“I’m a club member at Jenblossom as well as a winery owner in the area. At my winery, quality is all we care about - Quality of our wine, venue and hospitality. Eve was our ambassador the day I brought some friends in for a tasting. She did not know I’m industry, nor did she know how high a bar we set for quality at Covington Cellars; so we weren’t getting special treatment.

Eve was magnificent leading us through the flight. She captured the stories of each wine and answered the questions her guests had with ease. She’s a natural at hospitality, and that’s been my experience each time I’ve visited Jennblossom. Quality matters here, too. Highly recommend.“

“So the food is good and the service wasn't bad. The reason for the 4 stars is that the tables seem pretty close. I think that makes the atmosphere not so enjoyable. You can definitely hear other people's conversations and vise versa. I didn't like that it seemed to be jammed together. It's a bit claustrophobic. Maybe they should move locations. Spead out the tables and have a nice area to eat outside like I saw other restaurants had. There was one dish someone in our party got because it looked good, but it tasted horrible. It was the saurbraten. It was just marinated beef with brown gravy, but whatever they marinated it, I was disgusting! I don't eat German food much, so I stuck with something safe. The jagarschnitzel was very good! I would go back. But I would try to see when they are slower so I didn't feel like a sardine packed in a can.

“By far the best food I've had in Fredericksburg and a wonderful wine selection from the best local vineyards. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table (not bad at all!) and were able to wait in the "lounge" by a lovely fireplace with a wonderful bartender! Fabulous service and ambiance all around! I'd eaten here several years ago and they have definitely made a lot of improvements! Plan to go back next time we are in town!“

“My wife and I stopped in for lunch on our anniversary, just happened to walk into it as we were walking Main Street. We were sat immediately and the wait staff was wonderful (friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable). We started with fried ravioli (WOULD RECOMMEND), my wife got the special (Fet. Alfredo) and I got lasagna. They were both 11/10, best lasagna I’ve ever had. Bread was perfect. So happy we lucked into this spot will be a must stop when coming back to Fredericksburg!“

“I’m not sure where to begin. My husband and I ate lunch on the back patio today with our dog, Dino. We were promptly greeted by our server Jo, who must have written the manual on great service. She was attentive, witty and full of information. Our food was equally as great, we’ve eaten quite a bit of bratwurst in this town in the past 5 weeks, and theirs is lights out. Oh, and to top it off the live music was awesome, check their schedule so you don’t miss Cliff Crawford.“

We had the Butchers Plate and Spaghetti Bolognese and both were Delicious. Wait time was bare to none and food was hot and came out Perfect. The Mash Potatoes were new and full of taste! “I got to try Hye Cider at H‑E‑B and I was surprised! I’m not much of a cider person but wow this actually tasted really good! I really like the flavor of the Hye Heaven, it’s more sweet but not overly sweet which is just the taste I go for nowadays. I definitely recommend!“

“Recommended by an acquaintance. About 6 miles North of town in an old Sinclair gas station. A small bar and 4 tables. Menu choice was a DinoBLT or hot wings. We went for the BLT. Order at the bar, no table service. BLT's came out in a paper sack. Bottle beer and canned soda are the beverage options, no water. Could well be the best BLT I ever had. $10.00. Weekends The menu changes to DinoBurger $20.00 and wings. Would have come back for that but left town the next day. While waiting around for food, wander through the service bay.“

“Ever was an excellent server. He check on us several times. Our lunch was absolutely delicious. We were seated right away. Great atmosphere. We were waited on, served and out in 45 minutes. Every wine I taste (6) at Andreucci was excellent and world class. The vineyard is located the Tuscany region of Italy, so it is interesting that they have a tasting room on Main Street and one on Hwy 290.“

“I recently visited Signor Vineyards for a birthday gathering and had an amazing experience, thanks in large part to our wonderful hostess, Gennesa. She provided exceptional customer service, making sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our visit.

In light of a negative review I came across, I want to clarify that our experience was nothing like what was described. We first hand witnessed the wasp situation mentioned in the above review. I felt that Gennesa and the management were attentive and considerate. When notified about a wasp nest they handled it quickly and safely. No wasps flew and Karys table was far from the nest. It's unfortunate that some may feel they had a different experience, but I genuinely appreciated how responsive they were to all guests.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I highly recommend visiting Signor Vineyards!“
