“I ordered on one of the kiosks on the way to the restaurant. There was virtually no wait when I arrived. Somehow along the way I ordered incorrectly I guess and was given two drinks. That was fine, and I was just going to purchase the fries so I stepped over to do that and the manager said the error wasn’t mine, it was theirs. He didn’t charge me for the fries. I don’t think they made any error, but they went above and beyond to have a happy customer.“

“Israel was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure my order was right, he’s helping tables offering refills and just a friendly energy. It was sad to see none of the other employees offering to help out or even talking to the other guests. I will def be back just for him!“

“This McDonald’s is hands down the best fast food establishment I’ve ever experienced. The staff is efficient, friendly, and consistently go above and beyond. The food is always fresh, the restaurant is spotless, and the service is unbelievably fast — even during the busiest times.

It’s clear the management here runs a tight ship. Whoever is in charge deserves a raise tenfold. I’ve never been so impressed by a McDonald’s (or any fast food place, for that matter) in my life. They set the gold standard for what every McDonald’s should strive to be. We've even started coming here and dining inside, its really that great!

If I could give more than five stars, I would.“

“Just a normal McDonald's. Sometimes they make mistakes but have always made the correction when asked. As with any major fast food chain sometimes they do miss the mark. This location on has always prepared my food just fine. Thank you.“

“The food was delish! Took dinner to eat with friends for football viewing. No McDonalds does not help the blow when your team sucks.

Three stars on atmosphere because it was so busy, two lanes full, then they request you move and wait. Almost three cars crashed into me due to the traffic jam. They need an officer to direct traffic. Seriously.“

“We come here every time we go to the airport, which is usually around 3am. The food is always hot, fresh, and good.
The drive-thru is a little slow during the overnight shift, but i don't mind waiting, knowing that I'll be getting a hot and fresh meal.“

“Love hitting this location for breakfast every weekend with my hubby. Nice to see the familiar friendly faces and nice relaxing meal every Saturday. The hashbrowns need to be less oily, the coffee in the lobby so we can refill on our own and not have to wait in line begging others who are ordering and the cream and sugar easily accessible as well. Besides these two issues I face at all locations, still highly recommend for a nice leisurely meal with amazing coffee!!!“

I've been twice since my last review due to just being in Walmart and needing to grab some food. Smiling workers and prompt service. Seems better. I'll update rating.

Place has been going downhill lately. Maybe they're having trouble keeping employees. Current employees seem young and new to the workforce in their defense, so I understand why they would not know how to give customer service or understand working, but at the same time, that leaves customers without customer service.
Today an employee forgot my drink for my mobile to go order which was not a big deal. I asked, and he just handed me a cup instead of filling it. No problem. I went to the machine for dine in orders and it was out of ice, the area was very messy, and the straws needed to be restocked. I and other customers had to go ask for ice and a straw but the employees didn't seem to piece it together that they needed to restock. There was another little issue, but the app could have been to blame for that. Things change, so i'm just hoping management trains better and things turn around. If I see service getting better, I will definitely give a better review.“

“I would like to send a very special shout out to devonte, the manager here at McDonald’s! There was a small mixup on my order at the most busiest time of the day and unfortunately I didn’t get what I purchased, but we know easy mistakes happen like that all the time however, I went back the following day and on my normal routine explain to the manager what I had occurred, and he immediately took action and replaced the order with no hesitation and made sure that I was super satisfied, I normally don’t go all out on fast food reviews, but this one was warranted because some people like him are amazing and more people like him this would make this place better world, thank you so much my bad make sure you guys either give him recognition a small bonus and something for his grade can do and want to attitude.“

“This is by far the best McDonald's I have been to in the Dallas/Downtown area! I came in, employees greeted me while working hard, keeping the tables clean, I walked around the restaurant and it's very clean! As I waited for my meal I was able to unwind and relax! “I haven't visited McDonald's for more than a year for various common, unspoken reasons. On a whim, I stopped in to get breakfast to-go for my husband and me. The young guy at the register must have been in training, as someone had to step in to correct not just mine, but several customers' orders. He was pleasant, though. Surprisingly, my order was fresh, hot, and looked as if someone cared about how it looked. The restaurant was clean, and seemed to be a local hangout for older gentlemen! I will visit this particular McDonald's again.“

Service? 🔥 The crew here is ON POINT. Friendly, fast, and they somehow kept smiling despite the endless stream of groggy jet-lagged flyers. Respect! 💪😎

My order was hot, fresh, and exactly right — even with a couple of custom requests (no pickles, extra onions… I’m that guy 😅). The fries were crisp, the Big Mac was a masterpiece of balance and nostalgia 🍔✨, and the Coke hit with just the right airport-travel carbonation magic 🧊🥤💥.

Bonus points for how CLEAN this place was — tables wiped, condiments stocked, and even the ketchup dispensers weren’t sticky (a miracle in itself 🧼🙏).

“FINALLY! You guys did it. I went through the drive in for a Mocha frappe and a fries. The young man (he was wearing a black sweater with designs, glasses, hair pulled back, almost a sandy color) was sooooo polite when he took my order. Well spoken and professional.

Drove to the next window and the next young lady handed me my mocha frappe and said; "hello my friend!!" Y'all, I almost lost it. That was the sweetest thing I have ever heard! Young lady you made my day. I just stared at her for a few seconds. I'm not use to the level of politness.

This isn't a bad location and every time I come I never have a problem...food is always on point for me, but to call me a friend, baby she almost made me cry. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making my food fresh and showing such exemplary customer service. Sorry, guys I wished I had gotten their names. “Like most airport restaurants, this McDonald’s had long lines, rushed customers, and staff that already looked worn out, even at 7:00 a.m. The setup didn’t help much: one register open and two self-order kiosks, with a confusing layout that left some people unsure of what to do. I opted for a kiosk since it was open, and to their credit, my food was ready in under 3 minutes.

The food itself was fine, but nothing to brag about. The steak breakfast sandwich tasted okay but was pretty dry and definitely needed something extra. Overall, it got the job done, but between the wait and the quality, it wasn’t much more than “just fine.”“

I just feel like the 8 other ppl in the kitchen could have at least helped her get the orders together when they saw how long they were ready before she was able to go and put them together.“

“Most professional McDonald's I have ever been to. The managers were both very well dressed, out front managing operations. It was clean, the food was excellent (Disclaimer: I actually hate McDonald's and only stopped at this one because it was close, I was starving, and I only had a few minutes to eat before a work call) so for me to compliment the food, is truly saying something. “I’ve never eaten inside the restaurant itself, but this is the ONLY McDonalds that ALWAYS has a working ice cream machine. There’s a McDonalds closer to my house, but I always drive to this one because I know they won’t disappoint me with the, “Oh, OuR iCe CrEaM mAcHiNe Is BrOkEn” lie; I know yall just don’t wanna clean it but don’t want to. This is the GOAT McDonalds just for that; my frappe is always here when I need it. Thank you“

“My visit at this MacDonald’s was after the usually expected Lunch Rush so I was able to walk right up to one of their “Self-Order” “Full Menu” things (I don’t know what they call them, sorry) & my food was delivered to my table very quickly. There were maybe 1/2 Dozen people there & everything went like clock-work. The place was nice & clean. The tables & booths were clean. It was a very nice place for a late lunch.“

My curbside was left on the counter and I had to go inside. I tried to talk to the manager and worker, manager walked away. Worker was confused in what to do, looked at me and said there it is. She explained why I called to the manager and he turned his back and went to the drive thru window. He never acknowledged me. My breakfast sandwich was cold by the time I got it.“

“A hidden gem amongst the trees and other things that surround it. Very nice people working hard and maintaining their store and product with pride and excellence. At the corner of a nice shopping center featuring a large Kroger grocery store. Check them out!!“

“The young lady working the window was awesome. She was super attentive to everything. Making sure to ask if I needed ketchup, salt, or pepper. Before handing my drink to me, she made sure the lid was on like it should be. I glanced in at the work area, and the part of the kitchen I saw was immaculate and organized. (I can’t say the same for the Airline Drive Location in North Bossier City, Louisiana). Honestly, it was one of my best drive-through experiences at any McDonald’s I have ever visited.. I can tell this manager runs a tight ship.“

“I was surprised to see this place. It’s a small McDonald’s with a drive thru and walk up windows. I don’t think I saw indoor seating but they do have a small patio area with several seating tables that are Gated in. Food was very good and came out quickly. I’m surprised that there aren’t more of these places. Some people just want to walk up and order or just pick up their order instead of waiting in a long drive thru line. Parking is a somewhat problem to me. If drive thru is long it does block some cars in.“

“This is a great McDonald's. I've stopped by a few times because they have the new spicy breakfast McMuffin and that's not currently available at a lot of McDonald's. The spicy is okay. It still needs some Cholula hot sauce IMHO. The drive-thru's a little goofy, you basically have to make a lap around the building to get in. “We came to this McDonald’s to wait for my husband to get a hair cut and let our son play, the play ground was closed due to maintenance on the floor. However we still had a great lunch. Edward along with all the staff was nice and kind the food was fresh. Edward continued to walk around talking , being friendly even with the kids, and was always asking if everyone was okay and needed anything. Alex was keeping the place clean , Monica was so nice as well and helped clean our table. We need more McDonalds like this! “This place is similar to another McDonald's that you might attend. You have a friendly staff that mostly speaks Spanish. The seating is really well crafted. When you order a fountain drink it will be behind the counter with the rest of the staff instead of it being outside.
The playground for the kids is extraordinary!
The kids will have plenty of fun and will not likely decide to leave and might even throw a fit if you decide to finish your meal fast or decide that they need to go home. This playground is epic and it will keep them occupied for as long as you're there.
There is plenty of parking and there is plenty of things to do around this area so have some fun and try to get something out of it.“

“typical McDonald's, looked fairly clean and updated. the food was good and everything came out great except my burger patty was all wonky. i also noticed that the limit refills which i thought was very peculiar. i did not pay this any mind and got several refills as id do any other McDonald's.“

“I live relatively close to this McDonald’s and have been here quite a few times. My rating is based off this being a McD’s, and not a high end service sit down restaurant or anything it’s not designed to be. The staff here has always been friendly when I’ve come, food has been hot and well made (for a McD), and I’ve generally gotten what I expected.

A couple of times my order has been wrong (as with many fast food restaurants), but they’ve kindly fixed it when asked and shown the receipt. The drive thru line can get long during busy hours, but not insanely long, and inside almost never gets crazy. Plenty of surface parking is available onsite if you prefer to go in, or if you get an incorrect order through the drive thru. I would say ask for condiments, napkins, etc, as I’ve seen this be an issue with more fast food places lately.

Generally I’ve found this to be a completely reasonable McD’s relative to any other after multiple experiences with them. I’d recommend them as much as any McD’s, and more than many others I’ve been to that have offered a less desirable experience.“

“I was so disappointed and hurt by the downtown location. Fresh and hot everything (Burger, fries and pie). They didn't have everything and was limited on a few choices but if you was willing to wait it was coming hot.For my horrible 3-4 experience at the downtown location without resolution and basing my experience on its own merits. It was extremely clean especially knowing it does have moderately high volume of traffic with smu, North Park mall and right off the highway traffic and a train hub station. I forgot I was eating McDonald's for a second, which is my way of expressing a good thing and good humor as I upgraded my sandwich with add on with everything correct. “Been using the buy one get 1 free at same price or cheaper this has allowed me to get things I wouldn't normally get with that being said got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was so good the chicken was totally different then the chicken and it taste almost just like chick fil a i would totally recommend it and be sure to do them surveys on the recipes great easy was to get free food!
