“This is my favorite Starbucks location! Everyone is very kind and welcoming. Though I’m only there for a few seconds to pick up my drink every morning, it’s a great start to my day! The drive-thru line might look busy, but the staff manages to get through it quickly. I specifically want to mention Kaleb; he always greets me when I’m in the store, and I appreciate the brief interaction!“

“Was having a bad day and decided to stop by, the purple haired barista that served me instantly greeted me when I came in and started a conversation with me and made me feel so much better, definitely the sweetest barista I've ever met!“

“I cannot express how happy I am with this location—from the service to the handcrafted drinks. I usually stop by early in the morning or later in the afternoon, and no matter the time or day, all of the baristas are well-spoken, humble, and greet customers warmly. “Me and girlfriend went to the inhouse Starbucks at Tom thumb and ordered caramel frappe our barista Grace made the drink for us but the Carmel pump was not working and she noticed it, because of which our drink was a bit less sweet Grace went out of her way and redid our order again to make sure we had the best experience, and her thoughtful attitude truly made our day. “I have no idea why the reviews are so low on this location because they deserve 10 stars! This is my favorite Starbucks location EVER (and I'm a tough critic!) They recently remodeled this location so the chairs are super comfortable to sit in. The manager Kim is so sweet and kind and always makes a point to say hello. I go work remotely there for hours on end (sorry guys lol) but they still make me feel so welcome and at home. The baristas always greet me by name and know my order (shout out to Bea and Rose!) Definitely give this location a shot. They really care about customer experience and the drinks are always made perfectly which is wayyyy better than any other Starbucks I've been to. Thanks ya'll!“
