“I really loved this place when it first opened. I’ve been quite a few times. The last experience though needed some work. Our waiter was horrible. I understand this business hires kids who need jobs. I myself worked in foodservice in highschool/college. I get it. However, our waiter was constantly with his coworkers instead of attending to my family. We really tried to clue him in. I asked for water four times, and even had to ask the expo for it. I had to get refills for myself and mother multiple times from the bar and we waited over an hour to get our order taken. He blamed it on the computer system. Having worked in foodservice I knew what was up. When our order came it wasn’t right but we knew it would be another hour of watching him socialize to get it fixed so we said nothing. Not really sure why I left a tip to be honest, the food runner did his work and so did I. It was not busy. The experience really made me not want to come back. The food is great, but these kids need a manager/babysitter. I don’t like to complain about stuff like this but I could see this seriously affecting this business. We were not the only ones experiencing this issue that night. It was the longest dinner of my life.“

“Great dining experience. Only 1 complaint very minor complaint, the waitress was a little slow to refill the drinks. I had the stuffed shrimp that comes with crab in it. Absolutely delicious. Same with the bruschetta we had as an appetizer. The food was fresh and the flavors were very balanced. Loved the atmosphere. If I could give them a 4.8 star rating I would. Only 1 very minor thing.“

“Tonight was my first time eating Luna grill. It was delicious. I had the Mediterranean salad with gyro meat. Another had a kabob type meal with chicken and beef. My picky 4 yr old ate every bit of chicken and tried some of everything we had. Plus the appetizer that was a sampler of various items. We all have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. So glad we tried it. It’s on our list of favorites.“

“This location is great. The line moved quickly, the employees were helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious! I had the Choose 2 with the half Club Wrap and half Grilled Chicken Salad, but even the half salad was so big that I just ate the salad and took the wrap home as leftovers. Both were delicious!“

I come here almost every morning to get my day started and when I order my breakfast with my burrito , cookie parfait and large sweet tea you guys NEVER forget my salsa even when I forget! The staff is impeccable in my opinion if you are understanding so will they be - we are all human. “I took two of my granddaughters to this location to eat. One of the female workers assisted my oldest granddaughter with getting straws and a cup for ice cream. The nice brought it to them at our table.

The manager—I did not get his name—let me know an item was missing.
