“We hadn't eaten breakfast yet and I happened upon this Potbelly that I haven't had in 10 years! I was so excited to see they were open at 10 am and it happened to be 1015. The moment we walked it we were greeted with a huge smile and welcomed in as if we were family. Dave helped my family and pick and choose everything, since it had been so long. You know how they talk about how fantastic cast members service is in Disney? Well you could swear Dave gives the classes for Disney, he's so nice and made sure to even check on us while we were eating. I even noticed him checking on other customers. Though the food was also phenomenal I truly feel like customer service is what keeps people coming back! So thank you for the great experience today! If we didn't live so far we'd be a regular!“

“Took advantage of the Monday & Tuesday boneless wing special. The cashier, Travis, was delightful and highly professional! He didn’t make me feel pressured, he was patient, didn’t upsize me on anything but encouraged me to try Hot Honey. I was not disappointed! Paolo (I believe was the manager) was very polite as well!
I love the convenience of the store being at the entrance/exit so you can get your food and not have to shop. This is my 2nd time at this location and I will be back again soon.

“I love subway, been to a handful all over the place but this one has go to be the best one. Everyone is super friendly not rude or in a rush. They truly cared about what they do. “All I can speak for are the 2 subs that I get the Italian and the Philly cheesesteak. The secret to me with the Philly cheesesteak is get provolone. Cheese. Don't get the American, the staff is friendly. And the food is good. Some people may like Subway, but it's Jersey. Mike's more expensive. Yes, but it's much better quality. And the giant subs are 14 inches, so do the math. In the old saying applies the Jersey. Mike's you get what you paid for and at least with them? I may pay more with their quality and their portions of meat are just so much better. As always I only review the subs that I eat and those are the two that I Have I do wish they had a meatball sub?They used to but for some reason they stop doing it and I wish they would seriously consider bringing it back. So I will make this suggestion to you. Get a Subway sandwich and then get a sub from Jersey Mike's and compare the 2. I'm sure you'll come to the same conclusion. As always I hope this helps“

“I had the greatest experience with this McAllister Deli on Pat Booker. The GM Brenda and another manager named Carolina went above and beyond in their pursuit for outstanding customer service. In a time when it feels like customer service has gone out the window, these two have proven great customer service is not dead! They corrected an issue that was made and then made sure that everything was fixed and done in the kindest manner. The owners of this Deli should be honored to have such great leaders running and representing their business!! Thank you for the hard work ladies, you’re the best!!“

“This store crew is always courteous and provides fast, quality sandwiches. Today, 10/8/2024, a corporate or franchise owner group of six, showed up at at noon to have a bunch of specialty hot sandwiches made. While they were back in the kitchen taking video's of the new hot sandwiches being made, they did not realize the normal hangry lunch crew had already arrived! To this corporate team, NEVER do this at noon. Show up at 11:00AM. You will accomplish the same goal and not delay the hangry customers like you did today.

“We were in the BX shopping today and walked down to the food court to see what the options were. We chose to eat at Charlie's Philly Steaks. It was a good choice too. We had as sandwich and the Ultimate Cheese Fries. The sandwich was really good. We had never eaten there before today. We would definitely come back to this place if we lived in the area. I have to say the guys behind the counter could have paid more attention to what they were doing though I think their talking among each other effect the speed at which we and the last behind us received our food. My steak sandwich was done and in my hand before they even started making the Ultimate Fries. I don't know at happens there when the place is busy.“
