“Great little dive and hidden gem for German brats, rye and kraut... decent selection of craft sodas wine and beer too... they even have cheerwine! Perfect food after playing baseball at the Denton fields and great value for the plates- the most expensive we saw was 10.99 and the portions are generous. Will return anytime we're in Denton“

“Dickey’s Barbecue Pit on I-35E in Denton is hands down one of the best barbecue spots around! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Their brisket is tender and juicy with just the right amount of smokiness, and the ribs fall right off the bone. The sides are just as good—mac & cheese, baked potato casserole, and fried okra are absolute must-haves.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making the dining experience even better. The place is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a casual meal with friends or family.“

“i overall had an amazing experience here at this dickeys! i took my husband and three kids here a couple of days ago and the staff was incredibly nice and informative! one of my kids spilt their drink everywhere and staff was more than willing to help us clean it. ? loved the overall atmosphere and our food was presented to us beautifully and fast!“

“Met Todd at the Hilltop Food Truck Park. We got the burnt ends, fatty brisket, and banana pudding… let me just say THE BEST BBQ I’ve ever had. Excited to go back and try the loaded bake potatoes and the turkey legs! Go support this wonderful family and food truck.“

“chasing tail is only bbq I will eat. only, last time I got chopped beef. they were out of sliced. I could not eat it. it was dry and hard. not much taste. from now on, only sliced is all I will buy.“

“My steak was delicious and the Service was good, although we did have to request water refills and we were never asked about drink refills. The huge disappointment was the onion strings. See the picture. But only were they not strings they were not crispy or very flavorful. I will not order them again.“

“When I tell y’all this food is sent from heaven, I mean it! I found this place when I was looking for places to order on DoorDash. The reviews were so good that I decided to just go up there because everyone speaks so highly of the owners. Be prepared to wait about 15 minutes, but it’s worth every minute sat!! I got 2 of the brisket tacos and a brisket bbq potato. It’s freaking huge! I’m going to try to the brisket sandwich next time because a family that are regulars were up there waiting on their food and told me I gotta try it next! I will be back this weekend. 😆“
