“I have been looking forward to trying Abby Jane, grain to table makes me so happy. We bought a donut, almond monkey bread, chocolate babka, and a sourdough loaf (pan). The pastries were amazing, it was 2:40pm and the donut was incredibly soft. The almond monkey bread was just sweet enough and I will be buying my sandwhich bread from them. My only issue was the chocolate babka was a bit dry and burned on the edges.“

“I absolutely love this place! I wish I lived closer. You don't find beer engines (cask beers) at a lot of breweries these days, and they are fantastic. Their other beer is also great. Solid brewery with a solid food truck. Worth a visit if you are close“

“Not sure why I haven’t left a review since I’ve eaten here so frequently. What prompted me to write this today was because of how well the manager handled an issue from an order I placed over the weekend. I asked about the order being remade days later and explained what happened and the manager was so kind and explained the standards they have (which I feel to be excellent). I have work lunches here and get take out about twice a month for my wife and I on the weekends. Always great food and fast service. Mistakes will always happen so it’s great to know staff will take care of customers. Route 12 will continue to be our families go to spot in Dripping. Better Cheddar Burgers, chicken fried chicken and Cajun pasta are the 3 dishes I rotate ordering.“

“I really liked this place! Amazing beer, especially the hazy one! Very deep dense taste, and color???… A very professional approach is felt! It is with the soul and knowledge, as well as love for their work. Using the best quality ingredients. It was like nothing to me!Despite the rainy Saturday, there was amazing live music-guitar. It was wonderful.And I also want to mention the head chef Max! An incredibly radiant person! And what delicious burgers he cooked personally and brought them to his guests! It costs so much!!! Thanks to him!My son Max, 11, and daughter Marianne, 5, were delighted! It was so delicious! The most delicious burgers, they told me, and they are still the same.We also had time to watch our favorite football (of course, HOOK ‘em HORNS ?????) “Stopped here while looking for a location for ice cream after a day in dripping springs. The frozen yogurt/soft serve was super, super sugary. Hardly tasted of anything else. Just the one person working with families coming in and out seemed rude to try the hard ice cream. The topping selection was excellent, though.Probably a great place to bring kids for quick ice cream—with less fat—if that’s what you’re worried about. Not so great if you don’t like the super sugary flavors. We won’t stop here again, but was definitely busy with families and kids getting in and out quickly!“

“I’ve never had such incredible crispy wings! The onion rings were out of this world! So delicious and never fell apart. Their signature rub on their wings was savory and sweet and I also had the lemon pepper, which were incredible! I can’t recommend this place enough“

“Had dinner at Homespun last night. Our first time there. It was WONDERFUL! The CF Steak & CF Chicken were absoultely delicious. Prices were reasonable. My only disappointment was that the veggie side dish servings were quite small. Otherwise, a wonderful meal. Servers were very courteous and knowledgeable. Can't wait to visit Homespun again.“

Upon entering the restaurant this past Saturday in Dripping Springs, we were immediately greeted with A+ service & hospitality by the Manager, Laurel. She went above & beyond explaining the property & showered us with her passion of this historical landmark. “Please don’t get me wrong, the waitress was wonderful, and I’m sure the food is great—I haven’t had a chance to eat mine yet since I ordered it to go. I stopped in with my son and a friend to grab my food to go because I had to get to work, while my son and my friend ate there. I didn’t get my to-go burger until the very end of their meal, which made me late for work. When I brought it up to the manager, his response was maybe you should call it in next time and then turned his back on me and walked away. Oh no, you did not just say that! This manager is doing a huge disservice to the restaurant and leaving a bad taste in people’s mouths. Like I said, the waitress was sweet as can be, and I’m hoping the burger is as good as I’ve been told, but the manager does not need to be interacting with customers at all. Until he is gone or his customer service attitude changes, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The audacity and rudeness he showed from the time I arrived until I left blows my mind. I work in the service industry myself, and I would never even think about talking to someone that way, especially a customer who is supporting my establishment.“
