“There is a young lady named Tae (I hope I’m spelling it right) who went above and beyond today for my and my friend’s kids. She was overall aware and cordial, fast and nice. When boys had a hot wheel car stuck at the playground she found someone to open the back door, so kids could come and get it.
Tae hasn’t stopped smiling and being genuinely sweet throughout multiple interactions we’ve had.
Made our boys day.“

“First time here. Arrived around 2PM, so after the lunch crowd. Got both regular and spicy tenders, cereal milkshake, and fried chicken dumplings. Tenders were good, dipping sauces were great. Milkshake was VERY GOOD (not too sweet). The dumplings were really good with a nice kick from the sauces. I spoke with the owner a bit— very nice man. The place is clean and a nice atmosphere. Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.“
“I come to this Chik Fil A a lot, my kids are fanatics. We always have a great experience with mobile order and drive thru but today we decided to dine in. There was a person outside who asked for me to get him some food so I told him I would. Ja Mal who works at this store often and is always polite, efficient and has great work ethic took our order today and brought our food to us. I asked him if I could also get a bag because I wanted to give some of our food to the man outside. Ja Mal brought me a bag as requested and as son as I finished placing the items in the bag I asked my daughter to stay inside while I ran the food to him. As I was getting up, Ja Mal quickly approached and asked if I wanted him to take it out to him and as I didn’t want to leave my daughter inside by herself I accepted his offer. Ja Mal goes above and beyond every single time we encounter him and while there are many other employees also who work hard and well at this location I really feel Ja Mal goes the extra mile and is just such a well mannered, man who takes great care to his job and customers. I appreciate him very much and I hope he receives recognition for his great work ethic and care for customers. Thank you Ja Mal!“
“Each time I’ve visited this location, Chick Fil A @ Red Bird, I’ve encountered exceptional customer service, prompt greetings and genuinely friendly and service centric employees. Today I visited close to the restaurant opening, to pick up a large order.. The catering team welcomed me with excitement, they knew exactly who I was and assisted me with walking my order to my car. They were actually doing me a favor by accepting my order with such short notice, but they treated me like royalty and handed me a “Thank You” card at the conclusion of my visit. When it comes to delivering great food and proving an unmatched customer experience, the Chick Fil A Red Bird team nails it every single time! I appreciate their consistency and commitment to serving their customers and community.“
“Great CFA location. The drive-through line tends to be very long during peak hours, but the 2 lanes move reasonably quickly. If parking fills up, there are lots nearby. My order has always been correct and hot. Overall a solid and popular location.“

“This new store is nice and the food was standard Chick-fil-A. The parking lot isn't the best layout. When we got home with our food we realized that dot not receive any napkins and I had no sauce, and when I thought back I remembered that I had not been asked if I wanted any. There is an area that looks like it's for a condiments and such but it was empty. Also the employees that greeted us and took our order seemed as though they were just speaking from a script, almost like the little robot that was rolling around.“

I stopped by this DFW Airport Chick-fil-A location for a late evening snack before our flight. This location is a few dollars more expensive per meal than the none airport location. While I usually have great experiences at Chick-fil-A, this visit fell a bit short of the high standard I’ve come to expect from the chain. The service was not quite up to the expected standard. The cashier didn't ask me what sauce I wanted for my food and I asked for one drink and received another. When I asked the cashier about the selection I wanted, another worker yelled out we don't have that here! Well, the cashier wasn't allowed to say that or was there words per customer limit that was exceeded. When I received the wrong drink and mentioned it, someone from the back abruptly yelled out which felt unnecessary. It was also disappointing that the dining area lights were turned off while we were still eating, and my chair was taken while I briefly stepped away to use the restroom, even though my spouse was still seated at the table. I can understand it was late and the team was likely preparing to close, but a little more courtesy and communication would have made the experience more enjoyable.“
“Ordered online for pick up through the drive thru. They had orders ready and cars rolling out quickly, as one would expect for Chick-fil-A.
The Cobb Salad was amazing and what I usually order from here. With the added nugs and usual toppings, this salad never disappoints. It’s usually 2 servings for me and it’s still good with refrigeration up to 24 hours later.“
“Well, first off, I never had a Chick-fil-A back in my day at DBU. Secondly, I am jealous and need to double check my servant leadership attitude about it. Thirdly, God and Chicken go together, but how does Bo Pilgrim feel about it... oh yea, he funded the chapel next door. Fourthly, the chicken came first and Adam had a #1 Chick-fil-A combo the God himself cooked up. Fifthly... Hi Five, you read this whole thing... winner winner chicken dinner.“
“I take all my nanny kids to Chick-fil-A on days when we need something easy. I’ve been to a lot of different Chick-fil-A’s and they’re all pretty amazing, but this one blows all of them out of the water. The workers here are just by far the best, and most helpful. There’s one woman at the front who always remembers the boy I nanny and I. She is always so sweet and so welcoming. The other staff is always quick to get me a high chair or checking in to see if we need refills or sauces, anything. It really is like being at a sit in restaurant sometimes. While writing this review, I was given a free milkshake! This specific store is closest to where I work currently, but wherever else I end up in the future, I will try and make the trip to this one if I can!“

“I don’t bother with the grocery store(not proud of this) I eat out everyday and frequent “The Chick”(nickname for chick-fil-a) …..anyway my point is it would be nice to get some ketchup in the bag. There’s no option for ketchup on ubereats.“
“Absolutely amazing experience at this location! I made the silliest request to see if I could get no potato ends in my order (completely not expecting them to be able to do it) and they delivered! Absolutely no potato ends in my fries :) such a small thing that made my whole day!!“
“No matter what u get from here it's always very good just the time an the crasy lines an parking but also the employees are great at this location everyone seems to know their role and works together but just one thing like every where stay off the phones it seems everywhere if they have a chance they are on the phones and they try to be more sneaky esp.the drive thru outside“
“Was in Tuesday morning June the 10th, celebrating my birthday with my sister. We had such a pleasant experience I felt I had to say something! Our hostess, Alaina – darling girl with curly hair, took care of us. Right off, she smiled so sweetly and was attentive while taking our orders (we each ordered separately). While pouring my drink, I mentioned I love extra ice. She gave me my pop with lots of it and, on top of that, brought a whole extra cup just filled with ice. Such a thoughtful little touch Great start to my birthday. She was quick to check on us and just full of pep. I was shocked when she said she was new. Excellent service all around. Hope someone sees this and gives her a pat on the back! Will be back to this location next time I’m in Dallas.“
