The employ who helped me the most was Jaydn! She helped make sure what I was ordering was gluten free and safe for my allergy. Very much appreciated! “We love this location. I see that others do too. The line often goes out to the street. They are always friendly here and if you ask for sauces or strawberry preserves they always give it to you. The food seems great here than at other McDonald's restaurant. I'm thankful for this McDonald's❤️.“

“The older lady that spoke when drove up the menu was rude was heck. But the person who actually handed us our drinks was pleasant and friendly. The older lady is always unpleasant and needs to take a lesson from others in this location and that is not age shaming. Im over 50 but I do not act like I am mean and unhappy“

“I love the food but this is absolutely one of the worst places they could have built this store. Just getting to the store takes over 50 minutes for me and I live in Kingwood!I've wanted to come many times more than I have but I usually just u-turn after being stuck waiting for so long and go somewhere else.This area is cursed and nothing survives.“

“I come to this location almost everyday I work. The employees always look so happy and appear to really enjoy their job. They usually greet me by name a know my order by heart. I used to order from the Porter location since it's closer to my job, but decided to give this one a try. I haven't been back to Porter since!“
