“Don't let the location of this place fool you. Yes, it's in a gas station but it may be the best shawarma and meat skewers in houston. The meat was so tender juicy and flavorful. They give you so much for the price, I almost felt wrong only paying $25 dollars for all the food we got. Even the fries were seasoned and fresh. The hospitality of this place also puts it over the top. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place!“

“These guys are the best! I had the pleasure of ordering some food to take to San Marcos, TX for the weekend of my son’s graduation. To say the food was delicious is an understatement. I fed the whole family for the weekend (Brisket, chicken, beans, potato salad. And they provide all the fixings, jalapeños, pickles, bread, BBQ sauce, plastic utensils, plates, all packed neatly in containers.), pleasing the most picky eater, my father! “I’ve been to DDK Kabab & Grill Hostok 5 times. 3 times to go and dine in twice. I recommended their Nihari both with and without the bone marrow. Hands down Houston’s top nihari !! 🙌 asides from the great nihari you need to try their falooda shots! It’s one of the best places to get Falooda. By restaurant standards, it is comparable to an actual falooda sweet shop!! Make sure you end your meal with cool refreshed falooda, especially during this hot crazy summer!!“

Our server had plenty of tables to take care of but we never felt it, she was graciousandaccommodating. The steaks at Longhorn are just as good as other places which charge 3 to 4 times as much.“

I even switched out my drink cause I didn't see the mock tail menu and he did it no problem. Everything we asked for he served it in a timely and efficient manner. I had the BBQ platter and the chicken was amazing and flavorful, the garbanzo sauce is so good. All of our food was good. If looking to try something new give this place a chance.“
