“Curbside pickup makes ordering a breeze. My friend and I stopped by in the afternoon to grab lunch and a shake. My friend had never used the app before, but she was able to customize her order with ease. Service was friendly, and everything was delicious.“

A previous time I came in she was more than accommodating as well, Ms.Consuela needs a raise asap- beyond amazing customer service on both occasions and I presume it’s nothing short of exceptional every time.“

“There is a young lady named Tae (I hope I’m spelling it right) who went above and beyond today for my and my friend’s kids. She was overall aware and cordial, fast and nice. When boys had a hot wheel car stuck at the playground she found someone to open the back door, so kids could come and get it.

Tae hasn’t stopped smiling and being genuinely sweet throughout multiple interactions we’ve had.

“Love this place. The staff is always super friendly and my order is right every time. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries — hits every time. Even when the drive-thru line looks long, they move it fast. Always clean and just feels good eating here.“

“Hello, I just recently moved to Dallas from Canada and Chick Fil A is not easily accessible here, at least where I lived. I had driven to your guys' Chick Fil A after work and was met with excellent service! This young gentlemen named Jordan took my order, was very patient and gave me a few suggestions for some good stuff on your guys' menu. He made my experience at Chick Fil A extremely positive and enjoyable, the food was great, your guys' restaurant is extremely clean, and the service was fabulous. Would come here again. 10/10“

“I come to this Chik Fil A a lot, my kids are fanatics. We always have a great experience with mobile order and drive thru but today we decided to dine in. There was a person outside who asked for me to get him some food so I told him I would. Ja Mal who works at this store often and is always polite, efficient and has great work ethic took our order today and brought our food to us. I asked him if I could also get a bag because I wanted to give some of our food to the man outside. Ja Mal brought me a bag as requested and as son as I finished placing the items in the bag I asked my daughter to stay inside while I ran the food to him. As I was getting up, Ja Mal quickly approached and asked if I wanted him to take it out to him and as I didn’t want to leave my daughter inside by herself I accepted his offer. Ja Mal goes above and beyond every single time we encounter him and while there are many other employees also who work hard and well at this location I really feel Ja Mal goes the extra mile and is just such a well mannered, man who takes great care to his job and customers. I appreciate him very much and I hope he receives recognition for his great work ethic and care for customers. Thank you Ja Mal!“

“This new store is nice and the food was standard Chick-fil-A. The parking lot isn't the best layout. When we got home with our food we realized that dot not receive any napkins and I had no sauce, and when I thought back I remembered that I had not been asked if I wanted any. There is an area that looks like it's for a condiments and such but it was empty. Also the employees that greeted us and took our order seemed as though they were just speaking from a script, almost like the little robot that was rolling around.“

“Well what can we say bad about chick-fil-a? The food is amazing and addicting everything from the salad to Chick-fil-A sandwich even to the waffle fries are amazing. The atmosphere if you have time to go inside which is sometimes faster than waiting through the drive-thru line to get the food at the window. This place is always busy cuz they have great food. I wonder if someday they'll be open on Sundays, LOL

“First time here. Arrived around 2PM, so after the lunch crowd. Got both regular and spicy tenders, cereal milkshake, and fried chicken dumplings. Tenders were good, dipping sauces were great. Milkshake was VERY GOOD (not too sweet). The dumplings were really good with a nice kick from the sauces. I spoke with the owner a bit— very nice man. The place is clean and a nice atmosphere. Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.“

“Well, first off, I never had a Chick-fil-A back in my day at DBU. Secondly, I am jealous and need to double check my servant leadership attitude about it. Thirdly, God and Chicken go together, but how does Bo Pilgrim feel about it... oh yea, he funded the chapel next door. “I take all my nanny kids to Chick-fil-A on days when we need something easy. I’ve been to a lot of different Chick-fil-A’s and they’re all pretty amazing, but this one blows all of them out of the water. The workers here are just by far the best, and most helpful. There’s one woman at the front who always remembers the boy I nanny and I. She is always so sweet and so welcoming. The other staff is always quick to get me a high chair or checking in to see if we need refills or sauces, anything. It really is like being at a sit in restaurant sometimes. While writing this review, I was given a free milkshake! This specific store is closest to where I work currently, but wherever else I end up in the future, I will try and make the trip to this one if I can!“

“I don’t bother with the grocery store(not proud of this) I eat out everyday and frequent “The Chick”(nickname for chick-fil-a) …..anyway my point is it would be nice to get some ketchup in the bag. There’s no option for ketchup on ubereats.“

The Cobb Salad was amazing and what I usually order from here. With the added nugs and usual toppings, this salad never disappoints. It’s usually 2 servings for me and it’s still good with refrigeration up to 24 hours later.“

“Can't get enough of the food here! I wish they were open on Sundays, but I understand. The food is amazing. I love their criss-cut fries the most, really good. I like the polynesian sauce they got, daughter love the buffalo, I like the hot mustard one as well. Pricing is reasonable. My go to is a 8pc nugs, with fries lol. Sometimes ill get the sugar free lemonade.“
