“We hosted a Celebration of Life at BJ's Brewhouse, Hwy 281 N. Could not have been more satisfied with the atmosphere, service, and especially the food. There were 80 of us with the Pizza and Salad Buffet. EVERYBODY there remarked how wonderful how wonderful the pizza and service were. I've heard terms like "never had pizza this good", "the service was excellent", "wonderful place." I highly recommend this particular location for events. EXCELLENT.“

“I can't believe we've lived in this area for so many years and have never tried this place! What a gem! They've been here 20+ years I think but we've never thought to stop in. That's unfortunate of us since they may not be around much longer. Come visit while you can! We had a delicious seafood chowder to begin with and both my husband and I tried the special fish dish....haddock, I think. Everything was so good! Tracy, our server, was excellent! She described each dish so well that I wanted to try everything! It did not disappoint! Go on a day trip to visit! It's worth the drive!“

“Love coming here. I feel comfortable and safe here. Since I’m single and come alone it is important to be comfortable where you go . Food is amazing. I’m on the Keto so I had the Cheese Burger Patty which was quality meat and really good. The staff was so friendly and the best Absolute Dirty Vodka Martini. I love this place.“

“We were at the Rim location just now. We sat in the bar area and immediately left. The floor had chips, old french fries on the floor and under the table. I had even said something about the floor needed sweeping as the hostess sat us. She didnt even bother to come back to address that. We got up and left. If the staff is like that with upkeep upfront, I did not want to know how they maintain their kitchen. I can understand if they were very busy and did not have time but there was a couple of people in the bar area. They could have addressed that. Very dissappointed.“

The only thing we were not satisfied with were the cocktails. They were very pricey and watered down. Will definitely return for the delicious food.“

“GREAT time. They had some items for Culinaria not generally on their menu, which sounded wonderful. We had sea bass, melted in your mouth. Also lobster risotto arancini, truly outstanding. Complex sauces elevated both the dishes. Tiramisu was a sweet end to a delightful meal. The skilled chef took great care of us. Server Gabrielle was outstanding as well, adding considerably to the experience. She was skilled, knowledgeable, charming, attentive, and with a sense of humor. We had tried Nonna's 1604 not much after they opened and did not go back. We will definitely return, based on this experience. Nonna's 1604 is some of the best food in town, and Culiniaria was a generous deal besides. I hope they keep these menu add-ons and the great staff members.“

The ribeye and filet mignon were cooked perfectly, the kids enjoyed their pasta and chicken strips, and the salads were fresh and crisp. Desserts were the perfect ending. “It was okay and would like to try other entrees. The Avocado Poached eggs plate was ordered. They typically dont have water rushing out of the eggs but these did, made the toast mushy but it was edible. I had to get up to ask for the bill as the waitress was too busy socializing with her co-worker. 😒“

My girls sweet potato breakfast plate was good, could gave been 2 eggs instead of one. Her spicy syrup was great. They put unique twists on their food. Wait staff attentive and friendly. My sangria was great.
Second visit comments. The pancake flight was excellent, very tasty. My partner and I had the Garden Omelettes and added ham and cheese, very tasty. The hash brown was very tasty as well. All of this was obviously fresh. Only small negative was fruit dish was too ripe. We will definitely be making this a regular place to visit.“

“This place has gotten so much better than the last time I was here, maybe a year ago. Much cleaner, less cluttered, easier to read menus, and better tasting food. Last time I got ribs from here they were mostly fat and little meat. This time, a lot more meat, and less fat. The server noticed that our chips were mostly large crumbs (like we had gotten the last scoop from the bottom of the batch and it was someone else from the kitchen that brought them out, not our server) and offered us a fresh bag to take home with us. (Thank you Jonathan! :) The molten lava cake was spot on this time for presentation and flavor. The manager was actively involved in checking on customers and assisting staff. The ribs were especially good and filling. We had enough to take home and split for lunch tomorrow. Prices everywhere have gotten expensive, but at least now at Chili's I feel like I'm getting value for my money (whereas before I felt I was paying a lot for mediocre food.)“

“I have now been to the IHOP on Singing Oaks in Spring Branch Texas 4 times. I was waiting for them to open this site for months, as I have always liked IHOP, but this one is setting a new standard for EXCELLENCE! Every time has been superb service and the food is DELICIOUS! All of the staff is friendly and helpful, and it is a joy to watch teamwork in action. Two servers stand out as EXTRAORDINARY -- Rosabella and Kelly. Efficient, friendly, and competent, and they each go above and beyond to assure that every customer is beyond just satisfied. What a JOY to interact with them!“

“This spot has become one of my go-tos in Stone Oak. It’s super spacious with tons of seating and TVs everywhere. They’ve got a solid beer selection on draft and some really good mixed drinks too.

Our server (didn’t catch her name) was awesome—friendly and super on top of things, even with the place being busy!

“This was my first time trying Roo Pub. I really liked the atmosphere with upbeat/ chill music, dimmed lighting, big screen TVs with all kinds of sporting events surrounding the walls of the pub, and various style of seating (bar stools, high tables, couches). The waitresses were kind and attentive. For the food we ordered the following: gator bites for an appetizer, side spicy Caesar salad, and chicken wings (mango habanero and sweet chili). The food was tasty and filling, definitely had enough for leftovers. Also, I enjoyed my flavorful strong Bloody Mary. I see myself coming back to try more drinks and food soon!“

“As of July 2025, they had some sort of water issue and their carpets got all wet. The smell of wet carpet was powerful. If you can’t stand any type of weird smell it might be hard for you to eat. The staff and food was at the same high level. You can tell the staff did their best to work around the inconvenience.“

“I stopped in to Billie Jean for the first time this weekend while out with friends in SATX, and it was a great experience!! This is a convenient spot for a nice margarita + delicious basket of fries. They have a cute outdoor patio, where our group sat, which was a little quieter + calmer (compared to inside the bar). The vibes inside are cool, as it’s curated to an 80s theme. A highlight is that there are lots of TVs behind the bar (thus, it’s easy to catch a college football game, or MLB baseball game at this spot). The staff are really nice, too!!“

“Our waiter was exceptional and very accommodating. I dined with my children who are quite picky. They offered a buffet for children which was satisfying for one of my children, but the other wasn't interested. The main dinner menu wasn't extensive, so our waiter was able to talk to the chef and modify a few things for us. The service there was wonderful!“
