“I got invited to try out a new BBQ place for lunch and Flossies BBQ did not disappoint. The flavors were good and meat was tender. Don't know how I made it home without pulling over to eat my new BBQ places best stuffed potato. Just look at it! You won't be disappointed!“

“A group of 16 of us went for dinner. The staff was amazing in handling our group. Friendly smiles and healthy servings. The prices for the serving size is an unbeatable deal. The flavors are remarkable. As a native Texan and brisket fanatic I can honestly say some of the best in the state. Js is a true hidden gem.“

“They catered a celebration of life we had today. All the food was fantastic. The ribs were perhaps the best I have had in a long time. 9 out of 10. The only issue was we asked for half white bread and half rolls and only got bread. But that was the only misstep. Everything else was excellent. Everyone was more than pleased. We passed out some business cards. You will get some more business from this. Thanks you for a great experience.“

“For gluten-free peeps: Service was quick and food was good. I am gluten-free and I felt safe eating BBQ and coleslaw. It was my fault I should have asked if the coleslaw was gluten-free but I never in my life would expect ramen noodles in my coleslaw. So if you are gluten-free make sure to ask or let them know.“

“I was visiting from out of town and the hotel shuttle driver recommended this place. He was spot on. The food was excellent. Hot, and tasty.
They were busy with a Friday lunch rush, but service was fast. I find it amazing that a barbecue place can stay in business only serving lunch Monday through Friday. But it seems to work for this place.
I had the two meat and two side lunch platter with a drink. It was just under 20 bucks.“

“Arrived a lil before noon on a Friday. Greeted immediately and placed my ordered of two meats with two sides. The turkey was delicious and I really like the jalapeño sausage. I want to go back and try the pork and brisket. Hub had Mac and cheese and Cole slaw. Slaw was good and the Mac was super cheesy. Green beans could have been cooked a lil longer. Pinot beans were good. Even liked their bbq sauce. Only rating a four as I didn’t get to try everything yet.“

“I added a Shrimp taco to my order to go with my favorite Brisket Taco...I still love the brisket taco but now the Shrimp taco is equally as good. Shrimp was perfectly cooked with an exceptional flavor. SHRIMP taco is a Must try!!!“
