I hope their district manager sees this and rewards them in some way, because they've truly had a huge impact on me and my day by putting me in such a good mood every time!“

“Appreciate the staff here, my mobile orders are always ready when I arrive. My coffee and refreshers always taste right. If not, the staff allow me to add more milk, cinnamon, or inclusions if necessary. Love the atmosphere, it's perfect for work breaks, doing work, and spending time with family or friends.“

“I had one of the best customer service experiences ever thanks to a barista named Shona at my local Starbucks. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and such warm energy that it completely brightened my day.

Shona was not only friendly and attentive, but incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. I was unsure of what to order, and she offered the perfect recommendation based on my preferences—something I never would have tried on my own, and it ended up being delicious!

What really stood out was how she treated every customer like a regular, making people laugh, remembering names and favorite drinks, and managing the rush with grace and ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she serves.

“This Starbucks is full of kind, helpful employees like Stratton and Mocha. Mocha made my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and lined the cup with caramel just like I asked. The drink came out perfect. Stratton was able to help me pick an item for a promotion on the app to earn stars. I have always received excellent service here, even when I've come in for just one item. Highly recommend this location, 10/10!!“

“I took my kids by here for some hot chocolate this past Sunday when we went to see Santa at the Plaza and it was a wonderful experience. The young lady at the register was super sweet and friendly, the barista made our drink the perfect temperature for my children to enjoy! They loved their drink and it just made it a better experience for us with how kind they were. I also loved their pride flag, it really shows what kind of people run that location and that they stand up for everyone no matter the backlash they may receive from others. I went to get a medicine ball but they were out of the Jade Citrus Tea and used Mint Majesty instead and it was a different twist that I enjoyed and normally I’ll get thrown off by the employee and they’ll just suggest another option or just to come back when they have what I want but instead here, they gave me another option and I really appreciated that. “I've been to many a Starbucks all around the country. And this spot is the best. It's intimate in size but well apportioned. Food and beverages were perfection when we stopped here before a big road trip. The staff and manager were so welcoming, from the moment we entered. We even chatted with the manager about what brought us in, where we were headed, and how it was the first stop on our out of state move. She gave us tips about our new home state and the cashier/barista even drew a little home on our to-go bag. It's little touches and moments of connection like these that make the Starbucks brand--and also make this particular location--so refreshing.“

“I can’t tell you how much this place specifically means to me. A little bit of story time: one time I left early from my high school (Fossil Ridge) because I dealt with a breakup. It made me absolutely heartbroken that time so I was talking to my counselor that time. So when I got back home like at 12 or something, my mom pretty much saw how much I was crying and decided to take me here. It still surprised me today but somehow when we went to the drive through to get our food and drinks, I looked at my strawberry Frappuccino and it said “you got this”. I don’t know if they saw me crying in the car, but these people really pieced my heart together in a way that made me get over my breakup successfully. I just loved the little messages they mostly write little messages on your drinks. They truly made my day and continues to do that every time I order and come here. “One of the few Starbucks in the area that still accepts mobile orders. Also got my order correct which other Starbucks that are still accepting mobile orders seem to struggle with. Although a little bit further from where I am typically I would return again for the convenience of mobile order and correctness of my coffee.“

“Almond croissant is very delicious, Matcha lattle is not very strong in matcha, a bit bland. But the coffee is very fragrant, beautiful space. Worth going. Go at afternoon on a weekday to avoid queuing but it was still crowded, there are tables to sit at.“

“I work from home and often travel to different coffee shops for meetings. Of all coffee shops I have ventured out to in DFW, by far, this Starbucks location has been the most welcoming and friendly staff I have come across. Immediately as I walked in Wayne greeted me and was working hard on the cleanliness of the inside AND outside of the store. All baristas individually welcomed me and asked how my day was going. I was shocked at how genuine they were. My order was made to perfection and rather quickly. The atmosphere is the perfect set up for casual studying or having meetings. Perfect ambiance all around!“

“Visit here almost everyday through the drive thru, I love the quality of service here, drinks are great but aren’t always consistent in flavor. Other than that. It’s the best Starbucks location I’ve visited by far.

“First of all, everyone is great there! Today Rita made a small gesture that means more in the customer service world than she might think. I sometimes order a venti ice water when I am in the lobby.
