“Stopped in from out of town for lunch yesterday. I got the parrillada fajitas it was seasoned great and was delicious. Quite pleased with it. My buddy order the flautas and it looked good too. The garden salsa bought out with the chips was good, but our waiter brought us some chilli taqueria style salsa out as well. All 3 were tasty. If im near lufkin Hudson area again I'd go out of my way to stop in for lunch again.”

“Food was okay last time, but with each cook it varies. You are going to have to be specific if you want low sodium. I would have liked less soy sauce and less sauce on my vegetables. It is a little pricey and one plate of hibachi has a lot of food, so if you wanted to you could share it with someone in my opinion. The soup is always nice and great service. (:”

“Went this morning and got breakfast tacos and the staff was rude and you ask for red or green sauce and they only give 1 each for multiple breakfast orders and quesadillas had very little egg and the bacon was just bacon fat definitely won't be back. The food is not worth what you pay for it. I wil be finding another place for my weekend breakfast burritos.”

“Every time I go to Louisiana to see my family, I always stop here to eat. It’s sort of like a tradition. Some of the workers here know and recognize me when I come in. These select workers also know my order by heart. The food always comes out great, with no problems, and I’ve never had a mistake in my orders from here. They know what they are doing. However, the only thing they need to work on is professionalism with some of their staff. Yesterday, I saw none of the people that knew me, but the ones that were there were rude. They barely acknowledged me, and were cussing left and right loud enough for the dining room to hear. When asked for assistance in ordering, they kind of laughed amongst each other, finished their conversation, and then decided to come let us order. I’ve never had an issue with Raising Canes, being my favorite chicken restaurant, however, it was yesterday where I saw that the management needs to teach their staff professionalism at work. Either way, the food was out fast and it was great.”

Everyone in the restaurant welcomed us and were very friendly. We ordered chicken strips and the cobb salad. They were delicious. Also, we wanted to try their peach shake and were so glad that we did. It was wonderful. We wanted to give a shout out to an employee named Melinda, who was very professional and answered all our questions. We certainly enjoyed our time spent talking to her. The food was so flippin good and fresh...I'm just ashamed I hadn't tried this little spot sooner. I chose to eat outside but they do have indoor dining and it's very clean and neat. If you're looking for a little detour from the typical Mexican fare, this is your spot. BONUS: They take card! The salsas must be used in moderation; they are merciless.

Others in my group loved their tacos, refried beans, rice, the French fries, burger. Perfect sweet tea. Salsa was hotter than I'm used to, but it was still a great heat. The only complaint was the straight from the can ball park cheese dip. Would definitely eat here again. This last visit when we finally got some one’s attention to get butter for our now cold food and also under cooked food. The girl brought a hand full of butter with two or three that were already used. I normally take my mother there but I doubt I will go back u til they get better qualiity all the way around.”
