“This was a Tex Mex dream come true. I tried a couple of Tex Mex places while visiting Texas but Chuy's took the crown. I got the King's Comida platter which featured 3 enchiladas dressed in different salsas as well as a taco on the side. The server, Trinity, was highly professional and friendly. She kept the chips and dip coming to our pleasure. The items were huge as advertised as well so it was a very filling meal. I really liked the decorations especially the artificial trees. The restaurant is large with lots and lots of seating.“

“We were there during the Jonas Brothers concert so it was extremely busy. We added ourselves to the wait list 30 minutes before we arrived and still had to wait 30 minutes. Like I said they were busy. The jalapeno creamy dip is to die for. I don't like jalapenos but I love this. The burrito bowl was large and very taste. Will definitely return.“

“Food was good quality and lots of it. We had standard fare nachos and tacos, but have had their fajitas and enchiladas all of which are above average Tex-Mex offerings. I like this place for the atmosphere and the outdoor seating options. I also like their margaritas and salsas. They also have gf options.“

“It’s been a few years since we had Fuzzy’s. I remember the food always being consistent, I can say that hasn’t changed. I got the steak taco and birria tacos, enjoyed both. I felt the birria was lacking flavor but they were still better than Mexican restaurants I’ve tried it at. Sopaipilla is delicious! The regular tacos were stuffed perfectly with a lot of meat, which isn’t common at other places. Overall, the quality and taste were worth the price.“

“This is my favorite place to eat in Ft Worth! The food is amazing and the hot sauce is on point! The sweet tea is the best. Usually, I can only find 2 out of 3 in a restaurant but here, they have all bases covered!! I try to come every Friday afternoon if I can. If I could, I would eat there daily. I always get the skillet cheese enchiladas with beef (which is so tender and the best I've ever had) I have them grill my onions a little longer and no peppers. Then, for dessert, the chocolate tres letches is the best dessert I've ever had that's Mexican food. As far as Mexican food dining goes this should be the best in the city. The staff is always nice and accommodating. The waitstaff is wonderful, They deserve big tips!! They do a lot of work for you. They really go above and beyond and the team seems to all work well together. When you see that type of synchronicity you know they love what they do.“

Cardona's is serving up fresh, homemade Tex-Mex that rivals all other restaurants in the area. The chips and salsa are delicious, as was the burrito bowl situation I had. “🥰👍The Mexican Inn Café – As a recent homeowner in the Fairmount Historical district of Fort Worth, Texas and needing a caterer for a Birthday celebration I searched yelp* with way too many choices. After much research and difficult pricing decision to make I took a deeper dive into the website for the Mexican Inn Café. What I found was lots of happy folks with both food and the restaurant. Next step was asking around for personal experience and found again lots of happy folks. Last step was a personal visit to check out the food. Well, that was a pleasant surprise for a restaurant that has been there for 60 + years – great food – great service and impressive service personal. Making the arrangements for the catering service was easy and working with Annette Rosas far exceeded my expectations. On the day of the birthday party the food arrived on time and their set-up service was excellent. OH, those yummy food smells. Everything looked delicious, was well prepared and the display was a treat to the eye. In addition - all was an enormous success from the party goers’ praises … except for there being little left over for me to enjoy the next day>LOL. I would like to recommend the Mexican Inn Café 8th Street in Fort Worth and Annette Rosas to anyone in need of catering services or an excellent place to eat. Thank you Annette for making my chose an excellent one – You are Amazing.“

Yes, a few things have changed, but many of the recipes are the same and they are still giving you a filling, hearty, tasty meal with great service. “We made a reservation for dinner with friends and had a wonderful time! Dutchess has great cocktails and wine options, and the food is savory and filling. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent. I was surprised it wasn't more busy, but we did have a late reservation on a Monday night. They've been open since May, and I'm already planning my next visit l.

We ordered a few appetizers and a salad to split, and each had a dinner entree, plus an order of the whipped potatoes to share. I spent about $100 for appetizers, wine, and a steak frites dinner. Would highly recommend the crispy ravioli, and we really enjoyed the eggplant & onion dip with the homemade chips and vegetables crudite, and the butter lettuce waldorf salad (we split it 4 ways, but it was large enough to be an entree or to split as a side with your mains...the miso caeser or wedge salads both looked delicious too!) I would love to try the snapper crudo or bone marrow appetizer next time.

For mains, our group ordered the steak frites au poivre, tagliatelle pasta, & jalapeno onion burger and all were delicious! I really enjoyed my steak, but next time I would taste the bricked chicken dish, or try a salad with the tagliatelle. The salmon also sounded really tempting! Even having a salad and order of the fried ravioli would be so good. I'm excited to go back and taste more of the menu. The plating was beautiful, but I didn't get any photos this time.

This would be a nice date night spot, or happy hour with heavy apps. I'd recommend a group of 2-4. The vibe was intimate & upscale. I would not recommend bringing kids. Parking was fairly easy, I found a street spot behind the BBQ place (just watch signs and DO NOT park in the reserved lots.) It's also an easy enough spot Uber and walk around/explore before or after dinner. Morgan's, Emporium, Atlas (and several watering holes) are all walkable from here. Would definitely check out the outdoor patio when the weather warms up!“
