“I want to thank the manager at Jersey Mike's in Boerne. I was in a rush to place an order for pickup for lunch and saw BOERNE, however, I was in need of the one closer to my house in Leon Springs. I placed the order but at the wrong location by accident. When my gal went to pick it up, she called and asked about it. It was then I realized I placed it for the wrong location. She purchased the order at the one in Leon Springs that I had initially placed at the Boerne location. I called the Boerne location and they couldn't have been nicer in understanding the mix up. They prompted refunded my entire purchase without issue. I want to compliment them for doing the right thing and thank you for that. I know the food is great there and the sandwiches are awesome. “I just want to give a huge shout out! I ordered online and I guess door dash does the pickup, well when the guy got to my house he did not have the gallon of sweet tea or chips, he didn’t seem like he was going to do anything about it. I call the store and let them know that I didn’t get the tea or the chips and explained to them that I would come get it but the reason I ordered online at Schlotzskys was because I am currently undergoing chemo treatment and unable to drive, the Schlotzsky worker then apologized for the inconvenience and delivered the missing items herself! And added a treat for the inconvenience. Not only is their food delicious their customer support tonight was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!“
