“First time trying there restaurant. It was so clean. Staff were very friendly. I ordered the taco salad and shrimp cocktail. It was all so delicious. My son ordered the super burrito and three street tacos he said it was delicious. I recommend to give it a try. I will be ordering from there again“

“Fresh flour tortillas straight off the comal as they should be with great taste and size. Carne guisada was delicious and reminded me of home. Refried beans seasoned just right, rice was delightful. Got some to go for family who also loved the food. Drove here because of the flour tortillas and staying for the whole package. Definitely coming back.“

“We were looking to try something new. La Mesa was pretty good. Lindsey is a great waitress and offered great recommendations. The food style reminded me a lot of Frijoles, but that's fine. The menu was smaller, but they offered all the staples. We split the enchilada trio with borracho beans. The beef enchilada in green sauce was our favorite. The atmosphere/dining experience was great. Love how spacious and comfortable everything is. 8 out of 10 Definitely will consider coming out here again next time we are in Joshua.“

“I ordered a plate of nachos to go, and they were delicious! They weren't soggy when I got them home. The chips were still crispy. There was topping on every chip. Some of the best nachos ive ever had! I want to actually go and dine in soon because the food here was good and reasonablypriced!
The gentleman who took my order over the phone and who brought my food to me when I went to pick it up was very friendly and professional. As i said, i didn't dine in, but from what I saw, the atmosphere was welcoming. It wasn't the fanciest place in town, but that don't matter when the foods good. 5 stars! I had a great experience!“
