“I recently celebrated my birthday at The Reserve Mexican Restaurant in Euless in one of their private rooms, and the experience was outstanding. The staff and service went above and beyond to make it a truly special evening. They were incredibly accommodating and always available whenever we needed anything. We were also allowed to decorate the room with balloons, candles, and personal touches, which made the celebration feel even more meaningful. I would highly recommend The Reserve for a special occasion or even just to enjoy great food and a fun atmosphere. The energy of the restaurant is fantastic. José, the manager, made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.“

The owners are incredible, as is the food, and they may have the best sangria this side of Barcelona. The only downside to the restaurant is we always order more than we intended. We start with small plates, then order more small plates, try a new cocktail, and then maybe one more small plate! the menu is somewhat seasonal and the atmosphere is convivial. Cafe Americana lends itself to a leisurely meal -- one where you linger for a date night or to catch up with friends. Love this place!“

“Absolutely love the pizzas here!! The unique variety they offer takes pizza to the next level. I do have 3 issues pertaining to service though. 1. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“I went to The Henley with high expectations based on my past dining experiences with Executive Chef Patrick McElroy, which had always been strong.

During my visit in February, I ordered two petite filets, both medium rare. Unfortunately, they came out overly charred to the point of being crunchy and burnt. It was a clear miss on execution, especially for a steakhouse-level dish.

To be fair, the waitstaff and bartenders were excellent—attentive, professional, and did their job well.

After initially not receiving a response, I was later contacted by Food & Beverage Manager DeLance Woods. He handled the situation professionally, was polite, and took ownership in a way that reflects well on both the restaurant and the Hilton brand. That level of follow-up and accountability matters, and it changed my overall impression of how they handle issues“

“Great food at the new location at Cypress Waters. Terrific hospitality- we enjoyed meeting Miriam herself as she came to greet us. Food is mild but flavorful. My favorite is the pork belly taco I got on the sampler plate. My husband enjoyed the short rib tacos as well. Ample portions as well.“

“I flew out of A21 Gate at DFW yesterday; another plane flight I didn’t look forward to/ nor dread (as I was flying home to meet my Honey), when what should appear: Pappadeaux! Then I decided to celebrate my successful trip with a fine $30 “airport meal!” Now usually, airport meal of &30 means a hot dog & glass of water (or 99¢ bottle of water marked up to 4.99 and 5$ hot dog marked up to $15 + tip)
But no no no, my friend! Pappadeaux, as good at the airport as out. I’ll show a pic of what a $30 Pappadeaux airport meal looks like.
My server Ethan treated me like visiting royalty, the food was EXACTLY what I needed. Just a salad & appetizer. I chose Caesar salad & a crab Mac & cheese! Do you think I poked around looking for a sliver of crabmeat!? Au contraire, cher! Pappadeaux for the win!“

“Our flight was canceled so we had to spend the night next-door to the Sheraton at the Comfort Inn suites so decided to come over here for a couple of drinks and appetizers. Beautiful restaurant with huge vaulted ceilings, uncomfortable seating.

We ordered the nachos with chicken Tinga and they were absolutely scrumptious! I think those are my second favorite nachos ever that I’ve eaten! Just a right amount of ingredients and all spread out on a nice big square dish. Very flavorful! Then he had a nice cold beer and I ordered a skinny margarita, but it was extremely weak so I had to order a side of tequila. Not cheap but it’s a hotel restaurant.“

The waiter informed me that their special for the day was rainbow trout from Colorado. I decided to give it a try with grilled vegetables and a salad.

Presentation was GORGEOUS. Not sure why folks are complaining about the 20% service charge, tipping 20% is pretty standard especially for fine dining. Everything was great, they even turned the thermostat down a bit for me when I mentioned it was a little warm which I so appreciated. We will definitely be back!“

For the record, I travel about 30% of the year - not a road warrior, but enough to have experienced plenty of hotel restaurants. Let me tell you, this restaurant is another level compared to most. From the moment I arrived, Debbe, my server, greeted me and from there took excellent care of me. She checked in just the right amount of times. She made some great recommendations and I’m glad I listened! I ordered the Carne Asada Queso and a smoked Old Fashioned…both were excellent. The OF was a generous pour too 😉. The entree was the Brisket Smash Burger and I was truly impressed! Sesame seed bun, perfect balance with sauce, onion and char on burger. So often I just opt for a food delivery service when traveling. I would eat here 10 out of 10 times. Shout out to a Chefs Chris and Jose! Outstanding job and trust I’ll be back!!“
