“Just had dinner at Mot Hai Ba. This place is hands down one of top culinary experiences I’ve ever had. The quaint but perfect atmosphere, the top notch service from host, staff and waiters, to the creative and flavorful dishes, were all outstanding. Each dish is unique and creative with a fantastic combination of Vietnamese’s savoriness with just the right touch of French influence.
We enjoyed the banh bao (so good!), Vietnamese rice cake, the pork and the garlic noodles. We were complimented the chard tempura. We also had the apple dessert, the perfect sweet ending with just a touch of salt. I only wish I had more room in my stomach for more. Our server Mata was outstanding he gently guided us through this culinary experience with the just the right amount of direction and he knew every detail about the restaurant. He really made the experience that much better.

It was the first time I tried Vietnamese food and it was full of flavor, but nothing risky.

The beverages were also a nice surprise, specially the mocktales.

Highly recommended if you want to eat good food, you are very hungry and want to have a quiet night with a few friends.“

I came in because it was near my job and did not have much expectation; thinking it would be another Asian fusion place. As soon as I supped pho broth, I knew for certain food is authentic. “I recently visited Pho Que Huong and had a generally great experience. The service was friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant start to the meal. I ordered the mixed fried rice, and it was really tasty — flavorful and well-cooked. The meatballs and other dishes my friends ordered were also really good, with everyone enjoying their meals.

That said, I did feel like something was missing from the overall experience — maybe just a bit more depth in the flavors or an extra touch that could have tied everything together. Despite that, I think this is a place worth trying again. I’ll definitely be back to give it another shot!“

They probably served only one kind of ramen at the market. But omg the broth was heavenly flavorful. It tasted just right, rich, and not too salty like many ramen places I’ve tried. Too much sodium is not good for your health and imagine that’s soup so it packs a lot of sodium. I rarely write reviews but this one is definitely worth it. This is a spacious and clean place.
Sadly, it's located in an exhausted shopping center replete with vacant commercial real estate.
Pho, a style of Vietnamese soup, is not the only offering.
They also have the traditional Vietnamese vermicelli dishes.
Steamed and fried rice combinations are presented, as well.
I tried the grilled shrimp with vegetables and steamed rice and wasn't disappointed.
It's a bit pricey for lunch (over $14.00) but the food is flavorful and healthy for you.“
