“Chick-fil-A never disappoints, but I have to give a special shout-out to their mac & cheese and chicken nuggets. The mac is creamy, cheesy, and perfectly baked on top—comfort food at its finest. And the nuggets? Always crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. Pair them with the Chick-fil-A sauce and it’s a perfect meal. Service is always fast and friendly too. Easily one of my favorite go-to spots!“

“I work rite down the street and would love to eat here everyday but can't, but when I download get to come the people here are so nice, place is clean. “I been coming to this location on/off for about 4-years now, and they deserve a 5-star. Whenever I am in a mood for a Jersey Mikes Sub I specifically come back to this location because of a few of the staff members in particular. Their names are Jeff and Chris. Both of these gentleman are class acts. I know that if I stop when Jeff and Chris are working, they are going to make me a good sandwich.

It's amazing how different employees can make you the same exact sandwich, but you walk out of the store with different levels of satisfaction. These two don't just make you a sandwich, they provide you an outstanding customer experience. They treat you like a valued customer, and they both have unique personalities that make you laugh or smile during your time there. They remember who you are and what your favorite orders are.

To put it simply, they break the monotony of the day-to-day. Those are the small moments in life that get you through the day, am I right ? Who wants to go to big food chains or franchise storefronts where you get the same boring assembly line experience with a person that has no personality? I surely don't !
I don't know about you, but feeling like I am on a conveyer belt does not improve my day-to-day. However, these two fellows definitely improve my day.

To further the above point, even though Jersey Mike's is a franchise, I still get that mom & pop shop feeling when coming here to this location due to Jeff & Chris. The same experience I used to get from all those old-school street corner delis I used go when I lived In New York. And that's the magic here.

If it were up to me, they both are overwhelmingly fit to be general manger positions. Especially Jeff, since he has been here helping me for the last 3-years or so. In fact, they are probably both overqualified for the position due to their people/customer satisfaction skills. That's something that's hard to teach these days. I hope they get all the recognition they deserve.

Furthermore, Jeff & Chris, if you are reading this, thank you !
And if you are the franchise owner(s) reading this, treat these fellows really good, however which way you can, whether that is a raise or a promotion... because if I had they on my payroll, I would not want to try to find a replacement one day.

As for the manger that is currently there right now, I couldn't care less for her. I think I've had about 1-2 total conversations with her ever and all I remember is she is the sole reason I almost never stopped in the store again. Wasn't pleasant towards me, and hard to deal with. The difference in personalities was night & day. That's the honest, ugly, truth.“

“Culver’s has the best ice cream, burgers too! Their spicy chicken strips are also yummy—it’s always delicious and creamy. When I’ve went in which has been quite a few times, the staff are always so polite and patient. I mostly order through DoorDash, and my food ALWAYS arrives FRESH, never cold, soggy, or wrong. They really take care with every order. Highly recommend!“

“Try the Avocalada-you won’t regret it! Way better than Smoothie King when it comes to texture, flavor and definitely when it comes to price. I probably will never get Smoothie King again if there is a Tropical Smoothie nearby. Very clean inside. This matters! So many places let the cleanliness of their business go and it always irks me. I have no interest in eating somewhere that’s dirty. Can you say cockroaches? Yeah, hard pass. None of that here! Professional employees and they put my smoothie out really fast. Definitely be back.“

“We had our sons birthday party at the McKinney location. The staff was absolutely amazing! They had our food ready for us, made sure it was set up & checked on us throughout the party. The food was perfect, the kids loved the playground & they had the heaters on outside due to cold weather. Great atmosphere for any meal.“

“Nice place but burgers sub par. This is a smash burger place. What are smash burgers. Pressed thin patties w a crust, dark crispy lace, and greasy. The place smelled like greasy so I expected a good burger. What i got was dry burger patties 2x the size of the bun it was served on.. where's the grease? No idea. Ice cream machine looked nasty. Vanilla was broken, and chocolate was just oozing out and dirty. Wish I got a picture of that. They food came out real fast.so I think they might precook the patties.and have them warm in a hopper to just build sandwiched with. The fried cheese curds were actually good. My wife had the chicken sandwich, which is a ground chicken patty. Well spiced. The concrete, which is their signature desserts, were 7$ a pop. Way to steep. I can stop at braums and get 2 of their large containers for 7$ will not be returning“

“Today we took our granddaughter (the day before Thanksgiving Day) & the ladies working the restaurant so respectful, asked us how we enjoy the food & if we need anything else. Made conversation & personable. As was the manager (? I think) asking the mentally challenge homeless man who was talking to himself loudly, or someone not visible, if he needed anything, but did not run him off. To me this was kind. The man wasn’t bothering anyone other than his louder voice, though quieted down as the restaurant became more full. The manager could have very easily ran him off but did not being such a chilly day. And I appreciate it was not as cold in there today as it usually us in the summer months.“
