“I had to make a Walmart run and it just made sense to grab a bite to eat here. Plus, I always live Charley’s at the mall so it was worth a try. I see the other reviews but I didn’t have any problems. I was greeted when I approached the register. The cashier double verified with me all the toppings I wanted on my Philly. They brought my food out to me (maybe 5-10 minutes later). My sandwich was smoking hot with the cheese nice and melted. The 4 stars is only because nothing just wowed me over the top. The food and service I received were solid. A much appreciated addition to Walmart.

The women working was very kind, prompt and helpful. I was in and out in probably 4 minutes which is less time then it ever takes at a drive through.“

“We have come to Cheba Hut with our family of five - my husband and I and our three lil kiddos - twice now and it has been the best experience both times. The food is amazing, the service is top notch and the staff is so kind and accommodating. Nowadays restaurants and their patrons tend to make families with young children feel like a bother and unwelcome — Cheba Hut’s staff is not that way! They were kind to my kids, spoke to them, made sure to ask how they wanted their food and even turned on a kids movie on the tv by our table…on top of it being the best sandwiches ever, these things are what will keep us coming back. Our three year old now asks to go to “Chee Chub” all the time. Cheba Hut is our new spot! 🤝🏼“

“This specific JMs location is KILLING IT. They operate like a smooth machine, their communication with eachother when it’s super busy is impressive. They are genuine, sincere, and loud. I like loud. My sandwich has never been wrong. And I drive to this specific location simply bc I feel like my sandwich is made with precision. Keep doin’ what you’re doin’ fellas. People notice that stuff.“

“Fast service always once order is placed. Drink refills offered by staff is really nice. Haven't had a sandwich I didn't like. Food is fresh and has nice variety of both hot and cold sandwiches. Comfortable high tables are our favorite. They offer military discount as well.“

“I literally ate the best spicy Italian sub I’ve ever had. I wish I knew the ladies name who made it but she’s a little bit older black lady with grey hair. She was extremely nice and welcoming. I never comment on anything but the sub was that good. It wasn’t messy, proportioned perfectly and looked amazing when I opened it. You can tell she really cares about the quality of her work. “I went inside for the first time today and had such a wonderful experience. The three women working around 2:20pm were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and upbeat. I’m currently pregnant, and they were so kind and accommodating with my requests regarding deli meat. I usually don’t enjoy going inside places, but the atmosphere they created made me feel so comfortable and cared for. From now on, I’ll definitely choose to go inside whenever I visit. These ladies truly made my day!“

“Alex is amazing. He was the only one working a busy Thursday lunch shift with a long line. I watched him keep a smile on his face while dealing with a difficult customer in front of me that was just being rude for no reason. He didn't break a sweat although he was making sandwich after sandwich and paying people out again all by himself. Not to mention, one of the best looking and best put together subs ive had in awhile. I do feel like when people are busy they just throw it together but he moved quickly while staying neat and organized. Great job Alex!! Keep up the positive attitude and keep smiling!“

“This is one of the worst McAlister's I've ever been to. They serve disgusting & old bread, they mess up the simpliest orders, they have terrible customer service, and they mock and laugh at their customers in front of them. We will not be going back. I can't believe that they are still in business. Shocking. I ordered a pastrami sandwich on gluten free bread. The bread was as hard as a rock and I got one slice of SALAMI instead of any pastrami. When I called to have it fixed they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called again, the worker talked crap about me to the MANAGER and they laughed about it together, then hung up on me. I never even got to tell them what was wrong. My husband had to drive back to the McAlister's to have it handled in person. Horrible establishment.“

“Good afternoon! Today my family and I had to try some of the sandwiches at firehouse. I think it was between 11 and 12pm. We were actually 1 family of two separate diners at that time. For us 4 that got sandwiches, or wait time may have been between 6-8 minutes. The restaurant was very clean and out cashier was extremely patient and very attentive. We appreciate her customer service and wish she be recognized for not knowing she was doing her job WELL. I had the Jamaican jerk chicken sandwich. I felt upon first impression after opening the wrapper to MY sandwich, the lettuce was excessive. Haven been my first time, this may be a normal portion for the medium my fiance and I ordered. Next time I'd go light lettuce because all of the other ingredients pair so well together. I love the sauce that comes on it as well, so delicious! My fiance got the club on a sub. I'm short, it's her favorite!!. If you're hungry, it's definitely worth every penny.“

“Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Matthew! He was the only one working when I had to place a large order. He didn’t even flinch when I handed him the 2 page order. He was super attentive, and clarified on confusing specifications. He got straight to work making the 14 or 15 sandwiches. He absolutely went above-and-beyond by labeling everything, and separating the orders according to the requests on the paper. I was shocked when he appeared next to me with the large order in his hands, and asked where I was parked so he could carry the order for me. Sandwiches were successfully delivered, and were all correct down to the smallest details. Needless to say, those sandwiches were toast after my crews got ahold of them. Again, major props to Matthew. He is amazing. We will definitely order from this location in the future.“

“I order from this location numerous times a week when I forget (or am too lazy) to pack a lunch to bring to work.. they are super friendly and their delivery drivers are on point.Sometimes by the time I get off the phone they are delivering less than 5 minutes later. The JJs by my house needs to take note. Food is always good and bread never stale. Just wish they would extend their delivery hours especially on weekends. If you don't call it in before 4pm they can't deliver.“

“I see so many bad reviews of this place but I’m so confused! This was my first time at this location and it couldn’t have been better. The service was so quick and polite. Now, I’m not one to write reviews but this sandwich was the best I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s- ANY location. Hands down the best! I get an unwich every time and 98% of the time they just throw the stuff together and call it a sandwich. My sandwich was so neat and perfect this time around. The experience was so good I genuinely stopped me in my tracks to write this review. 10/10 WILL BE BACK.“

BUT.... Be careful if you are using the Tap option when paying by credit card. The card reader transitions from processing to the tip screen super fast and a tip was selected for me before I had a chance to back my card away. I imagine this happens to many and they probably don't notice unless they check their receipt“

“So the service at this location is good. It's always just a little bit backed up because there's so many people that come through, but the food typically comes out good. Sometimes the sauces are coated a little too much for my liking. If you choose the preference of light, you know, they might still overdo or if you choose a lot, they might underdo it, I've came to this place before. Multiple times in person and/or multiple times online? And so yeah, the situation usually varies depending on the staff, which shouldn't be the case. You know what I mean, it should be consistent. All the way around, but, um, um, it's a good Location on the list. I still recommend it to people. I don't have any Negative things to really put down on this location.You know, I mean, besides the long lines“

“This is the closest location to me. After the one in Southlake closed. I love the Hooks & Ladder sub. I honestly prefer Firehouse Subs over Subway. I've never had a problem with the staff. I always follow the golden rule.“
