“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“Coming from Minnesota, I’ve been trying Nashville chicken every chance I can. This is the best I’ve had in Nashville, or anywhere! The generous portion of tenders were masterfully crispy and juicy with perfect (hot level selected, can’t wait to try the Hella level) seasoning. Super friendly and personable counter service makes this place even better. Don’t miss out!“

“This is hands down the absolute best hot chicken in town! I’ve never had a single thing here that wasn’t perfect. The chicken is cooked to perfection — juicy, tender, and coated in the most insanely crunchy, flavorful crust you could imagine.
Choosing between the wings and tenders is basically impossible because both are next-level amazing. The place is tiny with only one table, so always get it to go — but trust me, it’s worth it.
If you love hot chicken, this place isn’t just good… it’s legendary. Every bite will make you a believer.“

“From the first day I tried Flamie’s Hot Chicken, I was very impressed and pleased by the amazing customer service and how friendly the staff has been to me. I really enjoy the menu and I’m always looking for new things to try even though I usually order the Mango Habanero chicken fries or something similar from that menu! I enjoy Flamie’s so much that I usually order them 3-4 times a week! The staff has always welcomed me and showed love and care towards me. I recommend Flamie’s to anyone looking to enjoy an amazing meal and get their money’s worth! 💛“

“My experience was awesome here! I visited Chick-fil-A with my high school HOSA club group when out on a field trip! When getting there, I was thinking that it would take a while for everyone to get their food and get situated! Little did I know, all staff was on point and got everyone’s food out within 10 mins or even less! I want to thank everyone who contributed to making our end of the field trip very special!“

“This is a standard Chick-fil-A that ISN'T TOO CROWDED. They have curbside pick up. It's hard to turn left out of the parking lot onto Charlotte Pike. If you need to head toward downtown Nashville, driving through the parking lot and exit with the light. THEY EVEN HAVE THE OLD STEIRFOAM CUPS!!!!! It's my pleasure to bring you this information.“

“Came in for directions but they were so friendly and helpful I had to order.... chicken fingers to go! They were prepared just right, generous portions and tasty Buffalo sauce. They also have a nice, big patio outside, with nite lites... great for a warm night under the stars.

“I was very impressed by the taste and quantity of food. Very flavorful and unique but you’re best to get it for takeout or delivery. Much like the neighborhood, the restaurant is kinda dirty and unkept. Sticky tables, dirty windows and floors, handprints, and overall just a gross place to try to enjoy your meal in.“

“This is my 2nd time coming to this location! The service and staff are phenomenal!! Everyone was so nice and attentive. The food was amazing, the chicken tasted fresh!! Everything was full of flavor. I live 4 hours away and wish they had one closer to home.“

“Not a fan of this model with no interior seating. Used the restroom only to bump into an employee complaining there were too many customers so she couldn’t clean the restrooms. My bad for paying your wages…
Rougher part of town; We sat at an outdoor table in the cold and had to partake in the incessant smell of pot.
But the food was good, as usual. Just not the right model for a company that has built its reputation off of customer interaction and attention to detail. Some of us still like to sit down with our family for a meal rather than act like our car is a dining room. Guess that makes me different in this bizarre world.“
“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“
“I stopped about 6:00 p.m. after driving all day and was pretty hungry. The fried chicken looked like it might have been a little old under the heat lamps. Man was I wrong? This chicken is delicious! I can't believe gas station fried chicken could be this good!“
