“This store crew is always courteous and provides fast, quality sandwiches. Today, 10/8/2024, a corporate or franchise owner group of six, showed up at at noon to have a bunch of specialty hot sandwiches made. While they were back in the kitchen taking video's of the new hot sandwiches being made, they did not realize the normal hangry lunch crew had already arrived! To this corporate team, NEVER do this at noon. Show up at 11:00AM. You will accomplish the same goal and not delay the hangry customers like you did today.

“Ordered online so I could avoid waiting in line.I have had questionable service here in the past, but not today. Food came out quick and the women working was friendly.The bread was sooooo fresh and soft. I have recenlty gotten some not so fresh bread at another location so I was a bit worried. All in all I was very pleased with my lunch today.“

“At our time of visit there was a solo worker. He acknowledged us, didn't fuss when my littles were indecisive in what they wanted. Let him know that the Pepsi was out and got it changed right before a crowd of people came in. He was awesome in our visit to this location for a 1st time.“

“Took advantage of the Monday & Tuesday boneless wing special. The cashier, Travis, was delightful and highly professional! He didn’t make me feel pressured, he was patient, didn’t upsize me on anything but encouraged me to try Hot Honey. I was not disappointed! Paolo (I believe was the manager) was very polite as well!
I love the convenience of the store being at the entrance/exit so you can get your food and not have to shop. This is my 2nd time at this location and I will be back again soon.

Parking: Walmart Parking lot so it depends on the day and time of day.“

She not only remembers my name, she remembers that I like lemon slices with my water. That's rare in a fast food environment!“

“We hadn't eaten breakfast yet and I happened upon this Potbelly that I haven't had in 10 years! I was so excited to see they were open at 10 am and it happened to be 1015. The moment we walked it we were greeted with a huge smile and welcomed in as if we were family. Dave helped my family and pick and choose everything, since it had been so long. You know how they talk about how fantastic cast members service is in Disney? Well you could swear Dave gives the classes for Disney, he's so nice and made sure to even check on us while we were eating. I even noticed him checking on other customers. Though the food was also phenomenal I truly feel like customer service is what keeps people coming back! So thank you for the great experience today! If we didn't live so far we'd be a regular!“
