“Stopped today to eat. First time and was very happy with that food. Brisket was really good, bbq sauce was sweet, Mac n cheese was tasty and appeared homemade. Potato salad was good tho too many onions for me personally but I’ll prob still order it next time. Pinto beans were loaded with meat and had good flavor. The portions were huge and for BBQ the price point was good. My only complaint was the sweet tea needed a LOT more sugar. The pizza looked good so we’ll try that next time. 8/10 will def eat again!”

“We hosted our daughter’s rehearsal dinner here last weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, exactly what we wanted for a family gathering. We had about 50 people, and Justin and his team took incredible care of us — truly outstanding service. I make a point to visit every time I’m in town, and this place never disappoints. Plus, they serve the best margarita I’ve ever had! We are from Dallas with lots of options so that is saying a lot.”

“I hate to admit it but I'm one of the biggest fans of Laredo Taco Company. Anytime there's a stripes close by I'll make sure and make sure I grab one of their barbacoa plates to go. Taco shells are always so thick and soft at the same time. The meat is always so freshly cooked perfectly seasoned and moist and tender. The onions and peppers are firm and moist at the same time and always perfectly cooked as well. The staff is very hard-working and helpful and it just kind of has a small town gas station feel when everybody can come in and get quality food.It's surprising how much food they can put out of such a small kitchen in the corner of a gas station but it just tells you the power of American ingenuity. These places are 10 times better than regular fast food joints and the employees always seem very hard working and happy to see you. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu and they will never disappoint!”

“this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.”

“I held my 80th birthday party here & I have to say - outstanding on all levels. Every guest commented on the event as being the best & they thoroughly enjoyed themselves every minute. Compliments to the chef & serving staff as it was so good there was not one complaint. A big thank you to Pecan Street Brewing for making my 80th so special.”

“I stopped here cause I couldn’t drive any longer. I’m full and I’m happy. I ordered and went to the rest room and when I got back they had my enchiladas ready. Fast and Very attentive. If I’m here again I will stop in. Dinner, three top shelves, and a desert $66.”

“We came here after checking out Pecan street brewing. Place had many open tables and our party of 8 was told to wait outside. Glad we decided to come to Proof and Cooper instead. Instantly sat down, served drinks and waited on. India was an excellent waitress. Food was fantastic. Our party had a few chicken fried chickens that were cooked perfectly, chicken fried steak, a loaded potato with brisket and I had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was served on the softest ciabatta bread I've ever had. We will definitely stop by again the next time we're in town. Thanks again India for the excellent service.”
