“What's not to love about Rosa's?!?! Such a great Texmex fast-casual concept. This location is great, the staff are hard working and friendly. The venue is generally very clean and even during rushes the salsa bar stays fairly tidy. Read people complain about the quality of the food, but I don't think they're being fair to the fast casual concept. Hell, it's borderline fast food honestly. So is it as great as Mexican Sugar? No, of course not! Is it way better than all the Taco Bell/Bueno/Cabanas? Hell yeah brother! Love Rosa's!!!“

“I was craving a good breakfast burrito, and I found this gem that was super close to home. I saw the reviews and decided I needed to try it out. I was not disappointed! The burritos are huge and so delicious!! I would say they are a bit pricey, but the portions seem to make up for that. I would def come here again.“

“This is such a beautiful place we had to go and try it. The atmosphere was amazing, the bar area was great and a lot of space, and a huge wrap around bar. The margaritas were really good, we shared the beef fajitas and elote. The food was delicious and perfect for 2. Really enjoyed this great restaurant.“

Lo único decepcionante para mi es que dos veces eh ordenado Gorditas de Chicharrón Prensado y al llegar a la casa me doy cuenta que es de chicharrón duro o peya como se le conoce en Torreon. Esta última vez llame para estar segura que tenían del prensado y me dijeron que si pero no me dan el correcto. No se cual sea el problema si las de cocina o la que atiende la orden o simplemente no saben la diferencia entre uno y otro“

Take out quesadilla was a 3/5. Quesadilla itself was okay, tortilla was a bit dry and hard. It comes with beans and rice but c’mon, fill up the rice and beans!

“I got the chili rellenos and thoroughly enjoyed them. The chips and salsa were also great - chips are thin and crispy and the salsa has the perfect combination of heat and cilantro to make it very enjoyable

“Ordered the Chile poblano with ground beef & mozzarella cheese stuffing & topped with special red salsa easy on cheese. It was so delicious just like my auntie used to make me in the 70s & 80s . Even the rice so fluffy and delicious & refried beans . Sure recommend for a family togetherness for peaceful pleasant admisphere . 😍would rate it higher for deserves it . Servers so courteous 🙏❤️“

“I love this place the Tacos are amazing. Really everything I have had is amazing. Tortas Burritos all of it is so good. The staff is very friendly and attentive to what you want and the way you want it. Very clean from the food station to the dining area. Great place for lunch they do get packed but they makesure you get in and out as fast as they can and still serve great food. If you haven't eaten there I highly recommend it. If there was a way to give them a 100 Star rating I would.“

I got the taco tuesday special this past week and it was so good. I got 3 tacos - chicken, al pastor, and asada -and some fries on the side. Their agua frescas are my favorite. Their customer service is excellent and they are so friendly every time. Would recommend this place to everyone!“
