“We go here everytime we are in Pigeon Forge. We were there just this past week. Always a good atmosphere and good food. Love the set up and the music. Our waitress was Alleen and she was sweet and so friendly. Last year we were there and met another wonder person named Angel.”

The pickle buffalo chicken sandwich was on point, the fries with Italian Parmesan was so good, and out of every restaurant their Sweet tea was the best in the Smokies. Definitely will be going back on our next vacation.”

“We decided to honeymoon in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area on a whim after we got married this Monday and let me tell you, stumbled on this great gem as we came out of Ripley’s Mountain Coaster that’s across the street and boy were we surprised, impressed and so delighted we decided to go there on our last dinner before heading back home to Lexington ky. The staff was so tentative and welcoming to us through the whole dinner and we loved it! Definitely would recommend and ask for Travis, who makes the BEST caipirinhas hands down! Will be coming back to them time and time again!!!!!”

Few nice to know tips: 1. Portions sizes are very large, 2. Bring cash to tip at the end (our server took Venmo but cash seemed preferred), 3. No need to rush to queue in line as seating rows are alphanumeric (e.g., F5) and preassigned, 4. You can order from the bar from your seat so no need to wait in line as you walk in unless you want something sooner, 5. Seating started about twenty minutes prior to showtime.”

“I had the pleasure of dining at your facility with a cousin and his wife on Friday September 5th. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, seated and informed that Ashley would be our server. She arrived at the table welcomed us, introduced herself and ask if we had drink orders. She took them and left to let us survey your diverse menu. When she returned with drinks she asked if we were ready to order. We were and did, she wrote nothing down! She then told us of some of the exciting memorabilia displayed around your facility. Famous guitars of several world-renowned musicians. Ashley returned with our food and accurately placed each dish at the proper place. Again, without having written anything down. Very good at what she does! Shortly, another of your staff visited to introduce herself, Tina Wilson. Again, very friendly and entertaining. Asking us about our stay in Pigeon Forge, where were we from and more about the exciting stuff at your restaurant. During the delightful conversation she learned that I had just celebrated my 75th birthday. As we finished our meals she returned with a surprise gift, a birthday sundae and she sang a very inspiring Happy Birthday for me. My cousin, his wife and I were just in awe of the friendly and totally professional attitude of these two employees, Tina and Ashley. You should be very proud of these two representing your establishment. Oh, I also got a nice card signed by many of your employees. A totally unexpected and enjoyable experience all the way around. Bravo to all.”

In May, my wife and I ate at Famous Original Ray's Pizza and this place had slices that were EQUAL to them! Now, don't come after me NYC (I said equal), they really are that good. So, if you're in the middle of the Smokey Mountains and looking for a taste of NYC, stop in! Oh, make sure to get extra napkins, because you'll need them 🤣”

“The restaurant is very clean, as soon as we walked in the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The salsa is so delicious 😋 We are that up so they brought us some more. Our entrees came quickly, they were hot and so very delicious. The seasoning on the grilled chicken strips is amazing, so much flavor my taste buds wanted me to keep eating because it was that great, however I was getting full since the portions are hardy. Our server was so efficient, he brought us a to-go box, a bag for the chips and a container with a lid for the salsa. We loved the music and decorations. We highly recommend this restaurant. “My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.”

It was delicious! Highly, Highly, recommend. My husband ordered the steak and eggs and really enjoyed it. It was not a thick cut, but flavorful. Enjoy!”

“This place is INCREDIBLE! First, you see it from the outside & can't help but fall in love with the adorable chickens on the roof, even if you're just driving by! Then, you go inside & fall in love with the cleverly-named chickens (Dolly Part-hen, Hennifer Aniston, Princess Layer, Hen Solo, Elvis Pres-lay, Kelly Cluckson, etc.) perched all around the walls of the dining area! You order some yummy food & get regularly serenaded by the chickens! I'm not a fried chicken (or fried anything) person & I'm particularly not much of a chicken tender person (they tend to taste good, then nauseate me), but I ordered the chicken & waffles, which is 3 large tenders on a large waffle, & WOW! Absolutely incredible! My mom & I got the cutest matching t-shirts here (They have each design in multiple colors.) & last time, I got the sweetest stuffed animal of one of their chicken mascots! Whether you're buying food, tees, or toys, the prices are way cheaper than at most other attractions! I highly recommend!”

It was back in 2021 and we loved the atmosphere so much because it was welcoming, friendly and the Jesus culture was appealing to us! The food was incredible. We all got something different and had an awesome experience. We were blown away by the appetizer sampler and cheesecake!

Genuinely loved everything we ordered (Appetizer sampler, Fish & Chips, Country Fried Steak, and our 5yr old got the Spaghetti.

Our server was very nice and attentive, the rest of the staff was super friendly, and the overall vibe in there was super nice.

Most importantly, I just can't stress enough how good all the different options were. Go and save room for the cheesecake! One of the best I have ever had at a restaurant.”

If a card is declined, it will not show a pending payment for what was so called declined. So was literally held hostage showing them the payment posted on my phone while they were telling me it was declined. Had to get cops involved in the end just so we could leave.”

“The cinnamon bread is everything you've heard that it is. Sweet, moist, and cinnamon-y. If you want to get more after you leave the park, both of the Dollywood resorts sell them in the lobby. We stopped at the Dollywood DreamMore Resort before we left town to pick up a couple more loaves. When you go inside, walk to your right and you'll see a Starbucks on your right that sells the cinnamon bread. Enjoy!”

“We visit Smoky Mountain Brewery frequently. It is one of our favorite places in Gatlinburg. The food is always great along with the service. We always eat in the bar because our favorite server is Oana from Romania. She always remembers what beer we drink and when she takes our order she never writes anything down which always amazes us. She is very attentive and always pleasant to talk to. One of the reasons we always enjoy our visits to the Brewery.”

It was my son's first time eating there & he just absolutely Loved it and wanted to give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! 😊 The service was great and our food was delicious and ready within 5-6 minutes after ordering. And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge. He was so excited ☺️☺️ and then me and my husband ended up ordering us milkshakes as well !!”
