“One of the many beautiful things about being alive sometimes is feeling someone's warmth through their smile. The staff was friendly but the people coming to your table and checking on you as a dine-in customer was some of the best customer service I've seen in a while. Oscar and Samantha were all smiles from the time that I walked in and dined in to the time we walked out. Great job at being the face of Chick-fil-A. I will put this place in my favorites and will be back. The playground was clean and didn't smell like feet or children. Lol, huge plus in my book. The tables were clean. The flowers were fresh. Nobody is soliciting outside near the customer cars. Overall a great visit.

in summation, it was alright, expect what you would of a run-of-the-mill fast food place, but with the additional hustle-and-bustle of a mall.“

“I come to this location frequently and the food is good but they lose a star because their service is not always what I feel should be Chick-fil-A standard. Wait times can be egregious depending on time of day that you go. It's a busy location and they're trying to improve traffic flow but they've only got so much space to manage the sheer amount of traffic that comes through that location. If you're good with waiting a little longer they've never disappointed with my food.“

“Chick-fil-A is always a reliable stop for me. I usually order the eight count nuggets with fries and an unsweet tea, and everything is consistently fresh and hot. Even when there’s a long line, it moves quickly this location is really efficient.

I also like their macaroni and cheese it’s surprisingly good for fast food and makes a great add-on to the meal. The staff is always courteous, helpful, and upbeat, which makes the experience even better.

“Best Chick-fil-A in Houston. Always friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant is clean restrooms clean. They also give first responder discounts so police and EMTs come there. I am an Emt and like the fact that they help us with meals as we work hard but don't make much and it's more relaxing enjoying your meal knowing there should be no problems because a couple of policemen are eating 30 feet away. Anyway I just wanted to thank them for helping the first responders and having a warm welcoming atmosphere also great food.“

“I tried to use my app, which required me to log in although I had used it recently. Very frustrating having to log in to mobile app. Not sure what caused it. I don't like the new setup at the Cutten Road location. I had to wait too long for just a cup of tea.“

“By far the fastest CFA experience I’ve had; I LOVE the new mobile order lane. I placed my order within 1-2 minutes of entering the line, and still experienced no wait time. My sandwich was perfectly crispy and freshly made. Oh and they actually gave me extra pickles!“

“This Chick-fil-a location was built about a year ago on the corner of Kirby @ Main much to the excitement of the community.

The storefront offers Drive Thru, Mobile Thru, Carryout (until 9pm) and seating outside for dine in patrons. The only downside: the restaurant was built without a lobby or indoor seating. It’s a faux pas considering how many events are hosted by Reliant nearby, and how intensely hot & humid the days can be.

The staff are friendly and willing to help in all ways one might need, my only complaint is they can be a bit slow especially if someone is new and learning the routine. As an Operations Manager in foodservice I would recommend a trainer shadowing at all times until they get it down.

The food is great and always consistent, this is the best part about this operation and its ilk. Literally the golden rule for success in any industry. If you’re in the area or debating whether to trust this location, I can unequivocally say yes!“

“My dining reviews are focused on eating gluten free. The rest of you just don't know how lucky you are. I had a salad, the one with bits of grilled chicken and fruits, with the avocado dressing. It was adequate but what matters is I DIDN'T GET SICK right before my flight. Which is extremely important.“

“Thank you Claudia for delivering my food to my apartment, and then helping bring it in. I am recovering from major surgery and my ice machine quit working in my freezer - I am immobile and need ice for swelling. They made it happen. I had ice delivered with zero melt. The salad I ordered was exactly as I customized it, which can be tricky.

But the fact that Claudia walked my order up to my apartment and wouldn’t let me carry the ice or the beverages (she was so helpful) and while I’m recovering from surgery completely alone, I didn’t feel alone in that moment.
