They even serve Pork Belly smoked to perfection and cut like brisket. The beef brisket is the best I have tasted in years, moist and delicious with smoke permeated all through the meat. They use hard Texas Oak unlike alot of other BBQ joints that use lighter woods. The Baked Potato Salad is to die for!!! I cannot wait to eat through the rest of the Menu!“

“This Rudy's location is consistently good. I like their smoked potatoes loaded with turkey or pork loin. Pulled pork sandwiches are good as well. Rudy's does not have a fryer, so no fries or fried okra, but lots of other sides to choose from. I bought a bottle of their Sissy Sause to take home.“

The food is really good, the drinks are great, the service is also really good. The atmosphere is my only problem.
Between the music and the crowd, it's a bit much. They have a little side room that can do two or three families only. That was where they seated us..and the speakers were so loud we just stared at each other during the meal. No conversation unless you leaned in and spoke directly into their ear. I would still highly recommend just for the food.“
