“We happened upon the cute pie shop while perusing Roanoke one day. Roanoke is usually challenging when it comes to parking but we went pretty early on a weekday so we luckily beat the lunch rush. The shop is right near Babe's. The shop is quaint and they have the pies on display and have a wonderful selection. It's not really a place to sit and enjoy the pie... more of a grab and go. But it is clean and smelled wonderful. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the server was gracious enough to give us a run down of what they had available. We got a mini lemon pie, pecan pie and slice of Mexican chocolate. All of them were absolutely delicious. My favorite was the pecan pie. Had the perfect balance and flavor. His was the Mexican chocolate which was sweet with just the right amount of spice. We will definitely come back.“

I ordered just a couple of appetizers, fried cheese sticks & fried green tomatoes. Both were good, not necessarily exceptional, but good. I was not aware the restaurant closed at 3pm so service was somewhat sluggish & took a while to receive the orders. Came in around 2pm. The walls are lined with vintage, unique & collectable cookie jars. I would recommend but be sure to check hours & don't come within an hour or so of closing.“

The only wish I had if they had a mini mug for the espresso. But the pricing for everything is perfect.“

The chocolate sheet cake is by far my favorite and it is the a decadent chocolate flavor without being too sweet. The M&M cookie features milk and white chocolate chips that really balanced the sweetness with the slight buttery saltyness of the dough. I highly recommend them. Much better than Crumbl or Tiff's treats.“

I spoke with Sharon when I placed the order, and she was very helpful and kind. She said they would get it done with no problem; it was quite a relief. The day I picked it up, the staff was friendly, and the store was clean and cute. We were so pleased with the way it looked; they added extra touches to the icing. Everyone loved the cake; it was delicious and very moist. Next time, we may need a bigger cake. :-) We will be buying all of our (Fort Worth family) cakes from Creative Memories from now on and will definitely be recommending them. I walked in I was immediately greeted and offered a sample of a prosciutto and asparagus croissant which was great btw. “Their donuts are soooo good! My favorites are the twisty donuts and they're always soooooooo delicious! My fiancé likes their sausage rolls and the donut holes. I've been a few times now and I haven't had any issues with the donuts being sold out and I normally go around 9-10am. I highly recommend!“

The variety of cookies were warm delivered the time I picked in the early afternoon. The delivery driver had to deliver the cookies to a senior living community with several buildings to the apartment door.
