“The service here was exceptional from the moment I entered the drive-through line and place my order to paying and even receiving my food. Everyone was so nice. I visited this location on August 10, 2025 at 8:30 AM. My bagel was very soft my order was right. My biscuit was soft and flaky and the food was super fresh. I live in Pearland and they have great customer service out there and this McDonald’s location gave Chick-fil-A expectations.“

“The kids playground was peaceful. Someone took my daughter shoes and hide them behind the playground wall. Thank goodness I found them cause I didn't have no extras. Food was okay. Service was great. Ordering food was fast and easy. There was this one guy getting mad cause he needed his receipt to get his food. I mean it's only common sense 🤷“

“After many years of going to McDonalds on Maim St and 45 North. I have had a few issues with the Mc Donald’s app. I know it’s not the teams at Main st fault that the app has glitches. I started coming here to Washington Blvd. Had my first app glitch, difference here was that the manager offered a solution. The one at Main pretty much says Oh well something is wrong with the app. Not my problem. (She doesn’t literally say it) but gives me that vibe.“

“This is my *absolute favorite* McDonalds location because the food is always super fresh and the orders are consistently accurate. It’s just obvious that this is a well managed restaurant. I want to note that I live closest to the location at 2727 Bay Area, but the food quality in terms of hot/fresh doesn’t even compare to this location.“

“Anyone know that McDonald's restaurants are not responsible for the mobile app itself? You have to call an 800# and I've been told you get a refund if the order is not picked up because they would have to print a receipt in oder to acualy charge you, your money if just on hold basically untill you give them the code to complete the order.“

“On Monday thru Saturday the Lobby is open from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM, on Sunday the Lobby is open from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM. The Drive-Thru is 24 hours a day, plus delivery and mobile order pickup is 24 hours a day. The Lobby is only open during certain hours.“

“Came this morning to pick up breakfast at curbside and it didn't seem like a long time. Yanely came out to bring my food, very kind and sweet- said she was sorry it took a little bit extra and threw in a free hot apple pie ?. She was super sweet, kind and gave amazing customer service. “OK let me tell you about my morning pulled up to the taco cabana next to this mcdonalds location guy at the order speaker was clueless and confusing me so I just politely said nevermind i jump right over to the KFC next to it lady at the drive thru speaker rude and then couldn't remember my order from 2 seconds ago as I was the only cR in line then had a hair in my food. I was already frustrated at this point i just wanted to enjoy some food before going into work 😭. I should have came to this mcdonalds first. Guy at the window said have a great day gave me thumbs up and the young lady at the food pick up said have a great day and if she smiled any harder I think her face would split in 2 lol. Please recognize them for their amazing service as someone who works in the customer service field it does mean so much to be given a thank you especially when not all customers are kind. I had 3 cars in front of me but I pulled up and right out no problems. I ordered the new mcchicken strips meal. Love this location no matter what time of day I come they get you in and out with accuracy! I'm sure they're not perfect but everytime I've been here no issues!“

“I ordered on the mobile app, then waited in line at the drive thru for about 5mins due to the customer at the speaker giving her order. It was about 4:30pm and it wasn't very busy. My order was made correctly and waited what felt like only 2 minutes to get my order. By the time we made it home to eat (6 mins later), the temperature of the food was still warm. Cheeseburgers, french fries, chicken nuggets, and mocha frappe were all tasty. If you like Mc Donalds it was great. The atmosphere isn't very great with homeless hanging around in the area. But if you're in the area and on a budget with a car full of hungry kid's, it's a great pit stop.“

“The service here is truly fast maybe because this location sits right off of the freeway. My fries are always hot and when they are not, the staff has no problem with making fresh fries, unlike other locations. The only reason why I did not give them five stars, it's because they're milkshake machine is always down 😞“

“So I ordered online and sent my husband to pick up. They told him they didn’t have the order at the counter go to drive thru. Went to drive thru they didn’t have it.( This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. ) The manager tells him that because he has screenshot of receipt she couldn’t help him . So I went to pick up order myself just for her to magically find the order. And say she threw it away because it was cold and no one came to pick it up just to give me cold food no syrup for pancakes , no straw and long strands of hair in my food 😤 McDonald’s yall need to have better training for management. Do better !!!“

“McDonald's is reliable fast food. Predictably clean restaurants + restrooms. Consistent food. Big Macs and 1/4 pounders are tasty. They will never compete with Chick-fil-a because their chicken sandwich knockoff is consistently overcooked and flavorless.“

“Stopped here after a zoo trip, and they were very busy. We ordered 7 meals. We had a brief wait as they had to prepare, but it was not that long. When we received everything, it was extra hot and fresh. We appreciated that not a single item was missing. Great location and tasty.“

“Hello! I am not usually one to write reviews but this woman’s kindness really impacted me and moved me. As we know most food service workers are usually RUDE! But a manager in the afternoon shift Tuesday night , was just AMAZING ! She had such a wonderful personality, and although she doesn’t speak english well she was trying her best with me since i’m hard of hearing. “Food is usually fresh, staff needs to get it together some are a bit rude but maybe it's the time of day I usually walk in there at about 6am.

“Tried using kios, didn't know how to go backwards, had a coupon for .99c large ice coffee was ok then ordered big breakfast n3eded to go back and order 2 sausages with it. Couldn't get anyone to help me so I finally went to counter, she was the one to help at kios but she had a line at the counter. Kios isn't for non savvy computer seniors. I asked 3 ladies to help me (with no assistance) before I finally canceled the order at kios and went to the counter, then the lady working the counter wanted to walk me back to the kios., I told her no that I had already canceled it over there. So she helped me at counter, took every bit of 20 minutes total to order 1 LG hazle nut ice coffee, 1 medium Carmel ice coffee 1 big breakfast wit extra sausage with pancakes and 1 big breakfast no pancakes. My order was over 15.00. They need someone at kios always to help people like myself. Not the person who works the counter because if she/he is busy then we at kios are still stuck. Not good! Then for me to ask 3 different employees to help me at kios and they don't know how, or it's not there job. Is very sorry customer service, then I yelled can anyone help me, twice. Nobody said a word. If the customer's must learn how to work the kios then every employee does also, regardless of what there duties are. Every employee should know how to give great customer service.“

“My family dined here this morning and we had the BEST experience we’ve ever had at a Mc Donald’s. I regret not getting the young ladies name. She kindly assisted my mom and stepdad at the self serve kiosk after seeing them struggle. The restaurant was super clean and aesthetically pleasing. “I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location. I ordered a Double Cheeseburger with extra cheese and no onions, and it came exactly the way I asked for. The fries without salt were delicious, and everything arrived at my table super quickly, in about 10 minutes. I ordered through the app, which has lots of promotions and also lets you collect points.
The place was very clean, and the staff were kind and polite. I was also happy that the sauce was free of charge.
I really recommend this location, especially for lunch time. The only thing I found a bit unsafe was an external hydrant on the wall near the entrance if you’re distracted, you might bump your chest on it since it’s right in line with the door.“

“Im actually surprised to give a McDonalds this high of a score but they earned it! Love the ordering kiosk. Convenient and fast. Breakfast was fresh and my service was great. The place was clean and efficient with an upgraded feel and look.“

“I am here too often and because of that, they really take good care of me. And, when I see them working with other customers, they take care of them too. This is an easy in/easy out location if you are heading south on I-45 just pass the Beltway/take Scarsdale exit and stay on feeder. Good, clean ship, great people. “The five stars is for the staff I see everyday at the drive thru. I’m here for breakfast and lunch almost everyday. Unfortunately, the manager is not very nice. She parked next to me one day and gave me a stern look and became judgmental. This was never a problem until that day. She sent two employees out who couldn’t talk at all just “you need to leave” while I was parked outside. Treat others the way you want to be treated, especially their not bothering anyone, don’t occupy your restaurant and eat there a few times a day.“

“I stopped at this McDonald's all the time it's great for breakfast you can save yourself some money by downloading the app you get all kind of free stuff the one that I normally go to his in Houston Texas on the southwest side it's right by my house I go in for the breakfast sandwiches they have a great sausage McMuffin and hashbrown for $2 I usually will get one for myself and one for my wife sometimes we'll get a Frappuccino or iced coffee they have everything from hamburgers chicken sandwiches breakfast sandwiches breakfast burritos french fries ice cream cookies apple fritters all kind of different things to offer Quarter Pounders in Big Macs McDonald's is always a great place to go for a quick meal and decent service the people here are usually nice again it's a very good way to earn points for breakfast you get double points I always like to do a quick run so that I don't have to wait on breakfast to be cooked and it $2 for a sandwich and hash brown is about as cheap as what it would be as if you were to buy it and make it your own and cook it“

“Love my lashes, was done by a master lash technician so it was quick. Only problem is my sister booked a 12:40 appointment only to be told they couldn’t find the appointment even though she had the email confirmation. Instead of squeezing her and they made her come back at 2:30 PM. Not the biggest deal, but definitely could’ve had the front desk lady deal with it better and more politely. Especially for someone that works six days a week and only has one day to do everything. Both are lashes came out great and we will be coming back.“

“8/2/25 Drive-thru. - I bought a drink for myself and a Double Quarter Pounder meal. I also got a large water from their soda machine. You should always ask for a small water to taste their water. A lot of locations have lots of chlorine in their water it's really gross. NOT THIS McDonald's😊 (it IS a filter issue). The window staff was friendly and the food and drink was good as it should be, as we all remember it to be.🎯 I was pleasantly surprised.“
