“Shoutout to the leadership and the employees here. 2 different occasions where they handled/helped my situation. Situation #1 a cat got stuck under my hood and they gave me a cup of water and a paper bag to try and help me catch the cat. Situation #2 someone had taken my to-go order and they refunded me gave me a voucher as an apology. I still continue to go here cause i know i’m well taken care of as a customer. Stopped by around 5 PM — the indoor area was pretty crowded, but there was plenty of seating available outside, which worked out great. There wasn’t a long line to order, but the staff seemed quite busy handling drive-thru and pickup orders. Still, they were friendly and got my drink out in a reasonable time. Overall, a good experience and I’d definitely go back to try more drinks!“

“I visited this amazing looking Starbucks inside the Student Union at UTD. This location looks iconic with long stairs to the 2nd floor. It has seating arrangements inside and out with a great view!There are multiple types of seating arrangements with high chairs, and ports for charging. The staff who took my order was friendly and the drinks were enjoyable!“
