flavorful. Enjoy!”

“My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.”

Genuinely loved everything we ordered (Appetizer sampler, Fish & Chips, Country Fried Steak, and our 5yr old got the Spaghetti.

Our server was very nice and attentive, the rest of the staff was super friendly, and the overall vibe in there was super nice.

Most importantly, I just can't stress enough how good all the different options were. Go and save room for the cheesecake! One of the best I have ever had at a restaurant.”

“This place is INCREDIBLE! First, you see it from the outside & can't help but fall in love with the adorable chickens on the roof, even if you're just driving by! Then, you go inside & fall in love with the cleverly-named chickens (Dolly Part-hen, Hennifer Aniston, Princess Layer, Hen Solo, Elvis Pres-lay, Kelly Cluckson, etc.) perched all around the walls of the dining area! You order some yummy food & get regularly serenaded by the chickens! I'm not a fried chicken (or fried anything) person & I'm particularly not much of a chicken tender person (they tend to taste good, then nauseate me), but I ordered the chicken & waffles, which is 3 large tenders on a large waffle, & WOW! Absolutely incredible! My mom & I got the cutest matching t-shirts here (They have each design in multiple colors.) & last time, I got the sweetest stuffed animal of one of their chicken mascots! Whether you're buying food, tees, or toys, the prices are way cheaper than at most other attractions! I highly recommend!”

“We visit Smoky Mountain Brewery frequently. It is one of our favorite places in Gatlinburg. The food is always great along with the service. We always eat in the bar because our favorite server is Oana from Romania. She always remembers what beer we drink and when she takes our order she never writes anything down which always amazes us. She is very attentive and always pleasant to talk to. One of the reasons we always enjoy our visits to the Brewery.”

If a card is declined, it will not show a pending payment for what was so called declined. It was my son's first time eating there & he just absolutely Loved it and wanted to give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! 😊 The service was great and our food was delicious and ready within 5-6 minutes after ordering. And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge. He was so excited ☺️☺️ and then me and my husband ended up ordering us milkshakes as well !!”
