“Phenomenal customer service, greeted upon entry and ready to assist. I placed my order via the app and my breakfast chicken biscuit was hot, fresh and ready within a few minutes. Restaurant was clean, but above all the employees make this a great eatery. I’ve eaten at Chick-Fil-A since they were located in Greenspoint Mall near Montgomery Wards in the 80’s. “They meet standard of most Chik Fila, my only hang up is during breakfast. Compared to other chick fila they seem to want to split your egg whites in 1/2 instead of giving you a full egg white ordered. Other then that pretty standard on what you would expect at any Chik fila“

“This fast food joint loses one star because they intertwine their personal belief and religious view incorporated into how their business is seen. I say keep religious views and politics separated from a company.
Other than that, their service is top notch, they are the fastest output service I have seen. They are the true meaning of fast food with quick service.
They employ a lot of people to make sure food is pushed out safely and quickly.
Their food is far better than most other fast food stores. The chicken is cooked properly and comes out freshly made and does not have food sitting under a heat source like other fast food joints.

“Best Chick-fil-A in Houston. Always friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant is clean restrooms clean. They also give first responder discounts so police and EMTs come there. I am an Emt and like the fact that they help us with meals as we work hard but don't make much and it's more relaxing enjoying your meal knowing there should be no problems because a couple of policemen are eating 30 feet away. Anyway I just wanted to thank them for helping the first responders and having a warm welcoming atmosphere also great food.“

I visited Chick-fil-A at the Galleria mall, on June 28th at 09:22AM , but unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. The staff seemed disinterested, lacking the friendliness and politeness that Chick-fil-A usually prides itself on.
Additionally, the efficiency of the service was notably poor. My order took an unusually long time to be prepared due to the cashier that took my order placed it under a name that was unrecognized. While one employee was packing orders, orders were not handed out until 7-10 other customers were waiting for them. They had the items ready in the bag sitting out for over 5-10 minutes as the staff congregated. After receiving my order, the employee was very disingenuous with the situation and laughed - going back to congregate with team members. The overall disorganization and lack of attention to detail made for a frustrating experience. Given the reputation of Chick-fil-A, this visit was particularly disappointing, and I hope they take steps to improve their service and efficiency in the future.“

Damian and Dominque are who I had a very disappointing experience with today. I ordered delivery andI was missing my yogurt parfait. I called the store was explained even thought it was their mistake I needed to call DoorDash to receive a refund from them. DoorDash explained it would be 7-10 business days. I called chick fil a back to request a gift card for the inconvenience, Damian said he could only offer a parfait replacement but I needed to pick it up since they don’t deliver. He did not seem empathetic to the situation nor apologetic about the mistake. My manager, who the parfait was for, was so upset she asked me to go pick it up. When I arrived I asked what the problem was about me requesting a gift card, after some back and forth with Damian he said he “would see what he could do” and stepped away to talk to Seil, I could not hear what they were speaking about but she made a disgusted face and I saw her mouth “no”. Damian walked back over to me with Dominique and said he could not offer me anything more than the parfait. I asked who had made the final decision and Dominique spoke for him and said both of them. They were not transparent about who had the final say. I genuinely did not think I was asking for much by asking for a gift card for the inconvenience. I have received cards from chick fil a for much smaller incidents. I requested a call back from the store operator, not the manager on duty. Damian confirmed I’d be receiving a call back from them. I will definitely be sharing my poor experience with my coworkers and clients about this location to avoid anyone else from having such a bad experience. I expected better from Chick fil a since they’re one of the few restaurants that still provide excellent customer service. However, this location definitely does reflect that. I will be going to other locations and encourage those I know to do the same after todays experience.“
