“It is a good place; the food is well-prepared, and the staff is friendly and patient. There are staff members who speak Spanish, in case English is not your primary language. It is a place that is always clean, and you can stop by whenever you have a craving for a good food.“

“I highly recommend this place we had dinner here and oh my the way they took care of us it was really quick nicely and the hard working employees treated us if we were the only ones there.. I wish all of the other locations were the same at customer service.....“

“The only issue I ever have here is the CHOW MEIN :( Any time I order during a specific time slot, the chow mein is usually PERFECT consistency & flavorful. If I buy at ANY other hour the chow mein is either flavorless (but edible) or over cooked to the point its GUMMY & inedible 😭 The consistency was like playdoh going down my throat 🥲😂 This leads me to believe I only like the chow mein when one specific employee is on shift & I need to figure out their schedule so I can have perfect panda every time LOL. Give that guy/gal a raise!“

“It is an excellent place for lunch; the food is healthy, fresh, and delicious. Personally, I don't like spicy food, and they offer other options here. The food is prepared right on the spot. There are staff members who speak both English and Spanish, so you don't need to worry about the language barrier. There is accessible parking for everyone, and it’s a great place to visit with the family. A restroom is also available in case of an emergency.“

“I ordered online and my 6 meals was supposed to be ready to be picked up at 7:00pm I got there and they hadn't even started getting my food ready. I didn't walk out there till 7:58pm. The cashier Joseph was very nice and polite knowing how upset I was. The manger there didn't have any urgency to get people taken care of. Long line inside and at the drive through. I order online for this exam reason. I won't be going to that store again.“

“I made an order for our local Elementary School to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week. An associate name Yennifer and she was just an awesome person. Her customer service skills were superb and was knowledgeable regarding the menu. The prices were reasonable and they did not disappoint. The food was delivered pipping hot and the portions were super large. They also brought lovely decorations for our lounge. Our teacher enjoyed all the food and the fortune cookies they brought. I totally recommend you come in and speak to Yennifer. She will take care of all your needs.“

“Sandra, Bonnie, Paola, Victoria are the freaking best when it comes to customer service! It’s Top tier Even when it’s been a long day they keep a smile on their faces and get the job done! “Solid and dependable, even at 8:30pm when everything else is closing and you’re starting to get desperate. This location is easy to miss because it's tucked against the inner wall just past the food court entrance so if you’re scanning from the main walkway, you might walk right by it.

Food was fresh, hot, and ready to go and the service was great- fast, efficient, and exactly what you want when you’re in airport mode. Our go-tos: Orange Chicken, General Tso's Chicken, White or Brown Rice, Lo Mein, and/or Veggies. For me, Panda Express is the closest thing to “homey” comfort food you’ll find in most food courts, and it’s fast as hell. This panda understood the assignment.“

“Overall, this place is great for quick fresh Chinese food. There are healthy options as well, which are equally as tasty. Staff is helpful and friendly overall. Food is fresh but sometimes you have to wait for it to be made (5-10 minutes tops). Good location but parking can be a challenge sometimes. Overall recommended.“

“Food is great, prices are going through the roof now tho, they always have my order ready when ordering online which is good.

The poor guys there need to get either more support or more people in there, front attendant always seem busy to help with pickup orders, even then, the service is still good.“

“My account was hacked and several orders were placed on my card. The person who helped me out not only refunded the order instantly, they put the kibosh on the incident when the fraudster came in to collect the food. I didn't catch their name, but they are the best!“

“I used a special coupon to get a bowl for $1 for context. I chose the fried rice and Orange Chicken as my options. The fried rice was pretty good and soft. The Orange Chicken was also really good, but the amount they give you in the Bowl Size is a little less than what I would've hoped for. I've already ate some of that so the picture isn't the actual amount. But for a Bowl Size, it's decently filling enough 😁“

Personally the food was okay. I had chow mein, it was not tasty enough for me. Like there was something lacking in it.

I had orange chicken. It was okay too.“

“If you looking for a fresh and hot meal on Sunday morning, this location is great. Andrew served with a happy and positive attitude. His service went beyond when I ask for a little juice on my chicken. The restroom was so clean and smelled so nice. Please stop by and get a wonderful service.“

“I placed a large for my job this afternoon. Usually my orders are never ready at other restaurants. My panda order was ready early, nicely packed and nice and hot! The personal staff was friendly and helpful when I picked up my order. It’s my first time ordering from this location and it certainly won’t be the last time. “Stopped in for a quick lunch with my toddler and was completely blown away by the customer service. She chopped my daughter’s chicken up into tiny pieces so I wouldn’t have to, carried my tray to the table for me, then even went back and got forks, straws, and extra napkins for us and brought it to the table! I’ve been to full-fledged restaurants with less accommodation than that. As a mom, going out alone with your kid(s) can be so stressful. She made it so easy and I actually got to eat a hot meal!Will absolutely be back to this location every time I’m in the area. WOW!“

“I came to Panda on march 15 around 1 pm. There was a woman that was upset and acting Irate for no reason. she started causing a scene so the security officer stepped in to calm down the situation Luis, the acting manager was calm under pressure. Celeste was belittle by this woman but never engaged in negative conduct towards her. Angel stood by his manager to try and help this situation. Then Kat, which was running the register at the time was extremely professional and well mannered. These amazing people will have my business for good. Not to mention the food is always good here.“
