“Same consistent food as far as quality freshness goes. The service was good in that the food was prepared and brought out in a timely manner. The only yucky part was with the fella that took our order. It was abundantly clear that he could give two flips of a burger patty for being there that day. I feel bad even writing this part of the review, thinking back on it I could see that this job is just a stopgap for him. The poor review isn't because we received below par service it's because it doesn't matter what each of our stop gaps are, it's the quality of the job you and I do in service to others. I can speak from first hand experience, in whatever you do, do it with excellence regardless of your station. When you enter a room or a group of people, do you add to that group? or do you subtract from that group? The poor review is because he subtracted that morning and sadly he knew it.“

“The service is amazing here. I know all Chickfilas have good service but the service here is on another level. The food is also great and the atmosphere is great for kids. Loved it. I would drive from my house in Katy all the way here again for the experience!!!!

“One of the many beautiful things about being alive sometimes is feeling someone's warmth through their smile. The staff was friendly but the people coming to your table and checking on you as a dine-in customer was some of the best customer service I've seen in a while. Oscar and Samantha were all smiles from the time that I walked in and dined in to the time we walked out. Great job at being the face of Chick-fil-A. I will put this place in my favorites and will be back. The playground was clean and didn't smell like feet or children. Lol, huge plus in my book. The tables were clean. The flowers were fresh. Nobody is soliciting outside near the customer cars. Overall a great visit.

Today im disappointed because the kale crunch salad was bad , the kale is brown n mushy. I went to change it n the supervisor told me it's freshly made today .
She offer me another one but I refuse because of the first one . I took a fries instead“

“I come to this location frequently and the food is good but they lose a star because their service is not always what I feel should be Chick-fil-A standard. Wait times can be egregious depending on time of day that you go. It's a busy location and they're trying to improve traffic flow but they've only got so much space to manage the sheer amount of traffic that comes through that location. If you're good with waiting a little longer they've never disappointed with my food.“

“The food was fresh and delicious, but one of my chicken strips was very small and no one was coming around, as they usually do at other stores, asking if we needed refills or anything else. It's been some years since I've been to this location, so maybe it's not operated like the others. It also has no playground like the other stores.“

it was packed. i went back in may, on a monday, so suffice to say i was a bit surprised!

food came out fine, not hot ENOUGH, but it's alright for a quick meal. order was correct, and you are allowed to ask for cutlery, with no attitude!

in summation, it was alright, expect what you would of a run-of-the-mill fast food place, but with the additional hustle-and-bustle of a mall.“

“Chick-fil-A is always a reliable stop for me. I usually order the eight count nuggets with fries and an unsweet tea, and everything is consistently fresh and hot. Even when there’s a long line, it moves quickly this location is really efficient.

I also like their macaroni and cheese it’s surprisingly good for fast food and makes a great add-on to the meal. The staff is always courteous, helpful, and upbeat, which makes the experience even better.

“Service at this location was excellent. Even though there are usually long lines the wait is very minimal. The staff here is very friendly and very professional. The food quality is great as always, however one thing I don't like about this location is that finding seating in the mezzanine food court can be tricky at times.“

“Best Chick-fil-A in Houston. Always friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant is clean restrooms clean. They also give first responder discounts so police and EMTs come there. I am an Emt and like the fact that they help us with meals as we work hard but don't make much and it's more relaxing enjoying your meal knowing there should be no problems because a couple of policemen are eating 30 feet away. Anyway I just wanted to thank them for helping the first responders and having a warm welcoming atmosphere also great food.“

Ordering food was very simple and the workers are attentive with making sure their guest are having a pleasant dine in experience. “I tried to use my app, which required me to log in although I had used it recently. Very frustrating having to log in to mobile app. Not sure what caused it. I don't like the new setup at the Cutten Road location. I had to wait too long for just a cup of tea.“

“By far the fastest CFA experience I’ve had; I LOVE the new mobile order lane. I placed my order within 1-2 minutes of entering the line, and still experienced no wait time. My sandwich was perfectly crispy and freshly made. Oh and they actually gave me extra pickles!“

“This Chick-fil-a location was built about a year ago on the corner of Kirby @ Main much to the excitement of the community.

The storefront offers Drive Thru, Mobile Thru, Carryout (until 9pm) and seating outside for dine in patrons. The only downside: the restaurant was built without a lobby or indoor seating. It’s a faux pas considering how many events are hosted by Reliant nearby, and how intensely hot & humid the days can be.

The staff are friendly and willing to help in all ways one might need, my only complaint is they can be a bit slow especially if someone is new and learning the routine. As an Operations Manager in foodservice I would recommend a trainer shadowing at all times until they get it down.

The food is great and always consistent, this is the best part about this operation and its ilk. Literally the golden rule for success in any industry. If you’re in the area or debating whether to trust this location, I can unequivocally say yes!“

“My dining reviews are focused on eating gluten free. The rest of you just don't know how lucky you are. I had a salad, the one with bits of grilled chicken and fruits, with the avocado dressing. It was adequate but what matters is I DIDN'T GET SICK right before my flight. Which is extremely important.“

“Great Location, no problem with my food. Drive thru can get a little long and slow, not too bad.. However, yesterday, I observed a worker wiping my entire cup from top to bottom with her hand, which was unsanitary and unpleasant. I hope this practice improves moving forward.“

“Thank you Claudia for delivering my food to my apartment, and then helping bring it in. I am recovering from major surgery and my ice machine quit working in my freezer - I am immobile and need ice for swelling. They made it happen. I had ice delivered with zero melt. The salad I ordered was exactly as I customized it, which can be tricky.

But the fact that Claudia walked my order up to my apartment and wouldn’t let me carry the ice or the beverages (she was so helpful) and while I’m recovering from surgery completely alone, I didn’t feel alone in that moment.
