Yesterdays was a pleasure to work with - I needed to pick up the sandwiches before they were scheduled to open and they had people come in early to make them so they would be ready when I requested them. “I visit this Jersey Mike's fairly often as it is close to my husbands job and Jersey Mike's is one of the few places he can confidently eat at on a keto diet. This location is my favorite. The staff is always so helpful even when I ask a million questions about carb counts on things. For me they have the best bread! At this store the parmesean rosemary is always on point.“

“I always come to this specific location to order the same sub. A giant chicken bacon ranch, sometimes with a cookie. Sometimes I order for my mom and another, so one day, one if the workers recommended I get the app to store up points I've earned. Have been using the app for a few months now and its awesome. For us 4 that got sandwiches, or wait time may have been between 6-8 minutes. The restaurant was very clean and out cashier was extremely patient and very attentive. We appreciate her customer service and wish she be recognized for not knowing she was doing her job WELL. I had the Jamaican jerk chicken sandwich. I felt upon first impression after opening the wrapper to MY sandwich, the lettuce was excessive. Haven been my first time, this may be a normal portion for the medium my fiance and I ordered. Next time I'd go light lettuce because all of the other ingredients pair so well together. I love the sauce that comes on it as well, so delicious! My fiance got the club on a sub. “I order from this location numerous times a week when I forget (or am too lazy) to pack a lunch to bring to work.. they are super friendly and their delivery drivers are on point.Sometimes by the time I get off the phone they are delivering less than 5 minutes later. The JJs by my house needs to take note. Food is always good and bread never stale. Just wish they would extend their delivery hours especially on weekends. If you don't call it in before 4pm they can't deliver.“

“Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Matthew! He was the only one working when I had to place a large order. He didn’t even flinch when I handed him the 2 page order. He was super attentive, and clarified on confusing specifications. He got straight to work making the 14 or 15 sandwiches. He absolutely went above-and-beyond by labeling everything, and separating the orders according to the requests on the paper. I was shocked when he appeared next to me with the large order in his hands, and asked where I was parked so he could carry the order for me. “Above & Beyond – A Standout Subway Experience!

Stopped into the Subway on Camp Bowie Blvd W in Fort Worth today (9/1/25) for a quick lunch, and I’ve got to say—this visit completely exceeded my expectations.

We all know what to expect from Subway: decent sandwiches, decent speed. But this location? It stood out in all the right ways—and that's 100% thanks to the incredible woman working during lunch today. I didn’t catch her name, but she absolutely deserves some recognition.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me like we’d known each other for years. It was like talking to your best friend—warm, upbeat, engaging, and genuinely kind. On top of that, she was fast, efficient, and clearly knew her stuff. The sandwich she made was hands-down one of the best I’ve had from any Subway in years.

The store itself was spotlessly clean, which is impressive given the challenging area it’s in. There are a lot of unhoused individuals around, and if you’re familiar with the neighborhood, you know it’s not the easiest spot to maintain a business. But this staff is clearly on top of it—they keep the lobby tidy, welcoming, and safe.

I work nearby and will absolutely be making this my go-to lunch spot moving forward. The lady working today is an asset to this store and the entire Subway brand. Someone needs to seriously consider her for a promotion—she would make an excellent team leader or general manager.

“I was the only one in the store at that moment... And I sat outside the store for about 10 minutes waiting for the rain to subdue and i saw no customers come or go. The one thing that I didn't like, was how the cashier/ sandwich maker came from the back, with gloves already on, and threw away some type of trash. She preceeded to make my sandwich, using the same gloves. She grabbed my bread, added and adjusted the meat using the same gloves. She reached and grabbed the mini cooler, opened it, grabbed a container of vegetables restocked what was on the counter and placed it back. She then continued to make my sandwich. Didn't change the gloves at all.. She touched the register to give me a price and went back to my sandwich and finished it. I think GLOVES should be grabbed new, only when your getting ready to make a sandwich... and removed if there are no more customers and thrown away! Much more sanitary.“
