“I ordered a 12 oz. New York Strip tonight on New Year's Eve. I ordered it medium, when it came out I asked for it to be cooked a tiny bit more. When they brought it out again, she asked me to cut into it. I tried but the entire steak was hard to cut and beyond even being well done. I didn't eat it. I ate mashed potatoes and the salad, that's all. I was really looking forward to a good steak tonight. 😒”

It's weighed to give you the same satisfaction each time, so that you definitely get your money's worth. It has the perfect balance of meat & fat( lean & moist) and it's salted to perfection.The meat is the star at Wades, but it's just a reflection of Wade himself ✨”

I’m so excited to try more of their creative drink options! What made the visit even better was discovering how family-friendly and fun the space is! They have a cozy play area for kids, a pool table, and even a little library where you can trade books. Plus, there are fun items for light shopping around the shop. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to hang out for a while. I can’t wait to go back again!”

“We stopped by on March 10th while our two college kids and HS kiddo were on Spring Break. Everyone loved their treats. From ice cream, shakes or just a bottle of root beer. My boys challenged each other to checkers and arcade game. From nostalgic games and candy to just sitting back and relaxing, the whole place was just a vibe. We will def be back again.”

“My wife and I love olive garden. We have chosen to have dates there for the past few date nights due to the calm and relaxing environment and the amazing food. Tonight was no different, but made a little extra special with the duty and attentiveness shown by our amazing server, Seth. He was friendly and helpful, patiently narrowing down food options for my picky taste, and didn't seem to mind my playful jabs at his fabulous mustache! He ensured our drinks were never empty and that we had plenty of breadsticks to compliment our food; and a whole bag to take home! I truly believe Seth helps make the Olive Garden in Lufkin the pleasant and memorable place that it is, and we will definitely be asking for him again on our next date night.”

The place is very clean and the people are quite friendly. Our order was ready in minutes and the food. OH MY GOSH, THE FOOD!!!!!!!! I have no words. All I can say is IT WAS A BLESSING TO THE SOUL!!!!!!!!! Next time I am in Lufkin, this will be the go-to place.”

“so glad we found this hidden gem...they close at 3 and we arrived after 2. everything was fresh...buffet was well stocked with homemade food...everything tidy...we were not rushed...when we left there was people still eating and the buffet was still fully stocked...they did not start breaking it down or asking people if they were finished. awesome job”

The garden salsa bought out with the chips was good, but our waiter brought us some chilli taqueria style salsa out as well. All 3 were tasty. If im near lufkin Hudson area again I'd go out of my way to stop in for lunch again.”

“Got a party platter instead of cooking after work for special guests. The food was, as always, GREAT! Super reasonable, ready on time, packaged very well, some of the containers I saved for Meal Prep, and it was way more than enough for 5 people. All the fixings and queso were included, even the super hot boom sauce that we love! 10 out of 10 recommend!”

“Good food and service. There’s always a manager (Tony) at Lufkin’s location if you have any concerns. Roma’s is very community involved. Always happy to see them at the Downtown Bistro, supporting the school district and receiving awards from Lufkin Daily New, etc. Glad they’re in Lufkin!”

“The place might not be much to look at, but the sweet Mexican bread is hands down the best I've had in East Texas! The coffee is amazing too! We tried the cappuccino and the mocha mint, both delicious. The staff at the store and coffee bar are super kind and welcoming. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by, you won’t regret it. I’d happily swing by again to grab some bread and enjoy it while strolling through a nearby park 🤗… I had already finished my coffee before getting a nice picture 😆”

“this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.”

“Prices of drinks are on par to other bars. There are only two pool tables. You're left alone. I didn't like that if you don't have money to put in the juke box, no music will be played at all. Other than that, it's basic and thankfully there is no cover charge.”

“Went this morning and got breakfast tacos and the staff was rude and you ask for red or green sauce and they only give 1 each for multiple breakfast orders and quesadillas had very little egg and the bacon was just bacon fat definitely won't be back. The food is not worth what you pay for it. I wil be finding another place for my weekend breakfast burritos.”

“My husband and I ate dinner on a Saturday night at Chick-fil-A. We went inside because we had been traveling in the car all day and wanted to stretch our legs. Everyone in the restaurant welcomed us and were very friendly. We ordered chicken strips and the cobb salad. They were delicious. Also, we wanted to try their peach shake and were so glad that we did. It was wonderful. We wanted to give a shout out to an employee named Melinda, who was very professional and answered all our questions. We certainly enjoyed our time spent talking to her. Thank you for hiring and training such hardworking respectful employees!”

If you can stop in and take advantage of the salad bar featuring pickled okra, green tomato relish, potato salad, Cole slaw, and all the fixins for a green salad or baked potatoes. Whatever you do, don't skip the pinto beans!!! I have been known to drive up and order beans and hush puppies and be a happy country girl!!!! The location is rustic country with solid wood bench seating. Service is always given with a personal touch.”

“I’ve always enjoyed CrackerBarrel shopping and the food. Food use to be good. Last 3 times we have been to Lufkin Cracker Barrel the food was no good not worth the money or my time. This last visit when we finally got some one’s attention to get butter for our now cold food and also under cooked food. The girl brought a hand full of butter with two or three that were already used. I normally take my mother there but I doubt I will go back u til they get better qualiity all the way around.”

“We always stop here on the way to the Ellen trout zoo and the food has always been phenomenal. This is the only place I am able to find a chicharron or beef tongue Taco which is amazing. The only reason for the Lost Star is for a $6 or gordita we kind of expect to get the feta cheese, lettuce and tomatoes with it, not just the meat and cheese. But overall I would say if what you get on the menu is great then I would just stick with that. But great pricing on the tacos itself and great variety there aren't a lot of places that give you authentic Mexican food and I would say this is the one of the few places that you can actually get that. But usually get our kid the burger kids meal which is good. I would say you would get more than what the fast food restaurants give you. This place always leaves us full and in a good mood to enjoy the zoo.”

“This is the cleanest Taco Bell in East Texas, always goes above and beyond, of all the years I have been going here there has been only one mistake and that was today, I ordered two chicken quesadillas and one was missing from the bag, no big deal I turn around to pick it up and a young lady named Vivian already had it ready for me when I arrived along with a free nacho fry and 2 free taco vouchers. They really go above and beyond here! 😊”
