The only yucky part was with the fella that took our order. It was abundantly clear that he could give two flips of a burger patty for being there that day. The staff was friendly but the people coming to your table and checking on you as a dine-in customer was some of the best customer service I've seen in a while. Oscar and Samantha were all smiles from the time that I walked in and dined in to the time we walked out. Great job at being the face of Chick-fil-A. I will put this place in my favorites and will be back. The playground was clean and didn't smell like feet or children. Lol, huge plus in my book. The tables were clean. The flowers were fresh. Nobody is soliciting outside near the customer cars. Overall a great visit.

I am an Emt and like the fact that they help us with meals as we work hard but don't make much and it's more relaxing enjoying your meal knowing there should be no problems because a couple of policemen are eating 30 feet away. Anyway I just wanted to thank them for helping the first responders and having a warm welcoming atmosphere also great food.“

“This is more than just a restaurant. For a mom and her daughters who were displaced they made us feel at home. From searching the app on what to eat to sitting down and eating a meal they made sure we were loved and well taken care of. The children played while mom worked on the phone. Damian and Dominque are who I had a very disappointing experience with today. I ordered delivery andI was missing my yogurt parfait. I called the store was explained even thought it was their mistake I needed to call DoorDash to receive a refund from them. DoorDash explained it would be 7-10 business days. I called chick fil a back to request a gift card for the inconvenience, Damian said he could only offer a parfait replacement but I needed to pick it up since they don’t deliver. He did not seem empathetic to the situation nor apologetic about the mistake. My manager, who the parfait was for, was so upset she asked me to go pick it up. When I arrived I asked what the problem was about me requesting a gift card, after some back and forth with Damian he said he “would see what he could do” and stepped away to talk to Seil, I could not hear what they were speaking about but she made a disgusted face and I saw her mouth “no”. Damian walked back over to me with Dominique and said he could not offer me anything more than the parfait. I asked who had made the final decision and Dominique spoke for him and said both of them. They were not transparent about who had the final say. I genuinely did not think I was asking for much by asking for a gift card for the inconvenience. I have received cards from chick fil a for much smaller incidents. I requested a call back from the store operator, not the manager on duty. Damian confirmed I’d be receiving a call back from them. I will definitely be sharing my poor experience with my coworkers and clients about this location to avoid anyone else from having such a bad experience. I expected better from Chick fil a since they’re one of the few restaurants that still provide excellent customer service. However, this location definitely does reflect that. I will be going to other locations and encourage those I know to do the same after todays experience.“

“I didn't have a bad visit, but I got 2, 12pc nugget meals, and I watched people in a half dozen cars get out before me. The chicken was tiny compared to other Chick-fil-a's I've patronized. Service was solid in the drive thru, though.“
“I placed an order online for delivery. I got my order late and somehow wrong. I called them and the manager was so understanding. They fixed it and had it redelivered. It was an online issue not the store issue but they still fixed it and were very polite about it.
I felt horrible having them come back out to redeliver my order but they reassured me it was okay.“

“Thank you Claudia for delivering my food to my apartment, and then helping bring it in. I am recovering from major surgery and my ice machine quit working in my freezer - I am immobile and need ice for swelling. They made it happen. I had ice delivered with zero melt. The salad I ordered was exactly as I customized it, which can be tricky.
But the fact that Claudia walked my order up to my apartment and wouldn’t let me carry the ice or the beverages (she was so helpful) and while I’m recovering from surgery completely alone, I didn’t feel alone in that moment. Thank you Claudia - i included a generous standard tip but i will be pulling up after I recover fully to thank her properly 💰“
