“Dee is the best hostess, first and foremost! She is definitely the hostess with the mostest! She is a hands on owner that makes you feel welcome from the start! The potstickers were amazing! The crispy chicken tacos were cooked to perfection! The batter was perfect! The deserts were amazing! The bread pudding was the best I’ve ever had! The banana pudding was fantastic! Tracy, the sweet lady, that waited on us was amazing at her job! We had a fabulous experience. I recommend anyone ,from around here or just traveling through, to not pass up on the opportunity to visit the Bayou Bistro!!!’“

The receptionist was on target and very polite in showing my wife and I to our awaited table. Our server was Alizah, excellent service with a smile, attentive to our requests, expedient service. We started out with the bread and olive oil, excellent Pina Colada and wine. Our annual appetizer order of three cheese bread with crab spinach dip. Main Entrees was the 5 crab stuffed shrimp with fresh asparagus for my wife. I had the grilled redfish, shrimp, scallops with asparagus, steamed squash, zucchini. We were savoring every bite!!!! To finalize, Alizah had brought us a complimentary cheesecake dessert with cherry flavor Happy Anniversary scribed for a great photo opportunity. We received our bill, very comfortable with cost, recommended 20% gratuity, plus a $2.00 bill for our server attendant and the chef for mucho Suerte and Pura Vida !!!!“

Perfectly golden, crispy, and so fresh I swear they waved at me from the fryer. Each bite was like a little crunchy hug from the Gulf. And as if that wasn’t enough, the sunset decided to show off. Sitting there, stuffing my face with fried shrimp while the sky turned shades of pink and orange, I felt like I’d hit the jackpot of simple pleasures. “First it tastes like a homemade burger!!!!!! It had enough bacon to cut to cover the whole bun!!!!!! The bacon was thick and delicious!!!!!! In the meat taste like 100% beef!!!! But it needed a little more seasoning.... The bun was toasted well on both sides I could even taste the butter. The fries were obviously real from real potatoes but they weren't crunchy enough they weren't firm but they were okay... The best part the beef if you want to know where the beef is they have the beef... Five stars from me. WORTH TRYING OUT......“
