“My husband and I love coming to the Southside Market. No trip anywhere near Austin means we’re going to have some wonderful food! We always get the same thing, brisket and sausage plates with sides. The food is amazing. No knives needed to cut the brisket but you’ll need one for the sausage. The hot barbecue sauce is delicious too! We usually pick up a pound or two of sausage to take home and Mr. Sam recommended the 1812 as well as the garlic sausage. So we ended up buying 5 pounds of sausage for future dining pleasure.“

“In the back of the VFW there is a food court - featuring the amazing host, Arthur Michael Marseoni with the most!! He is gracious, generous and creates some of the best dishes I've ever had. I haven't been able to taste or smell in weeks. He brought me back to life! 🥰🥰🥰 MARSEONI ( they door dash too!) Let's support this awesome human, his food truck and Mediterranean BBQ!)“
