“Dutch Bros on Lake Houston is pure happiness in a cup! From the moment we rolled up, the vibe was electric! Smiles, good music, and even better drinks. I treated myself to the Picture Perfect, and wow… silky, chocolatey caramel heaven with every sip. My husband went for the strawberry horchata and it tasted like summer and comfort all at once. Drinks were flawless, service was top tier, and honestly, it felt less like a coffee run and more like a mini joy break. Can’t wait to go back!“

Staff is always friendly, has been for years, this store has never been dirty enough for me to say something negative about it! And plus the coffee is always good!“

“I was here for several hrs doing some unexpected work, and it was a great ambiance for productivity. The internet was fast and the music was grooving. I also noticed the music playing was a very wide variety. Alternative, pop, Spanish, classics, hip hop, and more. There were several others there also working on laptops, and we were not bothered by the staff at all. They cleaned the tables fairly quickly when ppl left. They also had tons of outlets for charging. I bought 2 seasonal coffees and each were btw $4-$7. I would have given a higher rating, but I wasn't a fan of the drinks I ordered (I know, not their fault)“

“I live in Italy so I have the highest quality and most variety of coffee. Other than ciggeretes and pasta their staple in their diet is coffee. But I miss starbucks. There isnt one here in Sicily and I have to go Germany or another country to find some. I love their mixed drinks and urban feel. The only thing is the names are ridiculous. They are random italian names that do not make sense. Also the Frappe doesnt exist here in Italy.“

I see the bad reviews and I understand expectations but the customer service isn’t rude!!!! Management needs to recognize the drive thru issue but also praise that nice lady!“

“I came to this location and had the best coffee I think I’ve ever had! This very kind young lady I think her name was Amenah made it for me. She was so sweet! She helped me hand craft the perfect drink for me! The food was amazing, costumer service was great and the location was very clean. All staff was very kind and seemed to work well with each other! “I was concerned about a Starbucks inside of a Macy's, but I was quite impressed with the stellar service of cashier Alexie who wore a bright smile as she took my order. Upon tasting my order, I could tell the coffee didn't have cane sugar. Manager James quickly resolved the issue and offered to remake the order, which I contested. He said, "I just want you to be happy with your order..." This is the type of service deserving of all customers and I am privileged to receive this level of service and respect! Each time I come here Paige is so pleasant and knows my order and delivers my coffee with a smile each time.
