“Food is fantastic cold cuts are sliced when you order, meat NEVER lays out during the day and the veggies are always fresh. Hot sandwiches are done same way. Cooked when you order. Whether you call in your order or by the app never a mistake on the order. At least I never had that problem.“

“I just got the best service at this location. I ordered 2 12 inch subs and both the employees working were super helpful and accommodating. They did not make me feel rushed nor did they seem bothered by my request! “One of my favorite NB restaurants! I work downtown and have ordered online for pick up plenty of times, the food is always delicious and the customer service is top notch. Even when they are in their crazy lunch hour rush, the employees are all friendly and have my lunch ready and waiting on time! I really appreciate that my order is always correct, with cutlery and napkin included. I will recommend Cravings all day long, thank you for being awesome🥰“

“My son and I used to come in every Thursday for a couple years. Our schedule changed and we haven't been in for a couple years. Came by this morning and Dana still knew who we were. She not only remembers my name, she remembers that I like lemon slices with my water. That's rare in a fast food environment!“

“Truly one of the best Charley’s to dine at. My wife and I decided to stop in after shopping and we both left full and happy. I had my usual original cheesesteak and ultimate fries with a lemonade. My wife had the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper wings. My cheesesteak and ultimate fries were simply delicious. So now on to the wings. I would have never thought wings at Charley’s would be some serious contenders. Now I wasn’t a fan of the garlic parm, but only because it’s not my flavor. But the lemon pepper is more to my liking. The wings were not only full of flavor, but very crispy. The garlic parm were also crispy and my wife really enjoyed them. Now with that out of the way. I have to give a huge thank you to Mike for providing great service throughout our time there. Remember my lemonade? Prior to leaving Mike asked if I would like a refill. That kind of gesture you don’t get from anywhere often and that just shows that the customer remains a priority from ordering to walking out the door full and happy. Thank you again Mike and to the cook. This Charley’s location will definitely be our go to in the future.“

“We've been three times now, and the first two times were great. Tonight made us not want to go back for a long while. The women's bathroom was disgusting. We ordered our food and they were out of bread bowls and potatoes. My daughter ordered off the kids menu, and we paid then 10 minutes later an associate came over and said they don't carry what she ordered anymore. So we switched to something else, that cost less, and we had to ask for the refund of the difference later, they didn't offer. We switched to carry out because the AC was broken (not their fault). One of my kids ordered the kid's Mac and cheese and they gave us a tiny side portion as her meal and when I asked the cashier about it she said it was correct. But then I saw a kid with a sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese and his Mac was the same size as her entree portion. I mentioned this and they said oh yah, you're right, and gave us a second one. We left and I realized we didn't get our drinks, we just ordered water so no loss but just irritating. They also didn't give our kids their cookies in this kids meals, which I didn't realize until we got home. My husband broccoli cheese soup was very watery, and my chicken enchilada soup had maybe 2 pieces of nickel size chicken and nothing else but the soup part. Our sandwiches were good and the kids' food was good. The manager was very nice.“

“they just opened on FM 1103 and not a lot of people know, they need to go.
Only reason for my order being expensive is made a few modifications... (Like adding extra meat, cheese, and bacon - but nowadays what place doesn't charge for those, and the up cost wasn't bad.) All in all I paid about $17 for the combo - as a reminder I had extras on my sub.
And they had a lot of options for extras that had no charge.“

“I've been obsessed with eating Subway in the last few weeks and this location is beyond clean and always has great customer service. The crew at this location are friendly and very patient. Best part of it all is Mrs. Vicky's jalapeno Dill Pickles chips, they are soooo good.“

“Dave is an asset to this location! Been eating potbellys for years but never had service provided like they do in the forum. (Its always good but this was great). Ran into this location specifically a bunch of times but today I came in with my kids, he insisted we sit down to get them settled. He came and took our order and everything was great, even checked in on us. Its small gestures like that mean a lot to families juggling a lot being out.

Delighting customers and creating raving fans is what its all about in the service industry. You definitely have a fan here. Thanks for all you do!

“The sub sandwiches are made to your order. They are quick price friendly. The sub's come in child size, half or full sub. They also offer soup, drinks, chips & cookies The place is always clean to include the restrooms. With the amount of customers that's a very high compliment. Great place to eat!!!“

“I love subway, been to a handful all over the place but this one has go to be the best one. Everyone is super friendly not rude or in a rush. They truly cared about what they do. I equally like how the windows are down so I can see what the food looks like, most have the metal doors up. Plus this location has black olives!!“

“This was my first visit but not my last. Extensive, tasty menu. I had a loaded spud that was amazing. Their tea was spot on perfect! And we shared some brownie bites. The manager opened the door for us bc our hands were carrying leftovers and she was so very nice. Told her it was my first visit but we'd definitely be back. 10/10“

“Savon was awesome! He greeted us, sold us the special of the day, offered us all he could without feeling pressured into buying anything. Super professional and friendly. Food came out exactly how we wanted but better because of his hospitality. The store became busy right as we were paying and the rest of the staff came out and helped him with orders.
