“It was busy because it was Father's Day and there was no Wi-fi in the building or parking lot. I wanted to place a to-go order and it took a tad bit long amd the young lady at the window said when we were ready to let someone know she walked off and we never saw her again. I was ready to leave and not return.So we asked for assistance and Juran S. was right there and took care of our order and took my number down in case we weren't in the building to get the order she would call. She was very nice and attentive I appreciate her for that. It's great workers like her that makes you want to return.“

Nonetheless, went to meet a friend for a cold beer. Was happy to learn that we walked in to Happy Hour. A medium Modelo was under $3. What a deal!! Chips were crispy and fresh. The salsita was different but quite tasty and picoso! Wonder if they used chili de árbol? We ordered their $8.99 lunch special. I had pollo con mole. Chicken was so tender and juicy. Friend had carne asada. It was tasty and fresh. It didn’t look like a lot but it fooled me. Had to be rolled out of the place. Homemade tortillas were wonderful. Just like mom used to make. Overall I was impressed. Once their A/C problems are fixed I think it may become my new favorite place.“

“I like Groomers. Their customer service can be very good. I had one staff help me out a lot. Shout out to Merlin. He was great in helping me get some good catch of the day. I wanted AmberJack and they didn't have any ... so, he was able to find me a similar type fish. I really appreciated his attention to detail. Great place to shop at if you want fresh fish and also, they cook great samples to taste, the lobster samples were amazing. I need that recipe.“

“Fun, Fast, Friendly, and Delicious!

I was not expecting this much from a fast food seafood place, and was completely blown away by the value!

I had the Mexican Style Fish Plate. Very filling, and the fish and shrimp were both well-seasoned. My boyfriend had the shrimp tacos, and loved them. Rice was tasty.

“I hadn't visited this location in years many years... Its so much bigger than other locations. It was very clean. Due to its beening Good Friday the line was long. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches only no combos it was $17.30 yes the sandwich is big not huge but just still seemed alot for only 2 sandwiches. There was only 1 waitress but ahe def was doing what she could to keep up. I did noticed she had a young man helping with drinks but he looked so unprofessional, walking around with these huge headphones 🎧 on his head. It didn't look right and management should be showing him 2 be proud of his work and proud of his look. They did have a perfect city score and it did show.“

“This place is always on point for fresh and flavorful seafood! We've been coming for years and they never disappoint. I can never get a picture because we're too busy eating it!

Parking: Be careful of where you park you can be towed. The difficulty is definitely worth it for the food!“

“The fish is served as one orders it super hot and for 7 dolllars and change it is served with 3 pieces of fish 3 slices of bread and French fries. The fish pieces are large and very exceptionally tasty. Awesome fish fillets. The place is well kept and kept very clean.“

I love seafood, so I gave Bourbon Street a try recently. Had the lunch menu Salmon. It was well prepared, prompt from the kitchen, and worth the price point. Presentation could have been tidier; the veg, while delightfully flavorful and had color, was a bit sloppily placed on the plate. Salmon temp was perfect, butter lemon dill sauce was heavy on the capers... But I love capers so that worked well for me. Server was very attentive and professional and performed above my expectations.“

“Lovely place! Amazing food and service. The owner greeted their guest with welcoming arms. I was able to eat their famous shrimp quesadilla(tacos) along with yummy rice and vegetables. My second dish was their fried oysters with onion rings. The oysters were fried perfectly .with soft crunchy texture. The onion rings were also fried better than most establishments and the skin actually stayed on during eating. The waitresses really were very attentive to their guest which is always a good sign good leadership. Never needed to ask for anything as my waitresses was absolutely divine!. The atmosphere was awesome 👌! They had a large mural on the back wall that depicted the people of the Gulf of Mexico working together on a beach. Whoever the artist was did an amazing job. The inside of restaurant aims for the "By the Sea" theme. They have been in the community for a good long time and it is a testimony to their AMAZING food and service! Thank you Hector!
