“I order my triple shot almost daily. I go to a different location close to my work, drinks are always super inconsistent in how the shots are brewed and the amount of cream etc etc. (it’s a heckin simple drink)

Now this location? Perfect every time. Doesn’t matter if it’s a triple or quad it’s always perfect.

Now the service? Even better. Everyone is always SO friendly! They love to see the dogs and always get me nice full PUP CUPS!

The baristas were all friendly and greeted me when I took my order, which made the place feel really welcoming. My drink was great! You could tell they paid attention to how it was made. “I’m here to counter the 1 star review left by the ladies i witnessed an interaction with, they seem to have beat me here! The young man at the register was sticking to the policy and he seemed to be enforcing this policy with everyone. Yes it’s hot outside it’s Houston carry a water bottle if you know you’re going out you cannot demand free water anywhere why would Starbucks be the exception? When visiting a restaurant if you walk up the cashier and ask for a free water you will not be given one, now when you sit down in a restaurant and place an order you may request a water. I frequent this store and them enforcing policies is the exact reason why I come here often. As long as this store keeps people who follow policy I will always be here. As for throwing a tantrum over a water I don’t think it counts as a medical situation. With that being said, policies are placed to be enforced.“

“When I walked into the Memorial Drive location in town & country, I placed my order online but walked up to the counter to check on it. Devin was the young man working behind the counter. He greeted me with a smile, was very polite and promptly checked on my order for me. During the holidays, it’s especially nice to see that quality of customer service and customer care.“

“I stopped by Starbucks to get some work done for a bit, and it turned out to be a really nice visit. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and a pastry, and both were made just right. The barista was friendly and even double-checked my order before processing it. I also liked how clean and cozy the place was, which made it easy to relax while working. “It's good location and close to highway 249 and others big stores around. The size of the coffee shop is big enough, and it has good service and staff. I tried a croissant here, and it wasn't bad, except it was very soft. It should usually be very crispy. I think they used a frozen croissant, which is why it was so soft.“

“Starbucks customer service is alive and well at this location. It was worth the multi minute walk in the humid morning just to be greeted by Flora's warm smile and pleasant demeanor. The egg pesto sandwich and hot chai were great too.“

“I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Giovanni (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly)! I stop by this Starbucks almost every weekday morning before work, and whenever Gio takes my order, I know it’s going to be a great start to my day.

His energy is absolutely contagious. He’s always smiling, genuinely kind, and in such a positive mood. It’s amazing how someone can make such a difference in a customer’s morning, but he truly does. No matter how busy it is, he always makes people feel welcomed and appreciated.

This morning, my mom asked for coffee. She has not had Starbucks in a while and we just had a very stressful morning already. When we walked through the door at 6 am, we were greeted with a big wave from a young woman with hello and good morning to me and my elderly mom. It was a simple gesture, but the hello was so genuine and really brought our spirits up from an already hard day. We sat inside and had a ham and cheese croissant and an egg bite with hazelnut lattes. My mom and I enjoyed our breakfast and felt very welcome. Thank you to the gentleman for bringing us our food, for the kind woman who opened the door for my mom so I can help her walk through easily, and for making us feel welcome so early in the morning.“

“Starbucks has a policy that if one location makes a drink improperly that you can go to amy location and get it remade. Sometimes I am in such a hurry (or late) that I don't even taste my drinks before I am on the freeway - much too late to go back to the original location. I don't usually take it to another location because it is a bit of an awkward exchange. But throwing away a full drink that you paid for is not a good feeling. Today this scenario happened and I decided to use the Starbucks policy. I went to this location and explained to them the mixup and they promptly started remaking my drink. No bad attitude, not acting like they were being given undo work, just deciding to do the right thing. It makes such a difference when a barista does something like this. The drink they remade was perfect! I appreciate the awesome baristas at this location and hope to visit here again in the future.“

Nahom has been part of the store for quite a while and always greets me with genuine warmth he remembers my order, asks how my day is, and just seems to know exactly what I need. Simon, though newer, fits in perfectly with the team. He’s friendly, efficient, and clearly loves what he does. Their attention to detail and welcoming conversation make every visit feel special.

The store works as a giant team, overseen by a hands-on manager who makes sure her staff are attentive to customer orders and needs. I’ve come here a hundred times at least over the last couple of years. The cafe and drive through are often packed on weekday mornings and has a real coffee house vibe. The afternoons are quiet and easy going. Weekends up and down busy. Through it all this staff is courteous, engaged, and hustling to make it all work. Cheers to this great Starbucks location.“
