“I went in to pick up a doordash order and the barista, grace, was the most positive and wonderful barista i have ever met. i worked in food service for years and i have never seen such pleasant customer service as well as encouragement for her coworkers. she was excellent at her job and went above and beyond for me and every other customer i saw her interact with. i only wish there was a more surefire way to give her recognition“

Allison is seriously the sweetest person I’ve ever met. I always just get a triple shot of espresso over ice, nothing fancy—but she still treats me like I’m her favorite customer every time. She’s so upbeat, kind, and always makes my day.

She’s also the absolute sweetest to my little teacup puppy, Stormi, and never forgets to offer a pup cup. It’s those little things that make her so special.

Located right off the highway, it’s perfect for a quick coffee run whether you’re commuting or just passing through. The area is surrounded by other stores, restaurants, and a gas station, so it’s a one-stop spot if you have multiple errands. Service has been smooth for me, and the location is clean and efficient. Great for a quick caffeine fix with easy access.“

“Aaron is probably hands down the greatest guy I’ve ever bought anything from. I know he’s just a barista, but the welcoming presence that he has can only be explained in higher stature. His greeting and charisma is so great that I wouldn’t be surprised if he was the owner of that location!“

“I am always so pleased to shop at the Coit and Campbell location. The store is readily available for a price welcoming shopping experience. I came in the store on Saturday looking for some patriotic cupcakes.. red white and blue. I didn’t at first glance find them or any other item that would fit.. but, then I continued. The young lady behind the bakery counter told me that she would look to see if there were flags available to put on the two l layer cakes that I spotted. There were no flags, but, she found red white and blue sprinkles!! She placed Happy Veteran’s Day on the cakes. I was celebrating 1 deceased veteran and 1 who has dementia. I want to thank her, because it was a Big Deal to the residents in my care home.“

“I have been to this Starbucks many times over the past few years. Their accuracy rate is very good. They are friendly. They are just… kind of slow. lol. I think they may have so many people ordering it’s hard to keep up. Order in advance in the app if you can. Makes it a breeze.“

“I visited this amazing looking Starbucks inside the Student Union at UTD. This location looks iconic with long stairs to the 2nd floor. It has seating arrangements inside and out with a great view!There are multiple types of seating arrangements with high chairs, and ports for charging. The staff who took my order was friendly and the drinks were enjoyable!“
