In some moments he was nice but my mom asked what comes on a bento box because she's unfamiliar and he told her "it's on the menu". She just wanted someone to explain it to her because she was confused by the sushi and the meat options. Obviously not an item she orders often. She asked what the meat is for (i think she thought you get sushi or meat she wasn't understanding it was a part of the box) and he looked at her like she was stupid and pretty flatly answered the question. It embarrassed her. My mom is a really kind hearted person so it was frustrating watching someone make her feel dumb for asking a question in an unfamiliar environment. Sad. The food itself was good. The waiter likely was having a bad day. I've been a server and understand. But wish he'd been kinder to my mom.“

They get you seated very quickly (wait times are never egregious), the staff is always very kind and attentive. They go above and beyond. I decided to customize my order yesterday when I went and the waitress got everything correct. She added cheese to my eggs and she even allowed me to substitute the meat for a muffin even though the menu said that you couldn't do that. The food is wonderful and if the menu is to be believed, ethically sourced. Their juices are excellently prepared. All of them. They've got a new tropical one that is orange and it was really good. But honestly it's hard for me to just pick one to drink when I go because they are all terrific. Anyways, go here, give them your money, it's worth it. The chicken was fresh and cooked perfectly. My pasta was al dente with great tasty marinara sauce and masorella cheese. We both enjoyed meeting Cynthia as she accommodated me walking into the restaurant. The prices were very reasonable also and the service was great.
