“One of my favorite NB restaurants! I work downtown and have ordered online for pick up plenty of times, the food is always delicious and the customer service is top notch. Even when they are in their crazy lunch hour rush, the employees are all friendly and have my lunch ready and waiting on time! I really appreciate that my order is always correct, with cutlery and napkin included. I will recommend Cravings all day long, thank you for being awesome🥰“

“My son and I used to come in every Thursday for a couple years. Our schedule changed and we haven't been in for a couple years. Came by this morning and Dana still knew who we were. She not only remembers my name, she remembers that I like lemon slices with my water. That's rare in a fast food environment!“

“The cashier Roberto was very pleasant. He also was the cook,and the food was ok. I only disliked the fact that they were out of onions for the cheese steaks and also out of bone in wings. You should not run out of wings. Very disappointed. This is not the first time this happened.“
“I love my local Jersey Mikes but this one just made me a regular. The employees working at this location not only make a great sub, but had excellent hospitality skills and we’re so incredibly kind. I was in and out in five minutes, but they definitely made an impact!“

“Manager, Josh (?), always upbeat & cheerful. Great smile. The other employees seem to mirror his attitude. Love that the meat is sliced fresh for each sandwich and they keep it simple with just the basic veggie toppings. The Mike's way makes the sandwich great. Appreciate that they take extra time to mark which sandwich is which when there is more than one order. And that they wrap the food well. We are getting sandwiches at least once a week and food is consistently good. Facility is always clean.“
“This is a brand new location in a strip mall on the 1103. Employees were friendly and fast. Be aware of the construction out front since it will add time to your visit. Sorry for no pictures but everyone knows what the food and restaurant look like.“

“I’ve been getting subway for so long. They always have my order ready on time. Love the online order option so I can schedule for my lunch break, and the people are so nice n have given me a free cookie sometimes. Will happily keep getting subway (also makes me feel skinny )“

“So you never go to subway expecting an amazing sandwich, so i have mention that the food wasn’t the best.
But the service? The service is amazing. They follow instructions to a T as shown in my picture.
I asked for an “F” me up amount of spinach and they sure complied!
If I ever need a salad with my sandwich I know which location I am going to“

“Valerie is 100% the nicest employee I’ve ever met at any subway hands down! My girlfriend and I came to pick up a mobile order this afternoon and Valerie was the only employee on shift I believe. Her skills and customer service are top notch having our order ready a few short minutes after she got to them. The sandwiches were delicious and I hope to be blessed with her presence my next coming visit!“

“Friday I went into subway for 1st time since reopened. I want to applaud the employee serving at 3:30. He had several of us in line but he stayed focused on customer at hand..He worked at making each sandwich like the person wanted. He never got rattled or complained- just did his job and did it well. He had worked at Subway in Organ years ago. He did a great job!“
