“My wife booked me a distillery tour with a tasting and bottle fill for my birthday. What a gift! This was a great informative opportunity to learn about the distilling process and the company’s commitment to the Lewisville community. I was able to leave with a unique one of a kind straight from the barrel bottle and a few extra bottles from the gift shop. The great thing is that it did not require a trip out of state. It’s located right in the heart of Old Town Lewisville, Tx.“

“I recently hosted a work event in their private dining room. Blayke and Michael were excellent to coordinate with and navigate my event. They were extremely helpful throughout the process and took care of my guests immacutely. Our servers Garrett and Allison were wonderful and took great care of all us for the evening. The food is phenomenal and at a price that cannot be beat. You also have to check out their brunch buffet because it was also worth every penny! Can't wait to go again and have a nice cold martini!“

“Absolutely love the pizzas here!! The unique variety they offer takes pizza to the next level. I do have 3 issues pertaining to service though. 1. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“Sat at the bar and Ren was amazing we had only 20 minutes for a round old fashioned which she made quite well and some fried calamari. I was presently surprised because it was the best fried calamari I have had in an airport. Seriously it rivaled calamari I have had on the ocean front.

“Great food at the new location at Cypress Waters. Terrific hospitality- we enjoyed meeting Miriam herself as she came to greet us. Food is mild but flavorful. My favorite is the pork belly taco I got on the sampler plate. My husband enjoyed the short rib tacos as well. Ample portions as well.“

“We are up from out of town for a concert. We had attempted to go somewhere else for brunch but there was a long line. We decided at the last moment to try The Reserve. We are so glad we did!! My friend and I both got brunch (migas and an omelet) with a side of fruit. The food was delicious. The presentation was wonderful. We also split a bottle for mimosas. Little did we know that would come with bottle service, sparkler and all. It was a fun unexpected surprise. The staff was all very friendly. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. Our only complaint was that it was a little warm inside. The restrooms we very warm. But, what do you really expect in Texas when its 103 outside. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone.“

“Cole was incredibly kind, positive, and intuitive with his customer service. Before I could even ask for a glass of water, he had already anticipated it and brought one over. As I was leaving, he did the same thing again. Those small gestures make a big difference when you’re traveling and working at the same time.

Nelly, Veronica, and Haley also went above and beyond to help me find my glasses. They not only helped search for them, but made sure they were brought to me while I was in a meeting.

These kinds of gestures go beyond customer service. They’re genuine acts of kindness that remind us how meaningful human connection can be, especially when you’re away from home.

The staff and service went above and beyond to make it a truly special evening. They were incredibly accommodating and always available whenever we needed anything. We were also allowed to decorate the room with balloons, candles, and personal touches, which made the celebration feel even more meaningful. I would highly recommend The Reserve for a special occasion or even just to enjoy great food and a fun atmosphere. The energy of the restaurant is fantastic. “Our flight was canceled so we had to spend the night next-door to the Sheraton at the Comfort Inn suites so decided to come over here for a couple of drinks and appetizers. Beautiful restaurant with huge vaulted ceilings, uncomfortable seating.

We ordered the nachos with chicken Tinga and they were absolutely scrumptious! I think those are my second favorite nachos ever that I’ve eaten! Just a right amount of ingredients and all spread out on a nice big square dish. Very flavorful! Then he had a nice cold beer and I ordered a skinny margarita, but it was extremely weak so I had to order a side of tequila. Not cheap but it’s a hotel restaurant.“

Service is prompt without hovering and it's subdued enough you can have a conversation without having to shout across the table. “Seating was separated at each end of the bar for novice and experienced Mahjong players. No socialization was possible. Servers were inexperienced but friendly. Had to ask for tea several times. steamed items served well after sandwich and dessert tower. The Hosts were very nice. It was a fun experience and my friend and me enjoyed ourselves.“
