“Order was right, but I chose how many sauces I want (including ketchup) on the app and I only received 1 of each.

“Micheal, who I believe is the manager went above and beyond. I purchased our food in the app before making the drive but there was a glitch and they didn’t have any record of our order on their end. I didn’t mind waiting bc the plan was for my son to play in the playground area but they got our food out right away! Amazing, friendly service, glad this is our neighborhood CFA“

“Visiting from Montreal, Canada, first time trying Chick-fil-A. The staff was so excited that it was my first time!! The spicy chicken was delicious and their special sauce went perfectly with it. Wasn't going to get fries, but they insisted. No regrets! So good. The lemonade "slushy" was great!“

“Curbside pickup makes ordering a breeze. My friend and I stopped by in the afternoon to grab lunch and a shake. My friend had never used the app before, but she was able to customize her order with ease. Service was friendly, and everything was delicious.“

“By far the most friendly and service oriented staff. These employees are well trained, disciplined, and show teamwork all around. Excellent service overall despite the small scale happy chaos kids cause in this location. The dining area is kept very clean. We didn't get to experience the robot server because the dining area was full. Kids play area is the added fun. Keep it up.

“I come to this Chik Fil A a lot, my kids are fanatics. We always have a great experience with mobile order and drive thru but today we decided to dine in. There was a person outside who asked for me to get him some food so I told him I would. Ja Mal who works at this store often and is always polite, efficient and has great work ethic took our order today and brought our food to us. I asked him if I could also get a bag because I wanted to give some of our food to the man outside. Ja Mal brought me a bag as requested and as son as I finished placing the items in the bag I asked my daughter to stay inside while I ran the food to him. As I was getting up, Ja Mal quickly approached and asked if I wanted him to take it out to him and as I didn’t want to leave my daughter inside by herself I accepted his offer. Ja Mal goes above and beyond every single time we encounter him and while there are many other employees also who work hard and well at this location I really feel Ja Mal goes the extra mile and is just such a well mannered, man who takes great care to his job and customers. I appreciate him very much and I hope he receives recognition for his great work ethic and care for customers. Thank you Ja Mal!“

“Each time I’ve visited this location, Chick Fil A @ Red Bird, I’ve encountered exceptional customer service, prompt greetings and genuinely friendly and service centric employees. Today I visited close to the restaurant opening, to pick up a large order.. The catering team welcomed me with excitement, they knew exactly who I was and assisted me with walking my order to my car. They were actually doing me a favor by accepting my order with such short notice, but they treated me like royalty and handed me a “Thank You” card at the conclusion of my visit. When it comes to delivering great food and proving an unmatched customer experience, the Chick Fil A Red Bird team nails it every single time! I appreciate their consistency and commitment to serving their customers and community.“

Greeted with a friendly smile. Service was quick. And food tasted just like any other Chick-fil-A place. The only exception here is that you cannot use your rewards points from Chick-fil-A app. Nor do your purchases at this Chick-fil-A count towards your rewards. There's a rather small area to sit and enjoy your meal next to the checkout.“

“Gave me tea instead of Root Beer so then had to wait in line again to get corrected. Mistakes happen but when it wastes so much time it would be nice if a coupon for a free item was handed out to help make up for the time lost, or add in a brownie or something to make the customer feel better about having to wait for a second time. Otherwise a good experience and they don’t mess up often.“

“This new store is nice and the food was standard Chick-fil-A. The parking lot isn't the best layout. When we got home with our food we realized that dot not receive any napkins and I had no sauce, and when I thought back I remembered that I had not been asked if I wanted any. There is an area that looks like it's for a condiments and such but it was empty. Also the employees that greeted us and took our order seemed as though they were just speaking from a script, almost like the little robot that was rolling around.“

“The first thing I would like to say is that we all know how good Chick- fil-A is. We go to the restaurant at 3820 NW Highway because my wife loves the service we receive from one of their team members by the name of Janie. She speaks to my wife in her native language which is Spanish and Janie always gives service with a great attitude and a smile. Janie is a great asset to the company and always gyo above and beyond when each customer walks in. Happy eating!!!!!!“

“Love going here, it's my to go place, but I will say that ( WHICH HAPPENS RARELY LIKE VERY RARELY) you will get people that clearly don't wanna be there but hey I get it fast food jobs are never easy. Overall really recommended this chick-ful-a.

“Came in for a late dinner and Harvey was the gentleman who helped me. Harvey was super polite and patient. He made sure the whole process was seamless and went above and beyond to ensure great customer service offering refills and trash pickup. I usually don’t have negative experiences at this chain but like to highlight the notable experiences.“

“Okay I didn't go to the one on Mockingbird I went to the new one they just built on Harry Hines by the hospital, and this place I ordered the grilled nuggets those are horrible absolutely terrible the Rosemary that they put on those is way too pungent! I think I smelled Rosemary through my nostrils and my taste buds tasted on my taste buds for probably a week. The service the lady that works the lobby she is really great but the cashiers there are are wondering which way George Went. I didn't have the heart to tell him that George wasn't coming back! The fries were cold, and I really did enjoy my meal at all I said I left some review on the customer service line nobody got back to me yet so this was last week but if you want to go in just for some Grins and Giggles go and watch the cashiers for a few minutes you'll definitely get some“

“Kindest staff. When my friend was having car trouble, Joshua (the executive director) at the location jumped in to help. He helped pop the hood and another worker brought water (since overheating was the issue). He suggested coolant and helped pour it into the car with a funnel made from an empty jug. Thank you for your help along with great service as we waited for the car to cool.“

“I don’t bother with the grocery store(not proud of this) I eat out everyday and frequent “The Chick”(nickname for chick-fil-a) …..anyway my point is it would be nice to get some ketchup in the bag. There’s no option for ketchup on ubereats.“

“So my son loved his chicken Sandwich and well my sadlid was terrible there was a very nice lady who gives you your food and my sons food was very sciny the envierment is very good well when you go to outside eating there is ugliness but would kindof recommend it.“
