“We go here everytime we are in Pigeon Forge. We were there just this past week. Always a good atmosphere and good food. Love the set up and the music. Our waitress was Alleen and she was sweet and so friendly. Last year we were there and met another wonder person named Angel.”

“Absolutely amazing! This is one of my husband’s favorite places to eat in Pigeon Forge. We brought some friends from out of town there to eat on Saturday with all of our littles. Service was top notch as always and our food was absolutely delicious. It’s a locally owned business which gives it bonus points for us. We love supporting all our locally owned restaurants and businesses. If you are passing through Pigeon Forge definitely stop by and check them out, you won’t regret it.”

“The only disappointment was they gave us a table number but we still had to go up and retrieve our food. Usually when a restaurant gives a table tent number that means they will bring it to you. We also had to bus the table after we were done. Some were disappointed in the grilled cheese but the other items were good, especially the cookie dough. But the Mac N Cheese was watery.”

“It's amazing to me that when you go to a cheap buffet, you'd get better quality off a menu, but when you go to a high-end buffet, you get better quality than other places off the menu. The steak pizza (picanha com alho) is great, with great-tasting steak. Other places use ground beef they have fresh steak. The margherita pizza has whole leaves of fresh basil on thick mozzarella. They have interesting pizzas that are wonderfully executed, like a nacho pizza with taco beef, cheddar sauce and crushed Doritos, and bacon crocante pizza with crispy bacon and potato sticks for extra crunch. Nutella and strawberry pizza with fresh sliced strawberries. Banana pizza with dulce de leche and cinnamon. And they use a soft sourdough crust. And the service is great too. Bonus: The Gatlinburg location is right on the river, with a great view.”

It is attached to the Wayback hotel which is across from the Island. Great food option while you are in Pigeon Forge area.”

Our entrees came quickly, they were hot and so very delicious. The seasoning on the grilled chicken strips is amazing, so much flavor my taste buds wanted me to keep eating because it was that great, however I was getting full since the portions are hardy. Our server was so efficient, he brought us a to-go box, a bag for the chips and a container with a lid for the salsa. We loved the music and decorations. We highly recommend this restaurant. The game card for the kids was a nice touch. The quality and variety of the games in the arcade was so fun and entertaining. As an OT and mom I appreciate they have a nursing room and calming room for overstimulated kids (or adults!). Great addition to Pigeon Forge!”

Few nice to know tips: 1. Portions sizes are very large, 2. Bring cash to tip at the end (our server took Venmo but cash seemed preferred), 3. No need to rush to queue in line as seating rows are alphanumeric (e.g., F5) and preassigned, 4. You can order from the bar from your seat so no need to wait in line as you walk in unless you want something sooner, 5. Seating started about twenty minutes prior to showtime.”

“This was a wonderful experience! I was in town to meet up with some friends I have not seen in a while. We wanted a place that we could visit and catch up, and eat some good food! Puckett's was the perfect choice! The have available rooms that you can reserve, we chose the Boardroom, suitable for 14 people, semi-private, and it fit the bill perfectly. Christina set it up, she was so quick to answer questions and take care of the details. We were only looking at 10 people, so we were able to order off of the menu, which was a huge plus. Christina was our server as well, and she did great. The food was excellent, the privacy of our own room made for a great evening of visiting and catching up, and the rates were incredibly reasonable! I would definitely recommend this for any group get together!”

“My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.”

And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge. My husband got thethree pork dinner and he had some leftover and when we heated up in the middle of the night it had our cabin smelling like a barbecue and it was so good. Chipotle Honey BBQ ribs were good, nice serving for $13.99 inside an amusement park. Smoky Mountain corn was difficult to eat, very messy, especially without napkins... and IMHO not worth the $10.99.”

We came in as a party of 9 looking for something sweet. The ice was our favorite, especially the mango and lemon. Prices were good, staff was helpful and accommodating.

The only downside is the size of the lobby. It was raining so we had to eat in the car. Two small tables restrict party size.

Overall, good chain and we enjoyed the break during vacation!”
