When ny husband and I just moved to the area, we were hungry and took a chance on many different restaurants and they all let us down- except for this one. They are the BEST tacos I’ve ever had (and I’m from San Antonio so I know good tacos). The customer service is always amazing, food is always consistent and phenomenal and fresh (fresh eggs, fresh meat, fresh cheese and fresh salsa), the atmosphere is awesome (love how it started out as a food truck in front of her house and now they built a building to seat people).The food price is very fair for the quality of ingredients they use, and it’s actually a lot cheaper than other places in town.Anybody that does not give this place 5 stars does not know food or good people. “Came in for breakfast on Sunday morning. Sat on the patio with my dog. Ordered Huevos Rancheros. Eggs were cooked to order. Salsa was ok but made better with their hot sauce. Roasted potatoes were a little undercooked. Coffee was good. Service excellent.“

“We just moved here to the great state of Texas and have been looking for some great authentic Mexican food.. we stumbled upon this Taco joint by accident. I am glad that we did.. because the food here is AMAZING and their Agua Fresca is the best I have ever had..my wife had the chicken tostada.. the chicken had just the right amount of flavor.. so good!! I ordered 3 different kinds of tacos (bistec, fajita, and pork) each of them with corn and flour tortillas and all were amazing.. but I do favor the flour tortillas a bit more!! This is definitely going to be our #1 spot for sure!“

“Cool little spot. Usually sit at the bar. Staff is friendly and you can chat with the bartenders. Tacos are good as are the margaritas. Orange fire sauce is delicious. I don't go often, but when I do it's usually after work and we close the place.“

The bacon wrapped grilled shrimp were smoky and delicious. The tortillas seemed to be handmade (I loved the corn tortillas). I had a Jamaica aqua fresca that was delicious. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

They really cater to your needs, and the people that visit are sooo nice. They all say good morning and I think it's the atmosphere. Food really brings people together. It was packed when we came at 8, but steady stream of people flow in, so get there early.

“Stayed with friends who live near by and stumbled upon this hidden gem. HIGHLY recommend if you enjoy good authentic tacos. We had breakfast tacos + pastor and the carne guisada. Everything was fantastic. If you get the carne guisada I'd get extra tortillas with my order to offer additional support for all that great meaty guisada flavor. They only take CASH too, so make sure you bring some $ (there is an ATM machine in the convenience store portion of the store.)
